I have literally never been served so well in my life. I came in during the dinner rush. Was seated fairly quickly. Immediatey was attended to. Food came out so quick. My server, Alyssa, was so attentive. The manager was walking the aisles making sure everything was going well. I am just tickled with how pleasant this experience. It is worth mentioning I came in alone with two small boys. Didnt even feel like chaos!

Alan, our waiter, was so helpful with helping us with the menu and has a great sense of humor. Great food and service!

Naomi who's our server was so good in caring for giving us good service despite the busy times we were there. I ordered prime rib well done & it was excellent. Seasoned well. I normally don't order steaks but I tried & it was really tasty with broccoli & asparagus. For $33 it went with clam chowders & dessert too. Well deserved place for 5 stars.

We had butler Nate help us. Food was incredible. Very wet burger. It was my wife's birthday! She got the fish. My father used to always say the tuna is the crab of the sea. My great grandfather was a cabbage farmer. I took the high road, and became allergic to peanuts.

BJ's never leaves me down! Great food, and atmosphere. Really good place for a family dinner, and especially their Preuvian quinoa chicken & veggies, Thyme & lemon grill chicken & The Black And Bleu Burger! 👌🏼

Great deals and really nice customer service. We came by for really late night dinner, they have some good deals for happy hours. Out of all restaurants I tried, they have the best ice cream cookie. Nice favor for the 🥩 steak. The only thing I would say is probably the heating. I saw other table got their own individual heating fan but on our side we got nothing. Hopefully next time we visit can have some improvements. Recommended and will come back again.

Dinner service was outstanding. Brandon was expertly helpful and spot on with suggestions. Did not hover or forget about us, attentive to our drinks and food. Talking about food, really good. And on a crowded day like New Year’s Eve! Steak was perfect, club sandwich and Parmesan crusted chicken spot on. Fettuccini Alfredo? Incredibile. Can’t say enough things about this experience. Came with my niece today. We sat in the bar area and our drink order was taken right away. Our server was Richard A. He was so kind and had a great personality. He was very good...I really enjoyed having him as our server. We had a problem with the bill...I tried to use mobile pay and they were charging me 5.00 instead of deducting the 20 percent. The manager had to help us. He tried to tell me the mobile pay did not work on Wednesday because they have the 10 dollar loaded burger special. I had to show him the prior week it worked. He was kind and got it all taken care of in a professional manner. I ordered the brisket burger...and added onions strings...omg like an explosion of flavor in your mouth...this is my favorite burger here. My niece ordered the guacamole burger and really liked it. I have been to bj's so many times...I have never had a bad meal.😊😊😊😊

Came for the pizza. Needs more sauce. Toppings were perfect. Crust used to be buttery and crispy. Server was good. Hire HUPP to clean your beer lines. Good investment. I will return.

Bryce was absolutely amazing, me and my girlfriend normally come once in a while to this BJ's and the food and everything is good but the service was always very monotone and and bland, Bryce on the other hand was very nice and helpful and checked on us many times and made sure we were enjoying our time here, 10 out of 10 for Bryce!!!!

Our waitress Adilene was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and accommodating. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. This is one of our family’s favorite restaurants, but our dining experience really stood out tonight. Wonderful service, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere. (Not to mention the good special prices!!) What more could anyone ask for a lovely dinner out? Highly recommend.

Jacob was fantastic. He made us feel very special, kinda your own server. Usually we ask for Scott, however we was not there today. He has some fierce competition. Will be back again soon.

Hard to describe their cuisine selection in simple terms but they have wings, burgers, steak, ribs, seafood, san-fran style soup-in-breadbowl, and let's not forget the Pizookie, all served up in a friendly, sportsbar ambience. You'll love it. Seriously, if you want a REALLY nice lunch or dinner without paying like crazy, go to BJs. Great service and staff too!

This Bj's in the bar area has been very consistent over all. Meaning good food, good service (bar area only!), good ol fun time. Now as we have not eaten close to all there foods we can only attest to what we have had. The all you can eat soup and salad is always a favorite. They do a great job on the salads and the soups are like home made and tasty fresh. Hamburgers have always been excellent too. We love going here. But, word of caution the service in the regular seating area has been 50% of the time so horrible a mgr had to intervene. Never again. We only sit in the bar area for the last few years and great service always. My wedge salad has extra bacon, no cost, yummy.

