The Cashier was very polite, friendly and professional! I loved her! My fajitas was too small, dry and not filling. The flautas and the Mexican Crunch Pizza were perfect, delicious and flavorful! The drive thru was pretty quick too!

We were a party of five . The fast food restaurant was busy/slow when we arrived. We were greeted immediately. The cashier was friendly. The digital menu moves fast but eventually, everyone found something they wanted to order. Our table was clean and ready for guests when we sat down. The restaurant had good atmoshpere that was welcoming and comforable. The bathrooms were clean, supplied and had a pleasant aroma. The drink station was clean and fully stocked. The fountain drinks were cool, refreshing with a good drink-to-ice ratio. All of the food came out at the same time, was hot, made-to-order, and delicious. The pace of the meal was perfect. Overall, a great dining experience.
Super friendly staff at drive through! Solid Taco Cabana location. I wish I had seen what the young ladies name was working the drive through though..wanted to leave direct good feedback for her! Good things :)
The people are great here. Always a smile, and quick to serve. Most of them have been there a while. The food is really good, fresh and better prices than the taco specialty places.
I did have to return to the establishment to retrieve the rest of my order, but they were very apologetic and considerate for the mistake. So much to the point I received my whole order a second time with additional items free of charge. Appreciative of their character as well, good cheap food too... love the margaritas! Shootout to their manager Jay, he handled the situation very well and I left a happy costumer.

There was an Uber Eats Taco Cabana glitch causing all orders from many locations to be canceled after waiting for the order for 30+ minutes. I love TC and was quite sad each time my order had been canceled for months. So, I finally decided to call and tell them about the issue. The manager at this location was genuinely concerned about the issue and really cared. Fast forward one day, my TC order is on the way. Shoutout to management for fixing this so fast! 😍😍😍
I had a bad experience with the Taco Cabana app delivery provider (Uber Eats) order #2439181514752003. it never came and i was charged. Noel the manager went above and beyond and made my day better. He is very professional and kind. Beatrice was really sweet as well.

One of the better managed and efficiently ran Taco Cabanas in the austin area Victoria (manager) was quick to help with an issue, and Vivian was quick to get help to get us going quickly. Very well kept, and constantly cleaning grills and food area. Definitely coming back. Food wise I stick to chicken and beef fajitas every time, breakfast tacos are great too. But their popular so you might have to wait in line a bit.
The manager at the time I ordered was a young black man by the name of Jay . The amount of grace & patience he showed while training his workers was very impressive! ! He went above and beyond to explain and didn’t get frustrated with the young man he was training ! On top of the fact my food was yummy ! I will be returning
Taco Cabana is suffering from an employee shortage. I'd like to think that. They've got the drive through covered but there is often none at the inside counter, I've often had to wait, too long. That employee is off doing something else. They seem one person down. That side, the food is the same. That's a good thing. I like the food, grandkids do too. What has changed, for the better is the iced tea! It's not only drinkable but it was actually good! This happened twice and at a second TC too. You might have to have the staff get your tea, the customer facing dispensers might not be available. This is when you'll have to wait to get some attention. Thanks TC for taking, for me, a huge step forward: good iced tea! Keep it up. I stopped going because of the tea situation. It's good to be back.
I came into this Taco Cabana for the second time in a few days. My first experience was pleasant enough. The to go order was perfect except for one detail. I’m not complaining though. My second visit today was not only perfect but the man at the register was extra nice and had the kind of aura about him that makes you want to smile. I wish there were more people like him to spread kindness for no reason. His name, I found out later, is Adam. Thank you, Adam. You made my day better.
This place is the hidden gem of the dining world. Most fast food places are getting so expensive that they rival sit-down restaurants, only faster and lower quality. But NOT Taco Cabana! They have outstanding, fresh , handmade food! Even their Margheritas are hand mixed! And then there's the happy hour deals on food and drinks!!!! Super place for anyone to eat! Tons of choices and employees who are passionate about the quality.

