I come to this Chipotle all the time, and let me tell you m… the employees here are awesome! Everyone always has a good attitude, and they even like to joke around a little, which makes it way more fun to stop by. There are a lot of people I’d love to give a shout-out to (I’ll add some names later), but I have to say… Ashley is amazing! I usually get my same go-to meal every time, but she’s always got “something I should try” & she hasn’t steered me wrong yet! They make my order perfect every time, I’m not a fan of those overstuffed burritos that explode… I like mine just the right size. And somehow, they always remember that, which nice! This chipotle is great, and the people who work here make it even better.

I was going for a quick lunch to fuel my gains, I needed some heavy, fast food. As I come in, I am immediately greeted. Not really in a talking mood I get my bowl with Tripple Chicken, I couldn’t wait to eat and fuel my muscles with some nutritious food! As I am leaving one of the workers, I believe his name was Andrew says “Have a good one” and in my mind I’m like “ Wow, I will have a good one now.” Thanks to him, I have completely changed my lifestyle. Whenever I’m not feeling so good, I always remember what Andrew said.. “Have a good one!” So now I’ve completely turned my life around. I even quit my job to become an astronaut! Although we always fail to meet our quota, I will always have a good one, all thanks to Andrew! I will never go to a different Chipotle again. And the food was pretty good too.

The food was just normal chipotle, however the guy who served me (Andrew) was a bright spark on an cloudy day. His warm charismatic smile felt genuine and not like those fake smiles you get at Habit across the street. I normally don't get chipotle but I will be returning to this location just for the service and staff. Thank you!

It’s a Chipotle. You either like their food or you don’t. The restaurant is kept clean and the staff does a good job, so no complaints on that end.

I order lunch from here sometimes (a veggie bowl) and my order is always correct, although my requests for extra cheese and rice are always ignored. The service however, is horrible. The young people who work there have no attention to detail, and do not appear to care.

It was your basic Chipotle however the rice was completely uncut had to return it this particular Branch does not get a great review you would think she probably would have learned by now to make food that tastes great and is always perfect after all the problems they had

An average eatery - beef seems to have been a low quality item though. Prices are relatively high compared to what you get elsewhere for a similar type of food.

I chose Chipotle for the quality above everything else but also the value and consistency. With that being said, without exaggerating this had to be the lowest quality meal that I've ever had from Chipotle. I personally ordered a steak bowl, it's my order 80% of the time and consistency across all Chipotle locations has me so that I can taste of they put the wrong salsa on my bowl. This bowl tasted a bit off from the first bite. The steak was like rubber when it is always tender, as if it was microwaved. And I found the heal from the head of romaine lettuce in my bowl as well. I feel like I almost should have known something wasn't normal when I arrived at the restaurant at 830, 1 1/2 hours before they were scheduled to close at 10, and all of the dishes on the line were empty and stacked 4 feet high on the line like they were closed, pulling the ingredients out of storage containers but I thought that they were restocking everything and ordered from the app. My guest who always finishes a full burrito did not eat more than half. That's too bad because now I'll be second guessing ordering Chipotle as often as I do. All I expect is what I'm ordering, nothing more, nothing less. Chipotle was one of the few places that I could count on for quality. I review lots of restaurants in my travels and am in the top 5% of reviewers for restaurants on Google in the world and absolutely give credit whenever it is due and that is the majority of the time, but also call it out when things are substandard.

the amount of food was very poor, I ordered 3 tacos and it only had like 4 little pcs of chicken. I even told the person why so little chicken and did not care. shame on them because I've been some other chipotles and they're not stingy like this one

The food is what gave this a two star raiting. But the reason it got a bad rating is because, the two times I've been their I had gotten food poisoning and it sucked. If you want to risk getting sick go right ahead.

If you want to get served from the bottom of the bucket, the last two scoops(scrapes) of food, well just go where I went, Rolling Hills Chipotle. Some lukewarm meat, rubber chicken, no other ingredients available except for some diced tomatoes and salsa and an extra couple dollar charge to get a little guacamole.

Worst customer service ever... I placed an online order they didn’t even check if it was my order. they just pointed to the to go shelf I could’ve taken other peoples orders by mistake or stolen a bunch of bags. My bag was leaking juices from the burrito when I asked for another bag they just threw it front of me not even saying a word. I know it’s chipotle but cmon...it shouldn’t be this difficult even for an ounce of customer service.

I get that mistakes are made but this is after I get hassled everything I order my son a build your own taco. Cheese and salsa are not sides, they should be part of the meal or at least give me the option to add them (at a cost). We have limited option in the area and really do like the food. However, it is harder than it should be to get what we want.

Whoever the district manager is of the Hampton Peninsula Shopping Center Chipotle should be put on notice that this particular site is not up to par with most of the area stores. The service is much worse (slow, unorganized, untidy and impolite) and the orders are consistently incorrect. If you're ordering online going for pick-up, buyer beware and check your order before you leave. Most of the employees here do not deserve a job, especially one paying $15 or more an hour.