Everything came out perfectly and well-timed. He made sure our drinks were full and took great care of us. Naomi C What a bright fun person to have take care of your table. She brought a very fun and pleasant energy to our Friday night out. She provided excellent service and made sure to provide special little touches bringing our experience beyond expectation. We've returned since then several times, but these two service waiters stood out. We've requested them, but been unable to sit in their sections again. The great value for the $13 deal and the wonderful service keep us coming back.

I had a really enjoyable visit to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse! The food and drinks were absolutely DELICIOUS everything we ordered was full of flavor, especially the pizza. It was perfectly cooked and easily one of the best we've had in a while. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it a great place to hang out and enjoy a meal. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was super nice and attentive throughout the meal, which made the experience even better. The only small hiccup was that the waitress forgot to put in our order a pizza to go, but honestly, everything else was so good that it didn’t bother us too much. Mistakes happen, and it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time there. Definitely looking forward to going back again!

Me and my wife came here for happy hour the hot wings were delicious but the personal pizza was as good as I remember. Please keep in pan the whole time because it keep its warm and the crust was crispy. Allen o was awesome he makes Express very nice. Very nice helpful He has a really good personality that makes it fun. You should keep them in the happy hour bar area. Everyone will love it. I would highly recommend BJ’s but please do something about the four slice pizza. 2 weeks later We ones again came around 4pm for happy hour with my wife. We ordered hot wings, avocado rolls as you see in pictures and of course the bouzouk for dessert. The hot wings were delicious in Hawk Hagen Way got them. I would recommend ordering them extra crispy. They come out good and hot. Once again, Allen was our server. He did a wonderful job. He always made sure we were happy. I would recommend going there on Fridays around 330-4pm. Next time I will try the personalize pizza again and see if I can have them keep it and the pizza pan to keep it crispy

Foods are delicious and affordable prices. Weekdays also busy and wait for seats atleast 20 mins. Recommended to hangover with friends and families.

It's Saturday night and a birthday celebration for our party of 5. Our birthday girl chose BJ's Brewhouse Restaurant in Roseville. Still a good choice in our local franchise restaurants. Being a franchise ensures that the menu and service will stay consistent in this trendy restaurant. Tonight was no exception. Our reservations we're for 5 p.m. and we were seated promptly upon our arrival. Tonight's server was Nikki. She was friendly, professional, kept our drinks replenished, and give us plenty of time to make our menu selections. We took our time with the abundance of menu items. Also changing our minds on our selections. Not a problem for Nikki. Nicki never forgot us and correctly took care of everybody's requests. That's no easy task in my family. We spent 3 hours with dinner and conversation and never felt rushed to leave. This evening we ordered 2 Classic ribeye dinners. You have your choice from a plethora of sides. They chose baked potato, asparagus, and honey Sriracha brussel sprouts. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts, sweet, spicy, and delicious. One order of double bone-in pork chop with mashed potatoes and asparagus. One order of Mediterranean Pita tacos and one of shrimp arugula Pita tacos. The taco dishes come with unique side dish called seasonal Bistro grains. This tasty side dish is a combination of roasted sweet peppers, red onion, and corn. Then married with tasty spices, quinoa, farro, and black beans. We felt this dish was over salted. The Bistro grains is served cold, but I prefer to have it warmed. Which BJ's took care of for me. Tonight for dessert, 3 orders of the always popular Pizookie. This treat is your choice of cookie baked in a pie tin. Then topped with a scoop of ice cream. You can order this delight in full or mini sizes. Yum Tonight's pluses, service service service, cleanliness/consistency, steaks cooked to perfection, honey Sriracha brussel sprouts, Pizookie. Manager checked in on our table. Tonight's minuses, over-salted seasonal Bistro grains, over roasted (limp) asparagus, tile floor near entrance, decaffeinated coffee that tastes like battery acid. No longer brew their own beers. BJ's is trendy, popular, crowded, and noisy. Having said that it's well maintained with clean bathrooms and we'll staffed. They have a full sized bar with a large assortment of beers. Although they no longer brew them at this location. Note of caution the tile floors at the entrance are extremely slippery. Yours truly nearly took a nose dive. A note of journalistic transparency: I have two family members that happened to work at this restaurant. Service was amazing. We were sat immediately and asked if we wanted to wait for a booth or be sat upon arrival. We were greeted by our server and asked our drink order and if we wanted appetizers. We ordered a pizza, the French dip and a kids chicken tenders meal. Pizza was excellent - crispy and hot. Chicken tenders were appetizing and fries were crispy. The French dip was chewy, onions overly sweet and over peppered. The server noticed it wasn’t received well and offered to take it off our bill. Very kind and above and beyond service. We finished with a pazookie - it was amazing as usual. Overall great experience.