My wife and I were craving nachos. After I ate some I had to leave a good review. The staff was fast and friendly. They served me a beautiful nacho plate and the custom one for my wife. Most places ignore the no beans request but they got it right! Also I got the churros and they were some of the best I’ve had since I lived in Brazil! I already ate them though so I can’t post a picture :)
An excellent option for a quick, high-quality dinner that far exceeded my expectations. The experience at this restaurant was impeccable from the start, with friendly and professional service from the moment we walked in. The lighting and music create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in the area for a relaxed dinner. Highly recommended. Furthermore, I had the pleasure of having the restaurant manager take my order personally, showing a kindness and dedication that truly impressed me. She even brought the food to our table and made sure everything was perfect. A truly exceptional experience.
I called in my order for TC your way at 6:00 a.m. for it to be ready by 7:40 a.m. and they could not take the purchase over the phone but he said he would make the tacos and he did just that and I appreciate him trusting that I will come and pick them up great service thank you.
Man...I ordered thru Uber eats and was a bit scared to eat here, normally this place is not my go to. I decided on ordering taco cabana due to me not coming here for quite sometime. Oh boy......I'm glad I did. The taco salad was not only a work of art but the taste ....the taste was excellent, the portion of each thing that was put into this tortilla bowl was to my satisfaction. I might need to order more from now on! The bean and cheese burritos are nothing to scoff at either, they put a good portion of each like a Mexican grandmama. 10/10 happy with my order.
They had to many orders coming in,and had managed to finish. Everything I got was fresh and well cooked. The lady I think she was the manager was beyond helpful and a very caring person with every single order. She did apologized for the wait. No need to apologize for the wait,because it's worth it ✨️
It was my first time visiting Taco Cabana and I was excited because I’ve heard lots of great things about the food! I really enjoyed the chicken quesadilla I ordered, but it was a little hard to swallow with all the frowns around the place. The atmosphere was very gloomy. I noticed this right away and tried to be upbeat and friendly only to be stared at. Every employee I saw (to include an old woman on lunch) had a very negative expression on their face. I said “thank you” to 5 employees for various things and not a single one acknowledged my words with more than a blank stare.
Ah! Taco Cabana the local staple of late night 24-hour drive-through yummy-goodness! This is a very standard Taco Cabana. It's clean, spacious, with a fresh salsa bar and nice shaded patio. I probably eat here once every two weeks, maybe more often, with never a negative experience.

Steak Street Tacos for $6.⁹⁹. This was an absolutely fantastic meal. The steak was perfectly cooked & oh so tender. Their breakfast burritos are wonderful too, starting at $1.º⁹. Dining area is only semi-clean but often full of conversation, children's laughter, & visiting family. Usually at least ½ full. The bathrooms here could stand some attention. I like the salsa bar most, the different kinds of salsa are fun to try and it's delicious. The order taking staff were courteous & helpful. I'll be back.
Love their made fresh in store tortillas and their queso. My family really likes their tacos. Also have really good breakfast tacos. It is a good fast food taco place, better than TacoBell, TacoMayo etc.
The food is good for the price and the happy hour margaritas are strong and tasty. The staff turnover is high, however, so service is a little inconsistent. They always make it right, though, if they forget something. Edit: the last couple of times we've been the service has been well trained and consistent. Kudos to them for improving this!
I went through the drive-through here on Saturday night, so it was busy. The intercom box to order at was not working, so everyone had to wait to get to the window to order. There were 3 cars in front of me, so it took a while. Once I ordered, though, the young man was nice and efficient. Inside, there were a lot of customers dining in, and I saw at least 4 employees working behind the counter. The food was OK, and the price was good, I thought, compared to ridiculous increases at other fast-food places.
10/11/25 2:45pm ish: Delicious steak fajita nachos. Just wish the chick at the window had better training or understanding of the menu or common sense. The menu clearly states what comes on the nachos but she was making it difficult going down the list asking if we wanted that. We told her numerous times we want it how the menu says it comes. She also tried to sneak and upcharge to the kickin grande but I corrected her and told her she had it right the first time. We also tried the strawberry & peach refreshers and they were good.

I hadn't been to a Taco Cabana in years, like since I was a wee little boy. It felt a lot more like a Taco Bell than I remember, but if it has always been like that way then that explains why my parents never wanted to take my sister and I there. Food was alright, we just got a snack since we had dinner coming up, but it was fine. The place was fairly clean and the staff pretty nice.
Horrible meal preparation. They have changed a lot, (I35/Hesters Crossing location). Ordered enchiladas, felt like they served us total cheese on our plates, I mean chunks. Enchiladas were piled up, seemed like two but three were ordered...... On two occasions, our pick-up orders were messed up.

