I’m a 19 year old kid and restaurants tend to be ruder to me idk why but not these folks they treated me like every other customer and it was an amazing experience and the food was delicious. I was sad to see The Egg & I close down at this location but, first watch was absolutely delicious! It might even be the same people running it but, delicious either way. We ordered the avocado toast, Farmhouse hash and the biscuits and gravy. The avocado toast was very good and very fresh. I love the amount of avocado that they put on there, they did not skimp on it. The Farmhouse hash was exceptional, the bacon really kicked it off! As well as the bits of avocado in it. The turkey sausage gravy and biscuits was also very good. But, my favorite had to be the avocado toast which, I'm sure you've heard or red about it in all reviews. The wait was about 30 minutes for party of 7 on Saturday morning. Which, wasn't too bad. The wait staff was exceptional to us!

Delicious food, got the biscuits and gravy with fried eggs sunny side up and the seasoned potatoes, upgraded for cheese sauce and million dollar bacon on the potatoes. The meal was excellent, and I was able to sit quickly at the community table, despite the long wait for table reservations.

Wow! Kathy was an exceptionally good server. I’m on the road. I needed a quick bite and I’m vegan. Female and eating alone which often leads to poor service. Kathy was amazing.She did not miss a beat. She brought me a tea. Brought me an extra one to go. Got my order out within six minutes and it was perfect. She didn’t flinch when I told her I eat gluten-free. So accommodating so fast and so friendly. Even on Christmas Eve she did not miss a beat. I’ll be back thank you.

DO NOT PASS on the biscuits and gravy. We all know it’s a standard offering on breakfast menus everywhere but the First Watch offering is the best I’ve ever eaten the gravy and the biscuit are wonderfully rich and satisfying (the biscuit is as light as a feather ) the golden cinnamon roll was an awesome unexpected treat. our server was Marisa She was very attentive and kind.

My partner and I stopped in for the first time this morning and had Erica as our server. She was absolutely wonderful very attentive and gave great recommendations for the menu when I told her we had never been. The Kale Tonic was one of her recommendations and I was so glad I tried it, it was unrightfully delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at First Watch, and I can't say enough about the fantastic experience. Our waitress, Mariana, made our visit exceptional with her attentive service and warm hospitality. We started with the Million Dollar Bacon, which was absolutely phenomenal. The perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors left us wanting more. The cheese grits were creamy and delicious, a delightful comfort food that didn't disappoint. The Morning Meditation drink was a refreshing blend of flavors, the perfect way to start the day on a healthy note. As for the traditional breakfast, it was everything we hoped for and more. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the bacon was crisp, and the toast was just right. Overall, our visit to First Watch was made memorable by the delicious food and Mariana's excellent service. We can't wait to return!

Never a bad meal. Had the stone cut oatmeal...to die for. Went in on Christmas eve 12.24.2022 and had another good meal. I wanted a basic breakfast, didn't "order" from the menu per se. S ram led eggs with cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes; turkey sausage patty and wheat toast. Fast service considering crowd size...just a great meal. 6.28.2025. Another good meal. They are renovating..odd that work is going on in close customer proximity. Eggs were great and first time trying a pancake..blueberry...delicious!

I usually go there with my friends on Saturdays, today we went on a Sunday. It was packed we waited about 20-30 minutes but we enjoy tbr service and the food! It's a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a wonderful meal and have great conversations.

First off the staff was great! Got us seated right away and the manager was really kind. Food was to die for. I upgraded my potatoes to the million dollar potatoes and it was the best choice. Had a purple haze drink and it was soooooo good not too sweet. And I also had some biscuits and gravy, the gravy was CHOICE. It was super packed and a little loud so if you’re not into that this is not the place but it was really nice. Great friendly atmosphere and very nice staff

My husband and I have seen this place a few times and finally decided to give it a try! Our server was extremely sweet and patient with us as we looked over the menu! The food is delicious, we left with a full belly and very satisfied. The atmosphere is really nice and comfortable for a breakfast date!

Be aware that there is always a wait. The staff here are sweet and do their best to accommodate you. It's always busy because it's always good. Highly recommend their million dollar bacon with a side of potatoes. Their waffle is soft and crispy. The biscuits and gravy as a side is sharable and very fulfilling. Orange and apple juice are fresh. Omelets are big and fat. Came during lunch and waited 40 minutes.

It has been so much fun just to be out of the house after the ice storm. The staff made us feel so welcome - especially Brianna, who made it even more enjoyable. We recommend the Trifecta for brunch. Served with a yummy blueberry compote and a warm maple syrup, it’s delish. Thank you.

Great place for brunch! I tried their omelet and was very happy with the ham and gruyère. Their strawberry jam was perfect for the toast. When they leave a coffee carafe at the table, I know I found the place to be. Really loved this place and hope to come back for any reason!

Probably the best breakfast I had in 5 years, quality if the food and attention to presentation and detail are top notch. Julia was our server, very fast, knowledgeable not intrusive and punctual when needed. No wonder every table was occupied even on a Monday. Kudos to culinary team and Kudos to service team, that only means a wonerful management. It is my first time here, I live far away from this restaurant but for sure I will be traveling in the future to this breakfast site.