Second time here and I had a good time! Went for the happy hour menu and they had a few choices but they were good ones to select. Got the root beer glazed ribs which were good and hot! Not a bad price for the ribs, then my burger came out a little while after and with the added cheese and bacon, the burger tasted great! Did I feel a little unhealthier eating it, yes, but it was worth it! Afterward got the pizookie, salted caramel, really good and really sweet, a little too sweet, but still finished it. After finishing our dinner, I was in a food coma but can’t wait for my next visit! Our waiter was very good and helped with any questions we had, very friendly.

We frequent BJ's at least once a month and it's usually a very nice experience. There's a good atmosphere, friendly servers, a large variety menu, and usually adequate seating. Today my order was botched. As a vegetarian I ordered a burger with a veggie patty and no bacon and received a hamburger with bacon. Upon seeing that I had an incorrect order the waiter began to immediately remedy the situation. Within moments a manager was at our table apologizing, letting us know they were already working on my meal, and comping my meal because of the mistake. Everywhere makes a mistake on occasion but how they handle it is really important. I'd say that BJ's handled it excellently. We will definitely go back.

Was a little confused on when I got tacos if I got fries or not since it's listed underneath the sandwich section but said sandwiches get fries as a side. The Mac and cheese side, we were confused the way it was listed. We didn't see the creamy couscous until the meal came out. Otherwise, everything was great!

Chose to sit outside because I had my dog with me (we walked there) and the weather was nice. Service was a little slow, but I was the only customer on the patio, so that tracks. There was a check snafu when my check had the wrong QR code on it the first time, went in to fix it. I am not sure why they don't use Toast for tap and pay, it's so much easier if you are using your digital wallet.

Had dinner in a party of 7, not to bad of a wait. Ordered drinks and it probably took a good 20 minutes to get my beer... Had the Searee Ahi Tuna Salad which was really good and I'd probably have It again. I don't think our waitress ever refilled waters or anything then the check took a while as well. Overall good food and ok service.

The pizookies at BJ's are to die for! In my opinion, the best option is to get the triple-mini-pizookie option so you can try 3 different ones! They're all delicious! They also have a wide selection of entrees, appetizers, and drinks. The pizza is just OK, but worth it for the price, especially on Mondays when they're discounted. The margaritas are also discounted on Mondays and well-made. The service is also fast and friendly!

Decent food. The service was slow and we weren't attended to very often. We had a large group with the 18% gratuity already figured in and we kind of expected better service. I received half a refill of my iced tea the entire two and a half hours we were there.

It’s good food the service could be better! The host was short with us! But we’ve experienced this at other BJs! So I don’t understand why the hosts at this establishment are rude!

We’ve had wonderful experiences at this location in the past, so on Sunday my family and I decided to return and order our favorite dishes — the broccoli and cheese soup in a bread bowl and the kids’ chicken tenders. These dishes have always been incredibly tasty, but this time something went wrong. The soup was barely warm, and the chicken tenders had a bitter taste from oil that hadn’t been changed in a long time. The fries were also barely warm. Unfortunately, this bitterness ruined the overall impression of the meal. I’m not sure if this was due to a new chef or if the chef was simply very tired that day, but the quality of the food was noticeably lower than usual. I hope this was a one-time issue, and that we can enjoy your dishes again in the future.