The first thing was the strange odor. Plumbing, drainage? The second was that the cashier spoke very little English and the person that had to come help couldn't figure out how to add an item to the taco we ordered. They were both pleasant but it was frustrating.
First the staff was very very nice. They were quite a bit behind on orders and understaffed. It was 10pm but I waiting for 45 min. This would have been fine but the food was pretty good just not super. I got the steak street tacos and a chicken bacon jalapeño taco. The fresh made corn tortilla was good and so was the flour actually. But putting a strip of bacon on a chicken taco was weird. And they all needed sauce or something else. Just a bit boring. Again the quality was good so maybe I just need to try something else like the nachos.
BOGO breakfast taco bacon egg was super fresh and delicious. Coupon scanned easily. Store is older but repairs in progress while I was there. Sewage smell caused me to eat in my car hope is fixed next.

Hello everyone, Recently I went to the taco cabana at IH35 in Round Rock where I usually go to get breakfast tacos. Usually at this time I am greeted at the ordering Box with good morning may I take your order which is fantastic this morning I was greeted with yeah go ahead Now I was taken aback for a little bit by this abrupt and disrespectful greeting. to which I responded with yeah,OK go ahead? I then ordered my food, after ordering my food proceeded to pull up to the order pick up window. I asked the lady taking the payments if I could speak to the manager and much to my chagrin the manager who identified himself as Jordan was the one who disrespectfully geeted a customer and I don't believe I would have been the 1st. I asked the manager Jordan if he thought his greeting to me respectful and appropriate to which Jordan responded with "I've heard worse"! Wow! Notice no apology for the disrespect no I'm having a bad day I'm a little off my game my apologies just "I've heard worse". Come on Taco Cabana is this really who you have as a manager for your store. This is an example you want for the others? Your food could be like a hundreds other taco places but the one thing that can actually make a difference is Good Customer Service. I have been in customer service now for over 20 years, Customer service can be very challenging at times, but one of the easiest and most important part of customer service is "The GREETING " it can and often does make the difference.
Don't usually have issues with this location but for a Saturday and pulling up at 12:45pm with no cars in line (drive thru only), we were ready for some hot, fresh food. Ordered the 12 pack of flautas, and they are usually so hot that you could barely touch them right away much less take a bite out of one. These weren't even warm. Like they already had them ready for their peak Saturday lunch rush but it was dead and they didn't want to waste food. Very, very disappointing.
Where is my Salsa Fuego!!!??? I come here for one reason only... drive 3.5 HOURS to come get my salsa fuego kick and no one has ever heard of it. They had me the Salsa Roja or the RANCH SALSA!!!! Nah, the burnt salsa, I literally told the manager how to make it, she says they have never served that kinda salsa before... 6 months you did! Get your act together.
After waiting 3 minutes for the shift leader to get the register open to take our order, she passes it off another employee, halfway through the order. So of course the order gets messed up and I got charged for an extra drink. Finally get my refund for that, and end up with burnt chicken tacos that tasted awful. I went back to ask about the chicken, and was told it wasn't pork, but chicken from the edge of the pan, or burnt chicken. As there seemed to be no acknowledgement to the fact they served me burnt chicken, the shift leader seemed to think that was normal and didn't make an attempt to replace or refund them. So I just threw them in the garbage and chalked it up as a complete loss. Save your money and look elsewhere for food, this place isn't worth the time. Drive to another Taco Cabana, it's worth the trip.
The food quality is good, but I can get a real torta for the same price. For 15 bucks, I got a torta, brisket taco, and a drink and feel like I ate a kids meal. I could have gone to the little devil baby joint down the road and got a better deal. The place was dead for a weekend. The place had nice staff and was clean, but the fruit flies by the fountain drinks hints to me that something needs to be properly cleaned.
We walked in to no line at the drive thru or inside so we expected quick service. Nobody inside (3 families ahead of us) had their food. When the first family got their meals-they were made incorrectly. I went to stand at the counter waiting for my food and it (my number)was never called out. I asked if my meal was coming up and the guy had it sitting behind the counter and said they had already called my number... definitely not on an intercom! And nobody thought to bring it out or look for my number or maybe call it out again??? The food was good, the service not so much...and there was a roach in the lobby...
I've been coming to this Taco Cabana for breakfast tacos since going back into the office. The normal drive thru crew was always pleasant. The gentlemen at the drive thru today was just horrible. Why do you call a customer Boss. I'm not your boss. I'm a yes sir or no sir. Never have understood that phrase. He took my card then proceeded to walk around the whole back. My bag of food was sitting there, then the next 3 bags piled up. When he came back, the drink was given and before I could turn back the bag a tacos was in my face. Seemed robotic and not trained to create that good customer service experience. He wasn't harsh but just not ready to handle that process.
The experience at this location is declining. The service through the drive-through is not friendly and slow. The To-Go food has had a sloppier than acceptable delivery. The inside dining is not cleaned regularly/quickly.
Such a disappointment. The only thing consistent about this location is being inconsistent. The other day last week we had the best bean and cheese tacos. Today, it was this abomination. If it wasn't for my bean and cheese taco addiction I wouldn't find myself in this unfortunate position of witnessing this poor taco they brought to life.
So, it's almost 11pm and the doirs are lock, but it says they close at midnight. hmmmm...... I can understand that it may be slow and the tables clean, but atleast keep the doors and some tables available. then, as seen in the picture of the facility hours, an employee on his phone.Tsk tsk. I am still hungry, but not for Taco Cabana anymore.

