Don't do fast food much anymore because of the negative experiences I have had. Actually have to say I will be back to this location because they acted like they were happy to be there and treated me like they was happy for me to be there. Food was better than expected as well! Nice place staff and all!

Monday, July 1st. We got there kind of late, almost 9:00 pm. Only two or three employees on duty. Counter register was shut down. Dining room drink fountain also shut down. The gentleman who took our order was courteous and seemed organized. He wrote our order down and rang it up through the drive-thru register. Our meal was ready in a reasonable time and was only missing two things from the tray. A side of cheese in a cup, which ended up being on the serving counter where the kitchen places the food to be served, and a fork for the loaded fries. Another two couples came in after us and seemed to have a similar experience. The counter employee did make a couple of rounds to see if anyone needed a refill or anything else. There was already a couple of other diners in the restaurant and one additional patron visited while we were there. It was overall a good experience.

This is probably the nicest Arby's I've ever been in. The center with the tree in the middle brings a lot of nostalgia from the 90s I actually don't think this building has changed much since and the employees were very nice Update: They "modernized it" making it bland and soulless like all the other ones

We were starving. Wanted to try the fish sandwiches that were on a special. They were ok. I would not get them again. Also got a slider way to much sauce. Fried cheese just like any other place. Overall it was okay.

Every time I order a Greek gyro, I ask for extra onions and no lettuce. Every time I get my sandwich home there are two tiny slivers of onion. Not even enough for the onion flavor. And the time before this, the pita bread was stale and too hard to bite. Why so stingy with the onions, Arbys.

Just ordered here tonight. First, we waited for a while at the drive thru but no one ever responded so I decided to go inside and order a to-go order. Food was hot and good overall except the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich didn't have chicken. Don't get me wrong, it was a fine ham sandwich but definitely not what I was hoping for.

I ordered a fish sandwich with tartar sauce only no lettuce so it would be fresh. Received it, pulled up a bit to get it out of bag , it was not hot and had lettuce on it, drove back around to window, the lady was very nice, said it would take 4 minutes to pull up to red pole, which I did. Not even a minute later she brought it to me. I opened it up and it was not even warm. I just left and threw it away. Very disappointed. I got one last week and it was very hot and good. Don't know if I will go back.

I went around noon and the lady named Francis was yelling at a young girl for no reason! I find it insane that a older woman felt the need to yell at a young girl for not knowing what to do when she should've been teaching her. If that's how the management runs the establishment i don't think I want to eat there anymore.

Ate raw chicken. Sweet Update: Management owned up and provided training to employee. Ordered same thing since then and haven’t had any bad chicken anymore.