Really wish they had shaded outdoor seating. We tend to shy away from the indoors because it's usually more crowded/noisy. We sat outside and it was VERY sunny. Not blaming the restaurant for the heat (obviously that's outside their control) but it would've been a lot nicer to enjoy dinner without the sun beaming down on our faces. I'm sure the servers would appreciate it too. Other than that, the food was AMAZING and our server was flawless in taking care of us throughout our meal. Management was nice also. Would definitely consider coming back if they put up some umbrellas/ some type of shade like a tarp!

First, I want to say that I have had great experience in the past at this location with food quality. This time, I went in and ordered pizza. When it came out the pizza was cold and the crust was not crunchy as fresh pizza is supposed to be. I asked and staff stated that they bake the dough alone first and then add veges and cheese and re-bake the pizza. This is not what I am used to and the pizza didn't taste very good. The pizza actually tasted like when you buy ready made cooked crust from Winco, then add veges and cheese and heat it up. Not good! The staff were super nice and understood that I knew something was not right and took off pizza charges. Its not staff's fault but probably decision made by management.

The food was great! They were out of a lot of things. It's fine to be out of things; they waited until we tried to order the items before letting us know. Knowing in advance would help. The beer and the hot chocolate was good. Wait time was 30 to 40 minutes.

Dirty knives, forks, but we got a replacement. Some plates weren't cleaned properly and the servers weren't paying much attention to us. The atmosphere was pretty good, and the food was also kinda good. 3 stars because people spent their time cooking.

The chili was tasteless, and the macaroni and cheese tasted weird. The Shrimp Scampi still had the tails on them. The only thing that was really good was the garlic roll. And we kept having to ask our waiter for refills on our drinks. I do not recommend this place.

Check your receipts! My bills had an extra $20 added to the total that wasn't included in any of the actual charges. They removed random items until the bill was close to what it should have been. Looked like the happy hour menu wasnt applying correctly in the computer system.

Surprising a chain which has a niche has gone down on food, service and dam care attitude. The bar tender either he is picked up from the streets and made the bar tender, who serves Single Malt in Martini glass, I was there yesterday and was surprised, also when I repeated my drink I specified the glass I want my Single Malt and what is get is lousy glass which is not less than shot glass, either they have ran out of glasses if so then they need to mention the same. Sharing pics for the BJ's Management to see it themselves. Food , its so salty that it will shoot your BP very high. Their signature Avocado Egg Rolls too have deteriorated, I am sure BJ's have standard recipe for all their menu then how come such a blunder. Hope they improve they have a good niche in dining , specially for those who get off work late and want to have to hit a restaurant.

We made a reservation for six people for a booth. We were running late, so I called ahead to let the restaurant know. I was assured that it was fine and that they would hold our booth. When we arrived, we were told the booth was no longer available and would have to wait, which we understood since we were late. Later, we were informed that booths were reserved only for parties of eight, not six—yet shortly after, another party of six who arrived after us was seated at a booth. Instead, we were offered a table in the middle of a busy walkway, which was not ideal, especially with children. To make matters worse, the front desk receptionist’s demeanor was extremely rude. This was meant to be a special birthday celebration, and the tone and treatment we received completely ruined the occasion. I have dined at this restaurant many times and have always enjoyed my experiences, but this was the first time I felt such clear disrespect from a staff member. The way my husband was addressed felt dismissive and discriminatory, which left us deeply disappointed.

First of all my fries had a long hair on them and then when I go take a bite out my burger it was pink as beep in the middle it took forever to get another one but the bad part was none of this was comp they just charged another one.unprofessional service to say the least.