This is an old location and it's showing. The smell of sewer hits your nostrils when you walk in and service leaves something to be desired. Also, no jalapeno peppers! They said that they don't serve them anymore. WTH! I ordered nachos, that looked sloppy, and no jalapenos. My partner ordered two tacos and they also were not very good. The chicken fajitas taco in particular had dry and tasteless chicken. Do yourself a favor and go to Taco Palenque, across the highway, which is a much better option. They have a full salsa bar and more. I used to love TC, but they have severely gone down hill. The food quality is not what it used to be by a longshot.
Went to try the happy hour and no one seemed to understand the specials. There was only one other person dining inside and I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to figure out how to make a refresher. There was nobody up front and several customers ended up walking out due to no service. The man who took my order was very kind and I did not mind being patient with him but then he must have went on break because I had to try and flag down a girl who would not acknowledge the people waiting up front for help. Restrooms were also a mess.
This is the dirtiest and nastiest taco cabana in Austin. The inside smells like sewage backup and the service is anything but acceptable. We stopped into this place on a road trip and absolutely experienced the worst that was to offer at this place. I hope to never again stop in at another Taco Cabana while traveling through Austin. Avoid this place at all costs. Hopefully the owners just let it go and start over with a different business. Save your stomachs and money and avoid this place at all costs.

They were completely out of sour cream and didn't tell me, glad I checked my bag before I drove away! When I drove back thru, they were just like yeah we're out 🤷♀️ with no apology, they did give me double guacamole but only after complaining, so that's the only reason I'm not doing 1 star for service. However, my cabana bowl did not taste good at all and also had no sour cream (or replacement) and no pico de gallo. I could only stomach a few bites and had to throw it out. Also the sopapillas were hard and leathery! Check your order before you drive away at this location, it may be wrong, missing parts, or just nasty. Honestly, prob best to just go to another location. Which is a bummer, because I usually love TC and this one is close to my house 😢
Ordered Carne quisada tacos. There was less than a table spoon of gravy in each of the 5 tacos and no meat. When asking the owner if these were correct for a 3.50 taco he threw them in the trash and states that's how it is now and said we're out . Ever since new owners/ management have taken over this local has gone to hell. Stay away.