Great first time experience. Sam was an attentive server. Waffles were great so we ordered more but this time they were burnt...too crispy for my son who has a wobbly tooth. Waffle was replaced. Blueberry compote is delicious. Pricey but expected since healthy ingredients are supposedly used . Ketchup bottle relabeled with first watch but I think to keep the healthy theme, sugar free can be used! Looking forward to visiting again. Really enjoyed the kale tonic!

Everything is very good there, BUT their coffee! BUNN coffee from Denny's is much better. We enjoyed the 2 times we went there EXCEPT for the coffee. We were greeted by such amazing, friendly people that I wish this was a store I could have in my house so I can walk in rubbing eyes and in pajamas. They sure brighten up your day! We ordered the iced coffee, fall menu had pumpkin pancakes, and chocolate chip pancakes from regular menu. We also have the breakfast potatoes with scrambled eggs and goat cheese. Goat cheese has a distinct taste so ask them to put it on side if you dont want to be surprised. That aside, great place for breakfasts❤️

This is easily the best First Watch in the area! Every time I've eaten here, this location is welcoming and shows a ton of hospitality! Todd is one of the managers and can always be seen checking on customers and assisting his staff. He makes time to stop by and speak to people and you can tell he has a genuine passion for creating a warm and friendly environment. One of my favorite servers to see is Cathy, who is the sweetest and wears a radiant and cheerful smile regardless of the time of day. If you need to start the morning off right, go to this FW. The respect and professionalism in this restaurant are unrivaled and I always look forward to visiting!

Sunday Brunch – 11/9/25 Absolutely love this place! The food is always hot, flavorful, and fresh. The drinks are amazing, and the service is consistently great. It’s definitely become one of my go-to spots to bring family and work friends.

I came here with my mom not too long ago. The food is so good! I got The B.E.C., and my mom got the barbacoa tacos. We let the server know about my mom's food allergies, and they accommodated them perfectly. The food came pretty quickly, and our server made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our food. The coffee was amazing, and it came with free refills. They have plenty of options to choose from, from their take on traditional breakfast to a seasonal menu to healthy stuff such as their power bowls! I didn't let anything go to waste! If you are driving through Round Rock, I recommend you stop by for some great food and coffee and the cute atmosphere they provide!

Father's Day brunch easy peasy! We joined the line online and only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. Service was wonderful and the food was delicious. The rotating blackboard specials are always on point. We tried the lemon blueberry cornbread and it was a hit! The whipped lemon butter is awesome complement to the blueberry cornbread. We have eaten at several First Watch restaurants in the greater Austin area. The food is always excellent and has a fresh, made-to-order, homemade taste. It's much better than what gets cranked out in mass quantities at a lot of places that serve breakfast. A popular place, for sure, so be prepared to wait to be seated. It's worth it, so wait! My wife got the Tri-Fecta, which included two eggs scrambled, a Belgian waffle, and bacon. The waffle is light and airy (as advertised), and the syrup is brought to the table warm in a glass bottle. I got the biscuit and gravy with over medium eggs. It had a large biscuit, cut in half, and loaded with turkey sausage gravy. The eggs were cooked perfectly to order, and the potatoes were nicely seasoned. We both enjoyed our meals. At a previous visit, we had ordered the Million Dollar Bacon as an appetizer to share. It's pricey at $6 for four pieces of bacon, but it is very good and worth trying at least once. Overall, we really like First Watch and have had good experiences at each location we have tried. Be prepared to wait to be seated and higher prices, but in my opinion, you need to give it a try.

Had a pretty good breakfast. Crab omelette was really good. Mable glazed bacon was great. All the food was excellent. Hostess sat us quickly. The only ding we had was the service. Getting some half-and-half for my coffee took two reminders. The French toast came with jam, weird right. Asked for syrup, never got it. I know they have it because the next table over had some with their pancakes.

The food and service here are always excellent! I just wish they would wash their silverware better. I’ve had to ask for new spoons twice because they still had food stuck to them.

I was a little bit skeptical, I've heard both bad and good things about places like this, it was really good, the only issue I had, is when they sat us down they only gave us one set of utensils, and we asked a waitress if we could get one more set, and then there is a guy walking around the entire restaurant looking for the table that was missing their set of utensils, until he saw me kind of just watching my boyfriend eat as I'm not touching my food. Other than that the service and everything was really great.

The best part about First Watch is knowing what you’re eating. Their menu has the macros listed for each entree (e.g. calories, protein, etc.). The salmon/egg benedict and walnut 🥞’s (with maple syrup) were delicious! The food quality is pretty good … and the portions are generous. However, there’s definitely room for improvement with service (e.g. not offered/provided water, negative attitude, lack of knowledge). Tip: Consider making a reservation online via their website to join the waitlist (versus waiting in person).