I ordered my food online Through the website and chose too pick up it So I can make it back to work …I had to wait 10 minutes after my pick up time because the food wasn’t ready ., when I got too work , I checked my food and my chicken was completely burnt and nasty… I ordered the $13 chicken meal with the cookie a few times at the arden location and did not have this issue… I will not come back too Roseville location because the whole entire plate was trash smh

We used to like Bj's restaurant; we had been to another one of their locations before. This time, we booked a table for a specific time to celebrate a birthday. We arrived on time, but were asked to wait. After 20 minutes, we were shown to our table, where we found that the table was dirty and the sofa had a lot of food and drink residue on it. We pointed this out, and they cleaned everything up, but the sofa became wet, so we had to wait for it to dry. Then, when the food was served, upon unfolding the napkins, we found dirty forks with food residue on them. We asked for replacements, and they simply gave us a pile of dirty forks to choose from. One of the dishes (a salad bowl with remnants of a previous dish, something with ketchup) we didn't eat, but it was still included in the bill. This was the worst experience.

Bjs is kinda hard to rate since Its pretty much the same as any other place. If you drink alcohol,I guess it doesn't matter. But if you don't drink ,like myself, the food isn't that good. It's a shame because the atmosphere is ok and it's nice inside . I didn't really care for any of the food we had. The avocado rolls are weird .it's just a spring roll wrap and avocado deep-fried. Served with a sweet sauce. None of that works. It's chewy inside because of the avocado No flavor. We had the fish and shrimp tacos. Very basic overall The red sauce was fermented so that was gross . I told our server, she said oh no, that's not good. And idk if anything happened from that. All in all. Not good The plating looked messy . The chips were all broken up. Beans were decent . The fish tasted way to fishy. For the cost. It sucked . No one working there looked liked they enjoyed being there.

My server was very friendly but overworked, seem like no staff there she got to do everything. However the hostess is strange, she saw us waiting for seats, said nothing just starting for 5 seconds until we spoke up asking for table. Then leaded us to the table and threw the menu on the table then walked away. Extremely strange behavior.

The type of music would have been fine but it was way to loud. When the waiter can't even take your order because you can't hear him or he can't hear you ruined thw entire dinner.

A group of us came here last night around 9pm. Were told a 20 min wait, which turned into almost an hour wait. Once we were seated, service was extremely slow. The food came out looking like it had been tossed on the plate. One of our group ate half her fettuccine before discovering there was a HAIR in it. Another dish had a random piece of sausage in it that didn’t belong. I wasn’t impressed with how the food looked or tasted for the prices that we paid. Thankfully they didn’t charge us for the food with a hair in it. But the random sausage our waiter just laughed at. For someone with certain food sensitivities or wanting to avoid eating certain foods for whatever reason, having a random piece of meat that wasn’t supposed to be there could be a big deal. At any rate, I probably won’t be back. There are much better places to eat.

Horrible service. I waited 35 minutes for curbside pickup even after checking in online, calling twice, and having someone come out to tell me they didn't even make my order. I'm never coming back here and frankly, I would have left if it wasn't for my child's fundraiser. I don't recommend this location, you'd be better off going to Yardhouse across the street.

I ordered online and they said it would be ready to pick up at 5:30 PM. I arrived at 5:25 PM to the curbside pick up and called in telling them I arrived. I didn’t get my pizza until 6 PM. The pizza is also very disappointing. I got pepperoni and barbecue chicken. Extremely minimal amount of toppings and cheese, very puffy and thick crust, and almost no sauce causing it to be very dry. Only stopped by to introduce my friends to this place since I love their drinks. Overall food was horrible similar to Sacramento's and I assume its just the food chain not the location. We were all left disappointed and overpriced food. X - Steaks (sirloin) ordered 2, and all was dry and the size of small fist. 1/5 ☆ - medium rare burger was cooked well done but was still a good burger 3/5 ☆ - shrimp scampi the butter was super seasoned and good ended up dipping the steak with it to help finish it 4/5 (only due to the taste of the butter) ☆Standouts☆ ☆ All their handcrafted sodas are a must. ☆ Their pizookies are a must too, but warning it is very sweet. ☆ Atmosphere ☆ Customer Service If you're used to super seasoned food, traditional food, or like Texas bbq stuff, don't come here expecting to get good food. Ordered take out and did not recieve what we ordered. Called to figure out what happened and was told maybe we can talk to manager the next day. Burgers were disgustingly raw when asked for well done. They have yet to contact us and have failed to refund or rectify the issue in anyway. I feel they essentially have stolen from me.

