Food was hot and fresh. We were in a rush, and they got the food out quite fast. The cashier almost was rude over a forgotten French fry, but I took into account how often they deal with jerk customer. Which I am not, so even though she thought I was lying I was able to prove to her I was in fact missing a French fry I had paid for.

This place, the gas station as a whole, was packed when we got there. Ran through the drive thru after a late day helping grandma with her water heater. We grabbed a stack of value menu burgers and ran. The staff was smiling and friendly the service was quick and accurate.

Food was good and fresh made. The new Churro fries were great. Register and other empployees were respectful and pleasant to deal with. Considering how very rude the owner of Amyrs Exxon next door was I was grateful to see people with respect and holiday cheer. They even were decorated for Christmas with a tree etc.

Our server Michelle, is always extremely pleasant. Since moving to the area, my family and I have frequented this BK at least three times a month and she has never failed in getting our orders correct. Our food comes out hot and freshly prepared. Michelle at BK off 288, Rosharon Tx, needs to be commended for continuously doing a great job. Well Done!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and my husband ordered a whopper meal. He liked his, mine was gross, I took one bite and threw it away, never again. Stick to the Whopper I guess. The fries were fresh and the drinks were good.

I’ve ordered from this Burger King multiple times through Uber Eats over the past six months, and the quality has been consistently disappointing. Almost every order arrives with a cold patty and missing basic toppings. At first I thought it was a one-time mistake, but the same issue happens every single time. This isn’t a temporary problem — it feels like poor quality control on delivery orders or a lack of care in the kitchen. Delivery customers deserve the same standard as dine-in. I hope management addresses this, because the consistency of the issue shows something is seriously broken in their process.

Come here if you want to eat raw flour. The first is a picture of the Whopper after taking a bite into it and realizing something was off. The whole bottom bun was covered in raw flour. The worst part is, when I went back through the drive-thru, the guy at the window said “that’s really weird, we don’t even have flour”…. Makes it worse. Then the second picture was it remade, still raw flour. I picked apart the bun and tried to eat it, but that made me sick.

Make sure to check your boxes before yall leave people. We paid for 2 12 count chicken fries each box had only 6 in them. We don’t even want to go back because we are stuck in traffic. But the manager should check the cameras. This is so wrong.

I’ve ordered from this Burger King multiple times through Uber Eats over the past six months, and the quality has been consistently disappointing. Almost every order arrives with a cold patty and missing basic toppings. At first I thought it was a one-time mistake, but the same issue happens every single time. I've been coming to this place since they open..but lately I notice chicken nuggets been crispy, dry and hard, I though my self, maybe next time be better, and i understand if they busy, but hardly see people at 4pm drive thru, so no reason to serve old food..and today i ordered chicken nuggets again plus fries, omg my fries were crispy like tortilla chips, and once i was ready to get my nuggets guess what? A burger was inside..SMH for real..i called to complaint about, i wasn't trying to get a refund neither free food..so i started eating burget wth! Im at work, new years, once i bite it...A PLAIN FREAKING BURGER,, omg..thts it, im not going back, you guys need to put more attention on quality of your food..employees are nice, but the food sucks...horrible...

Service is terrible. Ladies consistently ruin my order or don't understand their own menu. Asked for a large meal and an extra small fries, they didn't understand and charged everything individually. Also l said No mayo multiple times and guess what I got an extra amount of?

To the nasty manager who was disrespectful to my dad and the young girl over a dropped cup u should find a new job , u were laughing at my dad for defending the girl working drive thru over a drink that was dropped it was an accident ,that was no customer service that was disrespectful and the poor girl was shaking the manger is disrespectful to customers and mean to her employees.

She just saw you!” Thats when I walked away. Mind you, I was standing in the front waiting for my order. I had to walk away without my order, if they were being careless preparing my burger, I cannot trust this place with their rude, immature attitude.

Not like the one's i make in my iron skillet at home. The onion they put on it had almost no flavor to it that the iceberg lettuce could kick it's ash. The lettuce and pickles was the only thing that had flavor to it. And no, i didn't have mayonnaise on my Burger. That stuff is nasty on anything but chicken and fish. I remember when BK had good food.

Horrible customer service!!!! Cold food. How can it be so bad when the Burger King less than 8 miles down the road is so good?