Love their drinks! Decent experience, however, they did get our orders wrong. I wanted an over easy egg, but they made a sunny side up. The adjacent people sitting next to us is waited a while ( we were sitting at the community table ) for their food. When it came out, it seemed like their food was having a little hangout time in the back since their food came out cold. Our food was decent and we didn’t have issues like theirs, except for our egg requests. Took away a star because our community company seemed upset with their food and wait time. The drinks again were delicious! We will probably come back for the drinks. As for food, there are other places I would recommend. It seems like a great kids environment because they looked like they enjoyed their food. I like to people watch while waiting for our order. We will give this another shot and update next time!

Experience : We went to First watch on a Saturday around 11:30 for brunch. We had already checked in online in advance which is always helpful for peak brunch time. When we got there it was super busy and lots of people were waiting to be seated. Upon entering we were greeted and checked In promptly. We were told that they’d text us when our table is ready. Within 5 mins of checking in we received the text and were seated. Our waitress was super friendly! Food: - Tacos el pastor hash : I got this seasonal item and it was very delicious ! Basted eggs on top of juicy Al pastor , pineapples , potatoes. Topped with cheese , pickled onion ,cilantro , avocado. It was super flavorful. - farmhouse skillet : the go to item. Can never go wrong with it. Everything on point. - Carrot pecan pancake : To please sweet tooth we share this big pancake at the end. It was crispy from the corner which made it even more scrumptious by rubbing the butter on it. Overall: Great experience. Will definitely return. It’s family friendly. Austin was a really great server. Kind and friendly attitude. He visited our table several times (during a busy time) to see if we needed anything. This is no reflection on Austin but the only reason I rated the food a three was because it was a little cold but it tasted good.

As a chef with an Italian culinary background, I always appreciate consistency and attention to detail, and First Watch delivers exactly that when it comes to their food. The dishes are fresh, well-prepared, and consistently flavorful. Their ingredients speak for themselves, and the execution is solid every time I visit. However, the service needs considerable attention. While the staff is friendly, the coordination and attentiveness often fall short of the same high standard set by the kitchen. A stronger focus on training and guest awareness would elevate the entire experience. Despite that, First Watch remains a reliable breakfast spot with quality food that keeps me coming back. With improvements in service, it could easily reach five stars

Got a blue berry pancake. It was very good. For the pumpkin spice donuts. They were “fat soggy”. A little bland. The pumpkin pancake my wife said was not their usual good pancake. Not very “pumpkiny”. The potatoes were the biggest let down. They were cold and way too salty. Remember to always ask for their real maple syrup. The normal stuff is meh!

The wait was around 35 to 40 minutes. The food was subpar. The waffle was hard and eggs not hot. But our server was so great he fixed the error and the atmosphere was busy.. the Morning Meditation is the best!!

The service is always good let me start by saying that. However when it comes to the food it’s never really hot it’s always just warm. On today’s visit we ordered the Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast, The Traditional along with the Million Dollar Potatoes. The potatoes on my girlfriends Traditional plate were not hot along with the Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast was warm at best the flavor was good but would have been much better if it would have been hotter. this needs to be addressed for future guest

It's got good food. The issue is attention from the wait staff ... or my server at least. Just a little slow to respond and get our drinks ordered and then our food. Not bad but the food does suffice. Their purple haze juice was delicious and the morning meditation is great! French toast was generous and over all great quality dishes. The coffee too, was amazing.

I’ve been to three other First Watch locations, all in Houston, and unfortunately this one was the worst experience I’ve had. First off, the outdoor patio is right next to the dumpster… talk about bad placement. On top of that, the outdoor tables are wobbly and unstable, and there’s barely enough space to fit your food. It honestly makes no sense when they serve everything on huge plates but give you almost no room on the table. I ordered the Farm Stand breakfast tacos, which I’ve had multiple times at other locations, and they were really lacking in flavor. It honestly tasted like someone just threw chicken, egg, avocado, and cheese together and served it without much seasoning or thought. This is the first time I’ve ever left a First Watch disappointed. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this location

Food is nasty(okay presentation), overcooked Benedict. Nasty cups. couldn’t bring myself to drink the water out of the cup because it was so dirty. Service was ok at best. but table was sticky, left hungry after spending $50

I’m not one to write bad reviews but I’m very disappointed 😐 with the presentation and quality of this order. Upon arriving to pick up my order I was greeted which was great. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken hash with over medium eggs priced at almost $18 (including tax). The problem was that it ONLY had 3 small pieces of chicken and the eggs were SO runny they looked nearly sunny side up (I can’t do RUNNY eggs 🥴), by this point I had already gotten home and did not want to drive back to exchange or request a refund. I’ve dined here several times, enjoyed it and never had an issue, however, unfortunately my pickup order was not held up to the same standard. Please do better on to go orders.

They brought out cold food, but it came out quickly after I had ordered. I don’t know if it’s just sitting out and they put it all together on a plate or how they prepare it but it definitely was not fresh. You can see the cheese is not melted because the food was so cold. The waitress asked if I wanted a to go box as soon as she gave me my food. How does that even make sense if I haven’t started eating yet? Then she brought my tab 5 minutes later and said “no rush” she never came back after that and I wanted a to go box and cup after I didn’t finish my food. She finally came back after 20 minutes and took my plate without asking if I was finished or needed a to go box or anything else. Very disappointed in the service and food here.