After a 30-40 minute wait for a table, we ordered our food and I specifically requested vegetarian options for myself and my husband, as we are Hindu vegetarians. I also reminded the server of our previous mistake, where they gave us a beef patty instead of a veggie burger, and begged them to double-check our order to avoid a repeat. To our dismay, when the order arrived, my kid's burger was not vegetarian - it was a beef patty again! My daughter had already eaten two bites, and my 4-year-old son had also started eating before they told me mom It doesn't taste good and when we asked they mentioned its beef. I was appalled that the server didn't take our requests seriously despite our repeated reminders. The manager didn't seem to care about our complaint, and the server didn't offer an apology or explanation, simply blaming the mix-up on being busy. This experience was a huge letdown, especially after we had specifically asked them to get it right this time because of the last time bad experience in another restaurant. . It's clear that they need to improve their communication, training, and attention to detail. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THE BLATANTLY DISRESPECTFUL AND RACIST TREATMENT I RECEIVED. The hostess looked me in the eye, ignored my greeting, and went back to laughing with her colleagues, making me feel unwelcome from the start. I was told there was a 20-minute wait for a table for two because of "no servers," despite multiple empty tables. Just minutes later, a white family walked in, received a warm greeting, and was seated immediately. When I questioned this obvious double standard, the hostess dismissed me with a condescending, "that's how our system works." As a person of Indian origin, I can only call this what it is: blatant racism. To be ignored, lied to, and then publicly disrespected is humiliating. I will not be visiting bjs anytime again for sure.

Terrible service! I went in a group of 4 and my girlfriend did her get her food for about 45 mins after the rest of us! We then ordered a pizookie and was told 20 minutes later they were out, they had all the time in the world to tell us! I was very sympathetic to our waitress when discussing why we were disappointed in our service. When the manager came she was very condescending and we did not get a coupon, comped food or anything! We were told “I’m sorry we were out of our pizookie and I’m sorry for the wait please come back” then she immediately walked off, a total joke! I’m a big fan of this restaurant and previously had a 5 star review but will be deleting it in exchange for this one. Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had dining out. The manager needs to do better! On top of all this, myself and a friend ordered fish and chips and the food looked totally different (see photo) I don’t know how you have this large of a difference in food in the same dish. Either way I don’t think I’ll be going to BJ’s again and will not be recommending it to friends or family. A total joke of an experience!

So the food was good but the service was absolutely terrible. I understand that when we came in it was busy because it was 9 pm on halloween day but we waited 3 hours to get our food and that is just way too long. Our server didn’t even ask for refills and his hospitality was just not good. I am disappointed with this experience.

We tried to pick up a to go order and the two guests we encountered one was there for 50min for a pizza the second lady was there for an hour and was still waiting ,and we waited for someone to serve us because suprise BJ'S doesn't give a shit about if you pay for beer club or not especially at the rosville location!!! 9 out of 10 would not recommend!!

This was some of the worst experiences I have had anywhere in a while. As a server I know it is simply not that hard to do a decent job. Our server had no more than 4 tables and was nearly nowhere to be found the entire time. It took us 2 hours to get from start to finish and we spent 80 percent of that time waiting on him to come back. Then when the food did come it was ALL cold and hard like it had sat under a heat lamp for so long. Why were we waiting if it was all done ? Even in the case something was held up , communication to your table can go a long way. Everything took far too long. We were never checked in with or talked to about the wait or food. That’s not service , that’s order taking like a drive through ?? We watched managers stand behind the bar on their phones and almost the entire staff was congregated near the to go door doing nothing. This is simply not that hard and being in this industry so long it’s even more frustrating to be handed a 200 dollar bill that was completely terrible. Anyone could have helped ?? We had to get up twice for basic shit. Come on.

My husband and I both ordered Sal’s Brewhouse Chicken. Big mistake. The chicken was like a piece of wood; even our steak knives couldn’t cut it. We won’t be ordering that again. Somebody needs to teach the cooks how to grill a piece of chicken without turning it into a door stop. These meals were takeout.

If your not a regular you can forget about getting good service. This restaurant only caters and treats there regularly customers I've noticed with service othwise you will wait and watch. Management doesn't care when asked for service.

