The Volcano Mangonada is a mangonada with boba (!) and is quite possibly the greatest culinary invention in the annals of history, all works of literature and even in the songs and myths passed down from generation to generation. Since it is now the only earthly pleasure that holds any meaning for me, and lieu of sleeping with my wife once a month, I will now be making the 8-hour round trip drive, journey, nay, pilgrimage to this house of wonders that has restored my faith in the Lord above and my fellow man. Thank you, Teapioca.

This place has so many selections. The board in the back had me baffled, then I looked down and realized, ‘I am going to be at this for a while.’ My son got a Pomegranate and Peach smoothie. He said it was so creamy and smooth, “This tastes like a nap!” 😂

We LOVE this place! We have tried multiple things and haven't been disappointed yet! My go-to is a chocolate smoothie with strawberry blasts (i either skip the tapioca or get half). The last thing my husband tried was a cherry slush with fresh watermelon. It was amazing! We have been to 2 locations but this particular one seems to have cashiers that are a little more friendly and helpful. At the other location off Parmer the lady usually just stands there staring at us with a blank face quietly. Awkward and not helpful. So we come to this one off HI35 instead.

Amazing choices of everything from coffee to fruity drinks, atmosphere is nice, great place to take you computer and work a little and get a great refreshing drink. Staff is amazing! Five stars from me.

My first time at this location, busy but not crowded. It was clean and decorated for the holidays. The staff was very frie ndly, fast and professional when preparing our large order. I am so glad they have they are on Round Rock now!!

Teapioca Lounge in Austin is a solid choice for boba enthusiasts. I savored the delightful coconut taro, while the mango nada was just average, and the strawberry banana smoothie fell in the "okay" category. On the bright side, the chocolate mocha bubble tea was a standout. The establishment offers comfortable seating, a diverse menu including boba, macarons, smoothies, and shaved ice cream, along with entertainment options like games. The ambiance is fairly standard, though my only gripe was encountering a slightly impolite waiter. While I'd return for their boba, the sight of the cashier might make me think twice.

Sky Thai

Quick and fast boba shop located in a plaza. Stopped here on my way to Waco, TX from Austin. They say things are bigger in Texas and that's true since I ordered a large and it was 44 ounces!! Got a Chai Boba Tea with boba and egg pudding. Definitely huge and had excess when I finished my trip. They have all the fixings and can do a lot of customization as well. I also noticed that they sell sweet ice too! Would like to try that out another time. Good stop to make if traveling!

Worst boba experience I had ever experienced!! I was really disappointed with my order today. The boba milk tea had almost no flavor at all, and the boba pearls themselves were completely tasteless. On top of that, the girl who served me was quite rude and unprofessional. Definitely not the experience I expected.

My name is Gabriel, and on Thursday, October 17th around 3:28 p.m., I visited your Teapioca Lounge location where I witnessed an unfortunate incident involving a disabled veteran and his service dog. An employee told the man that animals weren’t allowed, even after he calmly explained that his dog was a trained service animal protected under the ADA. The employee continued to insist he wait outside and asked for an ID, which isn’t legally required. The veteran handled the situation respectfully, but it was uncomfortable to watch and left him visibly embarrassed. As a customer, I believe this situation shows a need for better staff training on ADA regulations and disability awareness so that individuals who rely on service animals are always treated with respect and understanding.

At this tapioca place, you’re only allowed to use the restroom after placing and paying for an order—which is inconvenient enough. But what really upset me was when my 10-year-old couldn’t open the restroom door and I was on an office call. I asked for help, and the staff refused. One of the ladies at the counter even said, “You’re the parent, you should help him.” Completely rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

I had a disappointing experience at Teapioca Lounge. The staff were quite arrogant and dismissive while taking my order, which made the visit uncomfortable. Customer service is a crucial part of any business, and unfortunately, it was severely lacking during my visit.
