Best açaí bowls on Long Island! Lobster medley salad is so fresh and delicious. Smoked fish also excellent. Lots of vegan and gluten free options as well. Awesome cafe!!

I just had a bagel with cream cheese and belly lox from 17A Cafe and could not believe the amount of lox that was on this bagel. We are talking Sheraton NY convention breakfast style amounts. Coffee was a strong and delicious blend... I now have a Roslyn breakfast spot.

Great little cafe! Scott, the owner is the nicest guy. We had a lovely chat this morning. Like me, he’s one of these old school guys who worked hard from a young age, has a really strong work ethic, and is just a nice fella. Definitely try to support this small business. He made me an everything bagel with tofu scallion cream cheese and freshly squeezed blood orange juice. Vegan friendly.

Great spot! Food is always fresh and delicious! Scott also has the best lox around, hands down! My go-to spot for chicken salad, tuna salad, and iced coffee. If you are in the area and need are looking for a bite, this is the place to go!

Wow!!! Organic Irish Salmon, with a Portuguese salt; add little cream cheese, slice of cucumber… Best thing ever! Scott is the Salmon Master, true appetizing artist!!!!

17A Cafe has the best coffee, bagels, muffins , granola etc . Scott the owner has an impeccable attention to detail . Treats his customers like family . 17A is a must go to if you live in the area or are passing by .

Scott was great!!! He was friendly, personable and gave me a break on my order of 2 lobster roll sandwiches i had ordered for a day trip to fire island with my Momma. They were both made with care with lots of chunks of lobster and super delicious too!!! The highlight of our day trip was the super lunch Scott prepared for us. I highly recommend going here as the service and food quality is off the charts!! Thanks again Scott u made my 91 years young Momma & I very happy with those sandwiches!!!

The vegan egg sandwich was 10/10! The coffee was great too (better than these chains!) Lots of options for vegans. Highly recommend.

A true hidden gem on the north shore! Scotty has unbelievable lox nothing like the plane Jane Nova at the supermarket he has really high quality stuff! Whitefish salad is incredible its hard to believe there is even a drop of mayo in it! If you haven't been here go! It's mainly a take out place but there is a small spot to eat in. Regardless its definitely worth the trip and I promise you will go back!

Just found this place today. Excellent coffee, fantastic lox (everything bagel with cream cheese, Nova lox, tomato and onion, chef’s kiss!), and delicious crumb cake. Plus a very friendly and genial proprietor. Will definitely go back next time I am here.