Called around 8 pm asking if they had prime rib available, they said yes. I came around 9:30 and they said they were out of prime rib since 6 pm. I then ordered the next combo meal, the pork chop one, waited 25 minites for the manager to come to my table and tell me they dont have any and gave me a menu. At this time my server started to ghost us. I had this menu for another 10 minutes before asking a busser to get my server. I then ordered the tritip and chicken, the food looked like it was out for a few hours and heated up. It looked horrible. This was one of my most unpleasant dining experiences so far, really disapointed and will most likely not come here again.

The hostess with the snoopy tattoo on her arm, a short mid looking white girl, should be fired from interacting with customers. She rolls her eyes at customers after they turn away. She tells people 30 minutes hoping they leave. And when the phone rang, she said “ugh why can’t they just leave me alone”. She was working Tuesday Dec 23 at 10:30 pm. When we go to order, we have to ask for the happy hour menu, they were actively trying to hide it. We go to order the personal pizzas on the happy hour menu and waiter tells us they are out of the personal size. Overall bad experience from start to finish.

Food was okay, although it came out cold. Service from hostess was bad but the waiter was worse. I waited 18mins after paying for a cookie a when I finally got the servers attention (blond middle aged women with the thin pony tail) her response was “I know” brought it and did not say anything at all. Not sorry it took so long, thank you for coming or nothing. I get it was busy but I had a table for 2. When I told the Manager, his response was come back and I’m sure you will have a better experience. Huh? Why would I come back? BJs in Roseville does not have a welcoming environment.

We are always a patron of Bj's but after this food poisoning over weekend with my family, we might reconsider. Last Saturday, we celebrated our son's baseball game. He had 2 RBI's from his team's score of 4. What a good day to eat out in one of his favorite restaurants. We had an online reservation and was seated immediately after arrival. Ambiance of the place was so so. Nothing special that day. Service was okay and fast. Our drinks came first and our server got it wrong already which should have been a clear indication on how the meal experience would go. We ordered 1 regular lemonade, 1 strawberrry lemonade, 1 kid's size sprite & 1 kids' size Dr.Pepper. However, 2 Strawberry Lemonade we're given and he indicated he wasn't informed, were in fact he was the one who took the order. It was corrected after. Our food came then. A personalized 5 meat pizza with some additional veggies, a mix of chicken wings ( dry rub & sauce coated), which looks surprising as it had burned marks ( see attached food photos), kids meal of Pepperoni Pizza & regular fries & Corn Dog with regular fries ( looked double fry as it appeared darker & drier). We ate with so much delight & trusted everything was good. We topped off our meal with their famous trio pizzokies special. It was supersweet & a little moist than usual. The dine in experience was good as we have everyone in the family enjoying their meal. Upon arrival, everyone was estatic & full. We rested and watch some shows. After some time, our youngest son who had the corn dog & fries, complained of stomacheache & feeling nauseated. We checked on him and lo & behold he got some projectile vomiting going on. He have to rush to the bathroom & relieve himself both eays. The whole Saturday evening until now Monday, he has to endure nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Missed his school for this same reason. My husband and I who shared the all 5 meat Pizza and wings felt it's effect Sunday dawn until now. Hubby missed work for this reason too. Thank God our eldest son, was spared as he got his order looking fresh from all of us. We are writing this review to raise awareness to this particular establishment to look more on your sanitation & food handling practices as FOOD POISOINING is a very avoidable matter. Lives are greatly affected with this health concern, so please ensure everyone from your establishment practice & adhere to the standards accordingly.

Honestly I wasn’t going to come and review badly but I twice ordered food from this location this week. Both times the same order GLUTEN FREE cheeseburger with bacon. No fries a Salad. Seems straight forward. Both times they sent me a burger with a regular bun. Bad enough uber eats takes an hour then I’m waiting again. I love Bjs I eat the burgers all the time. Twice with the wrong order in the same week. You guys are going to seriously hurt someone with a severe allergy luckily I eat this burger all the time and know the difference in the bun. Terrible and to top it off this time they sent it with raw bacon….. last time I ordered again. This time I’ll go to university of beer and call it a day.