So disgusting. My sisters and niece got tacos from this place and found maggots they almost ate. It's too bad we didn't take pictures because we were too grossed we had to toss out the tacos. I never write reviews but chose to because of the bad experience I had. Only received 5 of the 8 tacos through the drive thru, went inside the restaurant to correct our order to get the remaining 3 tacos that we payed for. The employees were rude and not keen to help us at all. I asked one female employee for help and she gave me a dirty look and didn’t say anything, completely ignoring me. When I finally got help they asked “Are you sure you looked in the bag?” How rude. Great tasting tacos but terrible customer service and attitude. Either get the order right in the first place or be nicer, less demeaning, and more apologetic to your customers in correcting your mistakes. They made me feel like I was burdening them and annoying them. I love Taco Cabana but this location was a let down in terms of service.
I came up here last night at 915 for a steak quesadilla craving I ride a motorcycle. Dining room hours state on the door that its open until 10. Doors were locked. Employees on duty looked at me like I was crazy for expecting service and motioning for me to go through the drive through, after showing them my helmet and motioning to my motorcycle visible from where they were . The person I can only assume was the manager looked at the clock looked back and told me to go around. I had no other options since I didn't want a hamburger and went hungry... fastforward to lunch today since I still had an uncontrollable desire for a quesadilla decided to come back up here, I decided to speak to the manager about the previous nights incident. She just stared off in to space nodding like I was bothering her with my input and complaints about hours posted and the way I was treated. Offered no compensation for the inconvenience caused by her employee not wanting to provide service clearly stated on the door not even at the least, an apology. I have no clue what has happened to customer service the last few years especially in Texas. But I will not be returning to this or any taco cabana at any point, quesadilla urges or not. A long time customer lost.
Food is always okay here, but the restaurant smells horrible inside, and the service is TERRIBLE. I didn't want to leave a bad review but the service and smell have not changed in multiple visits. No people in line, but yet we still waited to be talked to, when ordering we get interrupted multiple times. Overall I recommend trying a different location over this one.
INCREDIBLY slow service: one breakfast taco took over 15min when I was the only person inside the restaurant. Chorizo & egg taco had barely any chorizo at all. Couldn't even taste it. Door in the men's restroom is broken to the point that it won't even close, let alone lock. No paper towels in the dirty, beat-up dispenser. Salsas at salsa bar were not labeled & there were no napkins in the dispensers at the salsa bar. This was my first time here & it will also be my last. The managers & owners should be embarrassed.
It's hard to believe how Taco Cabana has deteriorated since COVID. This is one of the worst. Understaffed, which makes them surly and unpleasant. My food sat getting cold at the counter while they ignored the final piece. A menu that seems to change every 4 months to confuse customers and raise prices while hoping you won't be able to figure that out. Really, it's a taco truck at this point that happens to have indoor seating.
Ordered togo, and they got the order wrong. Missed a couple items, Taco, Salsa, etc. The place was dead too so its not like they were busy and got orders confused. I did get an extra tortilla for some reason? I called to get a refund but they said call back when manager is in, I tried twice but she was not there. I don't have time to play phone tag to fight for a refund. The food is nothing special.
Came in today during business hours and because they didn’t wanna take my order told me they were closed till they finished another order to come back in a few hours. Not sure how being open then telling someone to come back because their closed so they can make an order is standard business . Mind you when i was there no customers that i saw were inside and i was the only one in the drive thru. Great service guys! Def wont be returning to this location as i came every morning so much so. They already knew what i wanted when i started my order in drive thru.
Worst experience ever. Girl at the window wouldn't even talk or say anything to us. Got our food and was so wrong. Called and they said they'd fix. The same girl from the window came to the register since we went inside this time. Still wouldn't talk just made noises with her mouth closed like hmm. And walked off the manager just said yall were the plates right from across the room. And turned around and never said another word to us. Never got anyone face to face to talk to. Very frustrating situation. Had drove all the way home to find out food was wrong. Our drink had melted by then and they only replaced the food they messed up. He told us it depends on who's on that station if we got 2 tiny little tacos or the plate which was what we ordered. Been going here for over 10 years. Worst service I've ever experienced.
I normally visit this location’s drive thru, but today I had a poor experience. Aside from charging my card three times until my order was finally right, the employee asked me personal questions about why I was ordering so many margaritas and then proceeded to lecture me and calling me “weird” for ordering multiple drinks. Sir, a bar will not let you order excessive drinks because they are liable in their premises. You have no business interrogating a customer, especially when you’re selling to-go, SEALED alcoholic drinks. I wanted to write a review because I have seen this employee several times here, I think they’re in leadership position, and I haven’t had a smooth experience with this individual yet.
Asked for 2 bacon cheese and potato. I dk what’s so damn hard about that. Almost every time they get it wrong. I even spoke to two different people while ordering. Don’t come here. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong and food is under cooked. I asked for extra crispy. Those potato’s are barely cooked at all! Staff is clueless barely speaks English. Not saying that’s bad just annoying when my foods ALWAYS wrong! If I could give zero stars I would! Oh and zero apologies when I walked back in to have it fixed.
