I don't usually enjoy chicken wings but Wingstop is my favorite spot when I'm craving them. The customer service is great and the atmosphere is too for friends. I recommend the Louisiana Rub and their fries are great!
My favorite wingstop! The wings & tenders are always cooked & seasoned perfectly. Like I have gained weight because I'm so addicted to their well done lemon pepper wings! I am always at this location for myself or picking up Door Dash orders & they're always kind & apologize for any wait. Every time my fiance orders his Korean q tenders there's some extra pieces in there! It honestly keeps us coming back & makes us feel like we're valued customers. **If there was anything I could change it would be the layout of the ordering/waiting area. It's always busy at this location & customers tend to awkwardly stand around right in front of the door. Taking out a table & adding in another waiting bench would really benefit since I don't normally see people dining in or sitting at the table next to the door. I think some curbside to-go spots would also be really good for this location & increase sales**
I never catch her name, I thinks it’s Rayne (young girl cashier) at nights, (March 2nd 9:20 pm) she’s the sweetest thing! She does a great job everytime, my orders are always right. I work in food service myself for the past 8-9 years and she impresses me everytime with her multi-tasking skills
I order from here like 2-3 times a month. The manager with the tattoos I forget his name every time for some reason, is awesome. I stopped going to the Louis henna location because this one just does everything better. Thanks guys keep it up.
This WingStop does it every time for me! My order is ALWAYS accurate, and the food is always so good & fresh. Whomever the cooks were last night on 08/12 deserve a RAISE. The food tasted so amazing. We live in Hutto & will bypass our closest one just to travel to this one because it’s worth the extra drive. We ordered boneless bbq & mild wings & traditional bbq & Hawaiian wings! Additionally, I tried the Korean wings — did not like the flavor but had nothing to do with this particular location, just wasn’t the flavor for me. Anywho, will definitely be back & recommend this WingStop to anyone in the area! Finally found ‘my’ WingStop 🥳
The staff here are great, they are just the coolest. The food here is always banging! Honestly, the only Wing Stop I trust to make my food so good. I just wish they weren't so busy. 😭
Never disappoint. They forgot to include my extra ranch but i simply went back for it. Besides that they offered great service and delicious wings. Their fries are crazy good as well.
I am a regular customer at the Wing Stop on Palm Valley in Round Rock. I wanted to give special kudos to Isaiah. He truly engages the customers and treats people with the highest of respect. He makes sure that his to go orders are correct and complete and forgets nothing. Today’s customer service level typically is mediocre to absolute suck but Isaiah is old school. Great customer service makes a difference and that’s why I choose this location over two that are closer to my home. Isaiah, YOU ROCK!
Tonight was by far the greatest experience I had with wingstop. I don’t usually order this late, but my wings were super hot and my fries were perfect as well. Honestly every time I get fries from wingstop they never get finished because they are usually soggy! But today was by far the best! It’s been a while that I get bone in wings but I loved everything about today’s service. The veggies were fresh and customer service was exceptional. Great job wingstop!
Hubby's fav wing spot in the area, even though they're a chain. They know how to do bone in wings for sure. Crispy, extra cooked. Seasonings are pretty good. We do wish there were more side options.
My friends and I entered this Wing Stop at 11:50 pm, knowing that they were in the process of closing by 12:00 midnight. The manager on duty, Wayne, was a gracious host and more than willing to provide us with our order, even though they had already started cleaning the restaurant in order for the employees to leave and be home to their own families in a timely manner. Wayne and his team provided excellent service to us, regardless of the fact that doing so meant that they all would leave work late, cutting into their personal time in order to provide us with the food and service we requested. In all, our experience with Wayne and his closing staff was fantastic, and we truly appreciate them going the extra mile in order to provide the exact same service as they would a guest visiting at a normal time. As someone who works in food service, I understand how easy it is to become irritated at a guest coming in minutes before closing time, and that it can sometimes lead to inferior service. This was not the case at Wing Stop tonight, and I believe that is a reflection of Wayne's excellent management skills and ability to hire, train and maintain employees who are as dedicated to service excellence as he is. Hats off to Wayne, Wing Stop and the closing crew tonight, we truly appreciate you.
This is our favorite wingstop ever!. Not only do they know us by name but they are always fast and correct with out order. The manager is So sweet and is always helping the staff. One of our favorite things to get is the blue cheese from them.
The spicy Korean never misses and they were cooked well. They did take over 5 minutes of us standing directly at the cash register before we were even acknowledged. 4 employees standing at the counter. I will be back for more!
I ordered directly from the wing stop website and picked up my order. We got the 24 pc bone in wing combo with fries. Order was 100% accurate. Got home and food was hot and flavor/spice level were on point. Parmer/1431 would be a great location for the next one.
My order had been corrct multiple times I have been to this location which keeps me coming back. Store is kept clean and stocked.
Have not had a problem with this location in the 2 years I've dined with them. The food is always hot, order is correct, and the timing is not out of the ordinary for wings. I will say they are extremely busy on Fridays which is expected. So usually I place my order online and add an extra 10 min to my wait time. When I show up the order is ready to go.

