It was a early morning and I just wanted a sub for later in the day. It was great I ordered pick up a steak and cheese on an Italian herb and cheese bread toasted with onions, bell peppers, light lettuce and Jalapeños with the spicy siracha sauce. It was made when I arrived. The young lady working was super nice she assured me she made my order correct and she did. It was perfect

This restaurant has a great location, sort of hidden away from traffic and has potential if it had patio type seating for those of us who want to enjoy the cool weather. Aside from that, it would have received 5 stars if the soda machine were fully functional. Why would a company omit the pleas of the manager that this restaurant needs it fully operational, yet there weren't any soft drinks when I dined in there. The crew were friendly and courteous and will come back if the soda machine is fully functional and has all drinks available.

I recommend not eating here until all the roaches have been eliminated. I saw about 5 of them pocking out from the food area. I told the guy to get this fixed and cancelled my order. Today is July 8, 2022

I will never ever order at this place again. Order a chicken teriyaki the only thing they gave me was a salad sandwich. And what's the one who don't speak proper English and understand very well. The restaurant is horrible

Went to Subway today and had the worst experience. The employees stated they did not speak English, which made ordering extremely difficult. It took over 25 minutes just to attempt to order for five people. One employee came in from picking up trash outside and did not wash her hands before putting on gloves and returning to food prep, which was very concerning. When it came time to check out, they were unable to ring up the order correctly and had to call someone on speakerphone to translate. Even then, the pricing was wrong. We were told an item costing $3.99 was $13.89, and the same issue happened with the customer ahead of us, who was quoted $8.99 for a $4 promotional item. After all of that, we walked out without food — despite planning to spend close to $75. Very disappointing experience. Do better, Subway.

Food would be great if anyone who works here knew how to properly read the Oder placed on the app and make the appropriate sandwich. Not to mention when they mess it up there is no one to hear you out because their customer service will just email you saying “complaint resolved” when NOTHING has been done. Went back today only to get my 4th foot long free. After today though I am so done. What a joke and waste of time, energy and money.

Will never order from this location ever again! I decided to order lunch thru the Subway app for delivery due to me being stuck at work all day. I ordered some extra stuff on my sub like smashed avocado and when I receive my food from the dasher it wasn’t even prepared for delivery the bag wasn’t even taped off like they normally do that’s one. Then when I open it there’s avocado missing from my sub. So I proceeded to call the location and the store manager that was onsite answered. I told her what had happened and she said I needed to bring in the sub for reimbursement. She was never apologetic for their mistake and I told her I couldn’t bring in the sub because I was working that was my whole point why I didn’t go pick up my sub and made sure it was correctly done. She started saying I can’t do anything for you if you don’t bring in the sub and then proceeded to hang up on me. I was like wow this is the type of person you put as a store manager that can’t even simply apologize and correct their own mistakes that’s crazy.

It is super hard to rate an establishment when thet are not open during posted hours. I have been to this Subway in Angleton. TX in at least 3 or more separate occasions around 9:30 pm. The signs says they close at 10pm. By 9:30pm the place is closed- lights out and door locked. When I knocked an employee peeked out from the back part of the store and just shook his head and mouthed "We're closed." I pointed at my watch and yelled, "It's only 9:30!" The employee just shook his head and returned to the back. I left and went to the other Subway across town. I apologized for coming in so late because it was around 9:50pm by then. The Subway attendant asked "Ler me guess, the Subway across town closed early again?" I nodded. He smiled and said, " They do that all of the time. We get customers that complain about that all of the time!" Wow! I wonder if the owner knows how much business he's loosing because of his lazy employees?!!!

Very disappointing customer service. I went to the corporate site to contact them directly but contact page is under construction. The two employees need training. No smiles, no greeting. The sandwich board was a mess of empty containers and old produce. They were switching between food handling, register and phone use without changing gloves. I will go to a further subway in the future.

Went in to order a sanwich, was told could only get discounts if we ordered on line. We sat down, downloaded the app, just clicked on sandwich then checked out. I figured we could just customize at the counter since we were already there. Told her we wanted herb cheese bread, she argued that the order said wheat, then told her to add honey mustard she caught an attitude because order said mayo. Asked her to toast it, she argued with us about toasting it because it wasn’t on the order even pointing at receipt saying “it’s not on here”. We told her to add black olives & jalapeños, again she snapped it’s not on here. The two women working were incredibly rude & acted like we were inconveniencing them. We were the only customers in the store. We’re older & just trying to see on the app to order was difficult. I didn’t realize it would be such a big deal to make any changes. The customer service at this store is absolutely horrible. I will not be returning to this store ever again. I imagine y’all don’t care though.

I had the most frustrating experience with an online order recently. When I got to the store, none of my sandwiches had been made, and to top it off, there was just one staff member there because the other had to run an errand. Not only were our sandwiches wrong, but we also didn't receive the cookies we ordered. When I called to get a refund for the cookies, they answered the phone, but it seemed like they were more interested in chatting with their friends who showed up.

The service was absolutely terrible because we waited almost two hours for more bread to be made and a shift change while wasting not only our time but the time of our excellent door dasher who had to correct them when trying to make our subs with the bread we didn’t ask for. Our dasher even had to tell them to make a new wrap because the first one was soggy from such a long wait when the people who are working there should know better without being told. After all of that, they ended up canceling our order, making it to where we had to go else where for food causing more of our time to be wasted. I do not recommend going to this subway or ordering on DoorDash from them unless you don’t want your food in a timely manner or good service.

We were welcomed by an employee that went to the back. After waiting for 10 minutes and hearing the employees in the back cutting up/playing, we were met by someone wearing pajamas, was informed that they have only one type of cheese, and no beat balls. Very unpleasant experience.

No one greets you when you walk in or acknowledges you. Waited maybe 5 minutes until someone spoke to me. There were 4 employees in the front, each one doing their own thing. All 4 ignoring you while you stand there waiting to be attended. While I was waiting, there is ongoing conversations between each employee and tending to online orders seems to be more important than walk-ins. I use to like coming here because it was better than the other location, but the service here is no better.