Management and service have been at an all time low this year. While standing in line, waiting order with no one ahead of us in line, we were seen by multiple employees multiple times without a greeting or apology for the wait. After 5-10 minutes our order was reluctantly taken with attitude. The septic smell inside has been present all year and has not gotten any better. My husband and I enjoy the food here and would love to take advantage of eating here more often than just out of convenience.
Went for break fast tacos and got 3 tortillas with peice of egg. Ridiculas.
I tried to stop here for lunch today. I stood at the counter for about five minutes, and was never acknowledged. There were other customers waiting for a corrections to their orders or waiting for their food, and the staff did not acknowledge any of them. They were clearly working, but their priority did not seem to be with taking people’s orders or serving them food. I ultimately left hungry.
I ordered a trio sampler with a chicken fajita quesadilla WITH PICO. The gave me no pico in the quesadilla and no chips. Went back through the drive thru, they took the quesadilla & gave it back with pico CUPS. I wanted the pico in the quesadilla, this time I went inside and waited. The tore the quesadilla apart put pico in it and put it back together like this.
Just ordered tacos and I got home to completely different tacos so I went back to ask for other tacos and the black gentleman cashier that takes orders gave me a attitude and said he wasn’t going to make my orders so supposedly he did a refund!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don’t come here!!
Went in to TC at 6:25pm on 8/8/25 for a simple two taco combo.No ice in the machine, only two visible people working, took 20 minutes to get food.Taco shells were soaked in grease , got up, threw food in the trash and walked out.TC is so hit and miss and lately its been miss.
They messed up on my order ! I went in there to get it correct! Look at the nachos special is supposed to come with vegetables I just got cheese and beans. Never come to this location unless u want a sloppy Job & hair in your sour cream. Poor management! Find a better taco cabana this location is trash ! This is the worst one! Throw up to the hospital
Everyone ignores you when youre at the front cashier counter. Drive thru took forever to respond even with a "give me a moment" which took even longer. Walked out in frustration what a useless spot
Went for a steak quesadilla. Got a tortilla with air in it. No pico and barely any steak. If you want taco cabana go 5 minutes down the road to a different one I was robbed.
12 dollars for 3 sad flautas, a handful of stale chips, brown guac, and a small drink is robbery. This food wouldn't even be good at half the price.
My order was messed up completly I tried calling the restaurant 3x and no one answered I did a survey and requested to be contacted up loaded pictures and receipt and until now no one has contacted me. The cashier took awhile to take my order but because he was doing both register ans making food while manager on duty was busy straightening signs
I love taco cabana and have been going for years. Unfortunately this location has gone completely down hill with the service and quality of food. I will no longer ever come to this location after I came and placed a large order for my family and 5 tacos were missing. I talked to the manager, Ashley, and asked for my tacos and they said since I didnt have a receipt (they never gave me one) they would not give me my food even though I at least showed them my rewards redemption because that was all I had. They stole my food and took my money and its unacceptable for Taco Cabana to allow their employees to steal from their loyal customers.
I rarely come inside but after having to come inside to order today omg I don't know if I can eat here anymore ...It Stinks!! It smells l was told before tht it smells but never experienced it...idk if they don't clean the bathrooms or the sewage is coming up somewhere but omg no wonder no one was eating inside
There was an arrogant worker that took my order in the drive through. Just short and rude. He charged me for a large quesadilla, even though I ordered a small. I politely corrected him and he made the correction. As I pulled up to the window, he kept staring at me and he was making my food. At this point, I’m kind of keeping an eye on him. I see him take the spatula and put my quesadillas in the box. He walks over just outside the view of the window however, I can still see him. I watch him run his finger on the bottom of all my salsa and guacamole side cups. He has a little smirk on his face as he’s staring at another employee. Obviously I don’t eat the food and move on with my errands. It’s just disgusting and not sure what his intentions were. It’s probably clear why there was absolutely nobody in that restaurant, and they have really poor reviews. Obviously, I will never return to this restaurant again.
Never will come here again. Their “ gm” covered for their employees mistakes when confronted about it with evidence they just said they trust their employee I ordered delivery from here pretty close to closing so I wasn’t expecting it to be the grade A experience it can be fresh but when I got what ever was left in the kitchen for my order instead of the correct items I was not going to accept that. Today my wife went in to make this right and she was denied any service or help and was made out to be a liar of some kind. I will actively recommend anyone in the area to go to Taco Palenque instead for better portions quality and service as they will remake your order if they messed it up like these guys did. No steak and tator burrito no resolution, no more customer. I sincerely believe that since palenque opened up around the corner they’ve continued to lose business from better deals and service. Update They have since deleted my review once If you dont want bad reviews dont give terrible service and try to cover it up If you are going to respond you truly regret these actions then show it words are just words and this is poor default cover up response. You still have an opportunity to make this amicable and fix this review.
Do Not shop at tje Taco Cabana on IH 35 & Hesters Crossing!!! The service sucks and the young person at the drive thru window was completely lost had to ask 3 times for salsa. The tacos we ordered were so small a toddler would need 3 tacos. The bacon was old and hard. Very disappointed in taco cabana. I will be sure and take my business else where.
