The food is as good as it gets at Applebee's. The staff was excellent, patient and quick. Yes, if I had to go to another Applebee's, I'll absolutely choose this one.

We usually eat at this location after church and generally enjoyed the services, but we had dinner today April 23, 2021 at Applebee's. The waiter was attentive, kind and professional. Covid protocols were followed. It was a table of 6. The kids enjoyed their meals but I didn't enjoy my dinner. My Steak was not well done. The waiter gave me another steak and it was the same result. The outside of the steak looks done but once it's cut, it is very red which was a turn off for me especially when I am paying the bill. Having said that I think this was an aberration.

Raevan was the Best waiter so sweet and patient but the food is absolutely trash gross but I think it’s a personal thing I don’t like bs food

Ummm.... so one of the workers had a bonnet on... there was a guest who created a disturbance... the manager had no idea where his key card was... but the staff who help me were cool and my food was okay. My ribs could have had a little more meat on them.

I arrived and the first bartender had no interest serving me. I’m sorry I was such an inconvenience. As I was dining, on perfectly good quesadillas, shift change occurred; the new bartender was only focused on one thing: closing time. 10pm on New Year’s Eve, which meant being exasperated when anyone wanted a drink or food at 9:15pm. Other workers insisted on SINGING as they moved around. Just because there’s music playing, does not mean you need to sing or wiggle your body around to it. Be professional. It was apparently decided they were done serving by 9:25, and my overcharged bill was presented to me. The food was good; it’s a shame the bartenders had no interest in their customers. If I weren’t an honest person, I could’ve slipped out numerous times without paying, as the bar was left unattended for 5-10 minutes at a time. I’d have tipped but seeing as they can’t count and charged me for 3 extra drinks than what I had… no thanks.

Second visit at an Applebee's .... first was at queens center mall and this one.... food is decent nothing blew me away to give the feel like im eating out and having food prepared better than my home cooked meals. Service was terrible but its not that the server was bad.... He was good but poor guy was alone. Atmosphere... our table lighting was so dim that the torch in my phone was used to read the menu. Sorry Applebee's you failed me.

I was blessed with the lazy waiter who dodged me everytime I looked for him. I didn't get his name but he was an older man of West Indian decent. Anywho the steak quesadillas were so delicious but the chicken quesadillas were super salty the chicken tenders and French fries were fresh. ginger ale was great and they keep tables 6 feet apart but no temperature is being taken whether you're dining in or not just a heads up.

we was there on Thursday....our server was bad she cant do multitask her name is essence she had no clue what she was doing she needs more training in multitasking......she forget to set up in start then she forgot the drinks then she took so long to get the drinks and food.....people who was after as they wear served before us

I haven’t gone to Applebees in a while so I decided to have on this day seance me and my son where out shopping but that when our day went wrong. We asked for a 2 stakes medium well and it came out extra well done . The blacken salmon what not hitting right. I paid 90 and we did not eat everything the only thing good was the wanton tacos and the onion rings Sorry to say but I will not recover this place anymore

We frequently used to go to this Applebees on Friday nights as a family night out. Lately the food has been really salty and the service has been slow, even though it’s not that busy when we go. Hate that I will have to put Applebees on pause but if we continue, we’ll surely get high blood pressure. Whatever they did to “revamp” their menu…it’s not working out that well. Drinks were ok though.

Let’s start with the fact that some of the servers were cussing loud enough for customers to hear. That is very unprofessional and not what you’d expect in a family‑friendly restaurant. I understand how challenging customer service can be, but employees need to keep their cool and remain calm in front of guests. We were seated toward the back, and there were a few guys serving that section. One specifically (his name started with “S,” but I don’t fully remember) kept fussing out loud enough about a customer every time he went over to the computer station. Another server in a black & white striped shirt cursed several times very loudly. It honestly felt like I was standing out on the street, not sitting in a restaurant. The food itself was okay, but the atmosphere created by some of the staff was not pleasant at all. Applebee’s, please do better. More training and professionalism would make such a big difference.

