We were visiting from the DFW area and my family ate at this Taco Bell. The food was really good and service was fast!! I wish you would bring back the 7 later burrito!

The Fiesta Veggie Burrito is a very good meal for only $2. I've had a many times now. Thanks Taco Bell for adding this item geared for us vegetarians.

I never thought I would rate a Taco Bell 5 stars. This one is! Before we had our drinks, the line cook was bringing our food to the table. Both times we have been there (different staff) the orders have been right the very first time. Not $5, 3 item orders; $40, 15 item orders with some being custom. Order old school, even if it is no longer on the board. They will fix it for you. And the verde is warm!

I placed a large order through DoorDash for pickup and everything was ready on time and the number of items plus all substitutions were made correctly. The staff was very friendly and I highly recommend!

This place is amazing. We just moved here and was very skeptical about changing her day care we were with petsmart for over 8 years. If you're reading this change to salty dog now. They give the dogs (r children) the love, attention and most of all water they deserve. I will never return to petsmart or any other place. Thanks from sally

I have a new favorite vegan snack here. I get the potato soft taco and have them hold the cheese and chipotle sauce and add guacamole and refried beans. It comes in under $2. The staff is courteous and just really nice kids. As is the manager. Love my Taco Bell!

Taco Bell....you definitely didn't disappoint this Picky Critic! The Burrito Supreme was just that...Supreme and yummy! The Cravings Box, had by Hubby, well he didn't Crave anything once enjoying his meal lol! The Staff is Friendly...but must put a shout out to the Manager on Duty... Noel! A Staff member was celebrating her birthday while working and her Boss, Noel surprised her with Cupcakes and singing! And, as customers in the dining room, we were included in the festivities 🥳! Such an AMAZING experience! Y'all keep up the GREAT Work! This Critic definitely looks forward to visiting here again! So, keep on your toes😉

The ONLY time we eat at Taco Bell is when we are in Rockport. The manager at this one has obviously worked hard. Tue food is always fresh and tasty, the staff are always VERY courteous and helpful and the store is siesta very clean. Unlike every Taco Bell here in San Antonio.. We are here again this past weekend, got to tell the manager kudos and enjoyed a good, quick meal with my wife.

Great customer service like Chick-fil-A . It is clean everything in the stores organized and they were checking people out. unbelievable how well they have handled everything and very intentional. Driving through moving fast. I never been here just visiting town but I will be back. They all raises it’s unrare and overnight working how things are looking so great. I had the double steak grilled cheese burrito and it was so good. Very filling, the steak was tender. I tried to wait to eat mine till I got home ( I live about 40 miles from TB) but just couldn’t do it. I kept imagining the headlines, Stupid old woman killed in rollover car crash trying to put hot sauce on her burrito. It was a bit expensive, $7, but worth it. Wish I had one now.

We hit TC periodically while in RP. Unlike many of the fast food places here, they always get our order correct & food is hot & tasty. Shout out to the very friendly drive thru woman attendant who has been working there for quite sometime. She always makes it a positive experience.

Went through the drive through and on the whole the experience was both fast and great in quality. The drive thru worker was very courteous and helpful and our order came out fast even though it was busy. Would have given the 5 stars if I hadnt have had to remind them of one of my items.

Have yo give this place credit for being the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. Like it had just opened and I was the first customer clean. All employees were clean and thank goodness wearing gloves. Wish it were a requirement for every restaurant.

Clean bathrooms clean dining room. I like the kiosks let's me take my time ordering staff is ok the assistant is probably the only one that seems to engage customers where other locations have a dining room employee to check around this one doesn't seem to. But other than that food was taco bell quality so no complaints there I make a lot of modifications and they don't ever say anything food gets out very quick which I like parking is easy and there's plenty there. I like that they cleaned up the menu so there's less on it.

Great place to eat, but sometimes, order can be wrong. Be sure to check it before you leave. The staff is great and friendly, but as always, people have a rough day.. so please be kind and understanding. Fast food is one of the toughest jobs to have, especially when dealing with the public. Great place to sit and eat as well. They have inside options or a small outside area you can eat at. The bathroom is always clean as well as the dining area.

I have been going to this kfc getting two piece special regularly for past two months. Some times go with group to get other items, but really hoping they could get it together. They have a new manager and always looking for help. but obiviously he doesn't get it because they fail on service it would be nice if this was only a buffet where you could serve yourself and not have to deal with the pesonnel.

I have a love hate relationship with the Rockport Taco Bell. See I love Taco Bell, it's one of my favorite places to have a cheat meal. However this location makes things different from any other taco bell, in fact sometimes I'll drive to Portland if I want to have a Taco Bell cheat meal just because I know they will make things correctly. I really wish they could have someone come in and train them how to make some of the regular options.