One of the workers that has long hair was making my food & he rolled his eyes when I asked him for more cheese… Like dude serve better that way I wouldn’t be asking you for more! Customer service is terrible

This place is a huge RIP off. I ordered a burrito. The price was $12.95 for 4 inch burrito. You'll be better off buying a frozen burrito for .99 at pavilion. Do not go to chipotle. Unless you want to get ripped off!!!

Go to the chipotle in San Pedro to be honest this one is really bad if u go at night they don’t have half the ingredients they give u the tiniest portions of all chipotle’s and everytime I order lettuce they give me a stump. They really need to step up their game at this chipotle

Worse steak tacos ever, meat has no flavor only spices. The girl just throws everything on the tortillas. Never again will eat here

Did online order twice and each time there was delay when I went for pick up at the scheduled time. No apologies were offered, as if this should be just fine. Staff seems to change a lot and not friendly

Smallest portions you'll ever see

I went there last night with a friend at 8:30 pm. They close at 10 pm. They still had an hour and a half before closing. There was no fresh food and the employees didn’t seem to want to make an effort to make any more beans, guac, veggies, or brown rice. The rice was gross and hard, I got the rest of the black beans (which wasn’t much at all), half a spoon of watered down pico, no guac, barely any veggies, a couple pieces of lettuce, and they were stingy with the steak. I spent $15 on a bowl that I didn’t even want to eat. The crazy part is so many other people came in after us and they had to leave because nobody would make fresh food. Every other Chipotle I’ve been to has been great about this type of thing but I always have problems with this one. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chipotle and by far the worst bowl I’ve ever eaten at the chain. This is a pretty bad location if you ask me. I would just make the trip to go to the Del Amo Chipotle because I always have a good experience there.

Customer service SUUCCKKKSSS!!! Worse restaurant I've been to. To begin with, there's only 1 person on the food line during lunch time 1Pm, I saw a guy which must have been management who decided to sit out on tables with a person he knows. He saw the king was getting busier with customers. There was about 6 people behind me. He made eye contact with me about 3 times but would look towards the kitchen. I saw about 4 people back there but nobody wanted to help. Until the guy saw line was getting busier he decides to call over ONE employee to help out. I get helped by her, asked for a bowl, and for my protein gives me the last scraps of the steak. I assumed she was going to get more because she turned around towards the counter. She stepped away and another employee helped and she asked what sauces I wanted, I told her that I assumed they'd put more steak on my bowl and she said "no that look like about a scoop" for the sake or arguing and be being hungry I said whatever just give me the other toppings. Then I go to pay the girl just tosses my reciept in the bag and doesn't say anything. Not even atleast a thank you. Really? GREAT customer service. No wonder this place has a 3.9 ⭐ rating... Should've looked at it before coming here !

Order ToGo on app, grabbed my order, went home. No chips i ordered. Pinto beans tasted like they werent cooked at all chicken had some hard pieces in it, who know what that was, in short a gross 3 taco meal, what waste of money, i wont eat there again!

Absolutely the worst Chipotle i have ever been to. The employees are not welcoming and they are extremely inefficient. The food tastes like its been sitting out all day, and the place is dirty... It seems like it gets worse every time i go there. The only up side is there is normally not a very big line... probably because it sucks. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place is totally out of control. Service is horrible and inattentive. I have been Chipotle so many times, but these quesadillas I got today are the smallest. This is definitely a subnormal chipotle.

Why are you in charge of wrapping the burritos if you don't know how to wrap a burrito? This lady literally just poorly mashed together my "food" after I told her it was okay to use another tortilla. And then when I asked for salsa she literally scooped the top layer of liquid and threw it over my food. I asked her to not do that and to actually give me some salsa and she looked at me and did it again, followed up with a, "What?" Because it was so wet it literally disintegrated in my car and leaked everywhere on the drive home. Terrible service. Never coming back here again.

Really bad service, I placed a. Order only because I was in a rush and they didn’t have it ready. In top of that the drink that I wanted was no longer get available and when I asked for a refund the girl threw the money on my hand and it fell!!! I don’t recommend this location at all. We loved Chipotle, however not for this store. Recently, I placed “to go” order 4 times by online for my daughter who can’t eat cheese at all and for my son who likes small bowl with tortillas. First one, cheese was in the burrito that I did request no Cheese at all. Second, no tortillas even though I ordered bowl with tortillas. Third one, cheese was in the burrito again. To add on, they didn’t even apologize. Forth one, I ordered one small bowl with tortillas and one burrito with no cheese. I got one burrito only, and back to the store to get small bowl. Without any apologies from the staff, she handed small bowl over to me. I feel very uncomfortable on the way to come back home. Then, unpacked the burrito, there was cheese again. How can I understand these situation?? I didn’t complain three times at all, but this time, I left the review and I will find out better way to complain.

Worst burrito I have ever had and it was $15! Absolutely unacceptable, unfriendly staff, and very stingy on everything but the rice.