I’ll say that the bartender was great; she’s always on top of her A game. She knows what she’s doing and is helpful and a good problem solver when needed I ordered the beer cheese pretzels with her and the kitchen didn’t tell bartender or I that they ran out of beer cheese, so I had my pretzels w something else; cold white cheese called queso something I didn’t order that cheese and was not satisfied w the lack of communication I wouldn’t have ordered this if it wasn’t going to be a complete set .. please tell your kitchen staff they need to be aware of what food items are missing, that they need to communicate with the floor staff and waiters about what’s missing and such. The bar area was good overall but I go for the food and was not satisfied

Mostly the food was not up to the mark , when ever people visit the restaurant they looking for the best food. So as a restaurant u have to keep ur mind setup to get 5 star from customer with making them happy. I really don’t like anything in this place .

The wait was unreasonable ... the service was unconscionable, and the atmosphere was scary... at best!

Food was as dry as food can be. The sirloin steak and fries were dry to the point where I had a hard time eating it. The broccoli had no taste. It was blant. I'm not sure it's because we came in at a late hour or not, but even then I paid for the food, I expect it to be edible. Hope other places have better food.

I wouldn't know how the food and atmosphere is like because we never made it past the front. Looks like management didn't show up tonight or they may,be stuck in the kitchen. The crew of hostess (young man and young woman) seemed to have a lot on their hands...seating people cleaning tables and sweeping floors. They looked like their intent was good but their service needs training. When asked how long for a table, "when someone leaves and we clean the table and then you can sit" isn't a very hospitable response. I got up with my family after waiting almost 30 mins and grabbed Popeyes instead. Big Props to the team at Applebee's @ Terminal Market. I've seen the Terminal Market team extremely short staffed on a Friday with tables turning over quickly and efficiently and I still received better service.

These workers are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I purchased a order from DoorDash at this stupid location and my sandwich was missing so I called the restaurant and I told the worker why my sandwich was missing and he said because the sandwich was unavailable so I told him why you didn't give me something else for the same price and he just hanged up the phone on me. And then I called back and I spoke to a different worker and I told that worker can I speak to your manager and the phone just disconnected While she had me on hold. And on top of that Applebee's kept my money without giving me my sandwich. You called that stealing because I did not receive what I purchased. These workers are very unprofessional and So Rude. I'm going to call Applebee's customer service to file a complaint. And I hope one day this restaurant shuts down for good. The workers deserve it.

Food was dry with no flavor and the barman served me cheap wine instead of what I asked - 2 stars for the Yankees game (they lost that night) Will never step in an Applebee again : regretting it one time is enough for 50usd bill… Avoid…

The entire experience tonight was shitty! The young man that greeted us was the only positive for the night. When we sat down, servers were discussing a discount a manager gave a customer, why did this upset them to the point they found it necessary to be discussing it in earshot of customers? I didn’t know Applebees paid their servers a commission. Second red flag, a gentleman exited the restroom and kindly asked his server for utensils and he (the server) responded politely but then got behind my table to say “What’s with all the attitude bro, it’s not that deep.” Mind you the customer was not even asking in a bad manner or tone. My server brought food, no utensils and immediately moved on to the other table, when I asked her for utensils she gave me the finger and said I’d have to wait. Why would you bring food and no utensils, should we be made to eat with our hands? There was no apology, just a finger and you have to wait. Whoever manages this place needs to train their employees.

I took my family here for a nice dinner but most of the food was mid and truly we did not have a good experience at all. Especially traveling from Florid and frequently eating at all Applebees, I was truly disappointed in the food and the service from the manager. Once we walked in, I asked for a table of 6 and unfortunately the whole party did not arrive yet. We were told we couldn’t get a table until the whole party arrived, which was understandable. Once the whole party was here, they were fixing the table for us but the bust boy kept walking around and talking as we were waiting for 15+. Once we sat down, things got worse. I attached photos of my and my family meals . My 3 family members and I ordered the double crunch shrimp meal and (photos attached) once we received it, it was tempura shrimp and not what was listed on the menu. The shrimp was cold and they just said the manager ordered the wrong shrimp and didn’t offer anything for us until I complained so much, that they switched one of the meals. We waited so long for white claws, which is crazy. They gave us pretzels that were so over salted that it was not edible. I would not recommend coming here to this location. For $25 plus for each person was not worth it. Use the money towards chilis or somewhere else. The only good thing was sitting at the bar before and getting full attention of the bar tender

Ebony the bartender can do better w service. She for quite some time ignored us and took forever to give our menus or introduce herself or even acknowledge us at all We walked out. Her attitude makes us feel uncomfortable and her demeanor overall. It isn’t friendly. I love Applebees. I want to continue coming here but I can’t show my family this type of 0% service from her.