Had to come to Taco Bell as in Rockport everyone eats at 5 and it was 8 so most restaurants were either closed or closing.....Nice server man, food was ok, place was clean.

Nothing special about this Taco Bell location. The food is typical/standard Taco Bell fare, so most people already have some idea of what they're going to order. With the exception of one male employee who was willing to bring our order to the table, the other employees seemed as though they would prefer no customers to be in the building. This location was a KFC/Taco Bell prior to the hurricane and the atmosphere was very similar - lackluster, at best. Hopefully someone higher on the food chain (no pun intended) will take notice and maybe take some initiative in leading the employees to do a better job of dealing with their customers.

It's a hit or miss at this location. Some days are good and some days you can tell someone hates their job.

Check your order before you leave. There's a missing item every single time I go. That doesn't deter me from eating here, the staff is friendly and the food is good.

Average TB, clean restroom, tables and floor not clean. Pieces of cheese and a glob of hot sauce here and there on the tables. Place could use a more sanitary-oriented manager.

In a town with a dozen "authentic" Mexican restaurants it's not really fair to make them comparison that I reeeealy want to. But let's be honest... it's a Taco Bell. The pinky up crowd isnt clamoring here for the fine cuisine. No, they have cheap filling food. This one in particular is a new "cantina" type chain. What's it look like inside? Well I can't tell you. I just go to the drive thru so my ass doesn't have to get out of my truck. I'm sure it's a beautiful customer friendly oasis of a chain restaurant in their dining foyer but I dunno. If it's late, your in Rockport, its 2 days from payday and you dont mind some science with your food then THIS is the place for you.

They rarely have extra crispy available. They won't even tell you it's not available just substitute the greasy original. Tacos are also stale usually when ordering the taco bell side. The restaurant is dirty and the staff is extremely rude and incompetent.

The line is always long and then you get through and they don't get your order right or if they do they give you under cooked food, desserts that are so hard they break your teeth and flat sodas... all and all extremely disappointing last time I ordered chicken from here it was bloody in the middle and most of the time they are out of all the sides, then you order from the Taco Bell menu and they don't get the modifications right or they put the wrong stuff in your bag

While The Couple That Ordered Before Us Was Still Waiting For Their Food! I Asked The Couple What They Ordered And They Told Me And It Turns Out That The Staff Put Their Food With Our Food! Getting Orders Right Is Not Rocket Science Here, But When The Manager And Staff Are Just Messing Around Talking And Laughing This Is What Happens!!! Get It Together Manager And Staff... Luckily The Couple Took Their Food And Was Able To Eat Or They Would Still Be Sitting There Today Waiting For Their Food!!!!

I’ve never rated a Taco Bell lower than 3 stars and usually that’s because the food is consistent with every other location, this store is the exception. The staff are friendly and the store is clean (as to be expected), however, how do you consistently undercook your food? This is a fast food restaurant, most of the items are prepared or pre packed and ready to be heated meaning your one job is to heat them to an adequate temperature. I’ve been to this location three times in the past weeks to give this a fair shot and every time the food is either cold or the tortilla is straight out of the pack with no heating. This is the first time and only instance id recommend you might want to get something else when in this area.

It's such a disappointment to not be served the quality of food they used to make. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food places, but this one is not as great as others. I got off of work, EXHAUSTED, and this is what my Chipotle Chalupas look like 🙁.. I'm very disappointed with the staff that made my order.

I work as a doordasher, and Rockport is a part of Ingleside's starting point. I drove 16 miles at 11:45 pm, got there at 12:02 am, and instead of waiting the extra two minutes for me to pick the order up, decided to accept the order on their end and just tell me they "didn't have a doordash order." Rudest and laziest poor excuses for Taco Bell employees I've ever seen. Die más.

Was told by a person that said he was the manager I had to park someplace else because I was pulling a boat. I was parked off to the side and was not blocking any parking spots or was I parked in a fire lane. I used to go to this taco bell at least once a week but won't be going back anymore.

It was okay. Had to tell them to wipe down the tables. Then looked around and all the tables in service needed to be wiped down. Hopefully someone important at this store see this to tell them they need to wipe down all table after customers use them.

I’ve ALWAYS had the same exact problem every single time I’ve gone, i have an autistic child who HATES and will NOT eat anything that touches sour cream: nothing on the menu has an option without sour cream so we have to ask for it off and 1000000% of the time, he bites into a glob of sour cream and it starts a meltdown to the point i’ve just stopped going to this location because it seems like such an impossible task to not add sour cream & even when I go in to replace it, i’m met with such rude workers OR ‘oh i’m sorry it was the wrong order’ no it wasn’t, it happens so often I know now it’s just laziness and a lack of giving a rats damn about their job. God forbid someone have a deadly allergy that they just lack to care about.

It was once considered the best Taco Bell in the vicinity, but since his arrival, the service has reportedly declined in terms of speed and quality. Consequently, I would advise against dining here.

I was in a hurry for dinner, so I bought some soft tacos here. Stale tortillas and barely enough beef to reach across. Dogfood. No senior discount, either. They weren't busy, and I won't be back, either.

Waited in line for 20 min for them to tell me, while pulling up to the drive through, that they are closed....mind you there was still 10 more minutes till closing. Pulled up to the window since I had waited that long, instead of coming to talk, all empolyees who saw me at the window continued to walk out the front door. Still 5 minutes til closing.

They just opened back up and I had to go through the drive thru twice because the first time they forgot half my order. Well I get home and my nacho supreme doesn’t even have cheese on it. Check your order before you leave. Well another update: my *cheesy* potato burrito, did not have cheese either. So making a trip back up there so my order can get fixed, for a second time.

Those pictures for Rockport taco bell is not what you get!!! I ordered 2 supreme soft tacos but got 2 supreme burritos, called & went back to get the soft tacos & they had maybe a teaspoon of beef in them, same with the burritos!!!

Worst tasting Kentucky Fried Chicken I've ever been to. The chicken tasted like the guided out of a box and just threw it in a broiler or something maybe got a box from Walmart or somewhere service really was bad. There was nobody waiting in line we got there I asked for a cup for water and I might as well been asking for a million dollars because everybody behind the counter just looks and stares at you I would never recommend anybody going back to this KFC Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell is awful. They literally put one teaspoon of meat in the beef crispy tacos we ordered tonight! Seriously go up on your price if you can’t afford to put more meat in your tacos. No wonder there was no one in line at the drive thru.

Customer service is ok but could use improving. The food is lacking in freshness, nachos or taco shells are usually stale and portions aren’t much more then a bite....unless it’s lettuce or retried beans.

my order has been incorrect more than once or have been missing items. When calling to let y’all know the phone is busy after my first attempt on calling. I ordered chalupas & asked for steak instead of chicken & am so confused why I got SOFT tacos instead. So when I called the MANAGER said youu ordered the #2 saying she heard me over the intercom but I’m like no ma’am I ordered a number 6 NOT the #2 & I even asked INSTEAD of chicken can I get steak instead. So another confusing question I have is where on the menu does the #2 have chicken? It has BEEF !!! So as a manager if she heard my order then she would’ve immediately known the #2 comes with beef & NOT CHICKEN & im 100% sure I said #6 CHALUPA bc I was on the phone & the person I was talking to even said youu ordered #6 chalupa w/ no sour cream, sub chicken for steak add spicy ranch !! We went there 12:15pm and ordered 12 Cinnabon delights no cinnamon sugar and the lady said that they don’t do that….we told her that we always order it in any Taco Bell and they do it….she said, we can do it but it’s gonna be cold on the inside 🙄 and u will have to wait for 30 minutes. So we went home and call just now 2:50pm and order it so that we don’t have to wait there and just pick it up. But the lady answered the phone said that they don’t do it and they don’t have it 🙄 So I ordered 12 pieces and I told her I want a fresh one and she said that what they have is the last and they can’t make a new one if they still have it 🙄 Lazy and rude

This is the worst location I’ve ever eaten at. They refuse to take your order make me have to use the kiosk. The food taste horrible I regret eating here ever would rather eat somewhere else then here. I know it won’t change but I miss the old Taco Bell so bad. This is depressing to see it fall so far 😞

Went back after a 3 month break from taco bell. I forgot it's a trademark of this location to forget hot sauce every. Single. Time. Edit- went back later 9 months. Asked me if I wanted hot sauce, I replied yes, and they still did not give me any. This place at least has consistently been a disappointment. Lastly to note, they charge the price of a small which is equivalent to a water cup any place else. F taco bell.

I've never been one to write reviews, however I recently have been having issues with this establishment, the employees seem to get my orders wrong whenever I order the crunch wrap supreme. My wife has reported an employee leaving a marijuana smell in the women's bathroom on multiple occasions, our sons have both seen multiple employees vaping while handling food in the kitchen. Which is certainly a health code violation.

Order soft tacos and your going to get more lettuce then meat. Been by this location twice now. Spent $30 both times on taco bundle of 12, and both times put a baby spoon full of meat then packed it with lettuce!!! I didn’t go there for a salad. On top of that they’re so empty both times I’ve went. I can now see why!!!!

Usually we have a great experience at this location, but today was not good. Our bill was a little over $30 dollars, they could not break a $50, which is all I had at the time. The manger on duty was no help. In not so many words , it was an ' oh well' from the manger. I canceled the order and left. Costumer service was horrible today.