We went here at noon on a Sunday. We were met with several happy faces and felt welcomed. Rhonda checked us out and was very sweet. We took our order to go. The food was AMAZING! Best fries I’ve had in quite some time. The chicken was great too! We definitely will be returning.

When you had a bad day and just wanted some comfort food. You guys made my night! I ordered garlic Parmesan and fries and celery and it was all cooked to perfection 😋 chicken was crunchy on the out side and soft and juicy on the inside. The fries were crispy like I asked. The flavor of it all was beyond delicious 🤤 thanks again to an amazing crew that knows what they are doing! I appreciate everything you all do! ❤️

First time getting wingstop. Not even done eating the food yet but I am thoroughly impressed I have no idea why I didn't try this sooner. Food is fantastic, service was great, got an extra tender for free . Will be returning!
This particular visit on June 12 2025 at this round rock location was the best wingstop I've ever had. Fries were perfect and not overcooked, perfect amount of sauce, staff was cool, food ready when it was supposed to be. Whatever y'all have changed in the past month keep it up! If you got a new cook give them a raise!!
This was our first time here so I was a little skeptical, but overall really impressed me, Andrea at the register was very useful and gave good information, she was very paintent with us with I really appreciate! , I definitely will be coming back here! The chicken tenders are so good, the boneless wings lemon pepper and fries are just a amazing, season and flavoring is way more than you expect! Thank you! Everything is priced scary but the pricing definitely matches the portions, so much food but it's so good. Definitely worth it.
The wings are very tasty here, good prices on bottled beers. Fries are natural cut but it feels like they aren't fried in their own oil.. Not my favorite.. Bathrooms are a little dirty.
Cesar, our phone operator & handler, had impeccable , top tier , next level customer service. Great conversation around what we ordered. Will order from this unspoken hero any day! The hero who eventually sees himself become the villain - the chef. Keep up the crispy & wet wings. Sooo delish! We have had the best experience with 90 percent of our orders! Would have given yall a 5 but we did have something wrong with our last two orders. Y’all still our fav!
The food is awesome, the staff is so nice and friendly, however the cleanliness of this place was just not good. The bathrooms were horrible and the soda fountain was sticky and just made you question the place. I would not come back here due to the cleaning conditions, but if that changes, I would definitely be back.
We always really enjoy Wingstop wings, but their delivery service DoorDash was THE WORST! Whatever you do, order'em to go and go pick them up yourself - the headache of some dasher deciding to "have an emergency" right after picking up your order (i.e. never delivering it, and keeping it themselves) can be avoided. I wasn't going to down vote Wingstop at first for this problem, since it is the delivery folks that mess everything up, but when it all went down - instead of coming right out and helping find a solution - Wingstop told me I had to contact DoorDash to resolve the issue; which is BS since my order was made via wingstop.com and not DoorDash.com Thus: wings = good, delivery = Donkeyballz
Delicious wings, even better fries! I highly recommend the Cajun wings, and get an extra ranch for your fries. The fries here are possibly the best I’ve ever had. Somehow they get them perfectly crispy without being hard or dry. When your food comes, eat them first with the ranch. The wings are also super tasty and fresh. The only two downsides are the price of the food and how long it takes to come out. However, I still recommend this place over Buffalo Wild Wings.
Its ok, not the best but not the worst. Food quality compared to price is a little on the high side. Wings are pretty generic and fries are always too salty. Seems like I always have a hard time hearing the cashier and they always forget something, and its not just this store, but everyone I have beem to, in three different cities accross two different states.
Good wings. In my opinion, overpriced. Also, expect a 20–25 minute wait for your order. Got my order wrong but apparently it was my fault for not knowing menu options not listed in their menu.☹️ Manager corrected order but I had to return there to do so. Refund was not allowed.😝
So I ordered 30 wings and requested 4 ranch dressings. I called them to let them know that we were going back and because they were missing and the gentleman who answered the phone, said that he specifically put the four ranches inside the bag. I told him no I did not. I asked to speak to a manager, and. He said that he was the manager. But he wanted to sit there and argue, stating that he had put the ranch dressing in the bag. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If I ranch dressing at home I will have him forget it. But for me going the extra mile and going to pick up the ranch dressing that I say something.
Charged for a side of Spicy Sauce last time and wasn't in the bag when I got home, Shame on me for not checking. This time charged twice for a spicy sauce and caught it expecting them to give me another sauce or the 89 cents. They did nothing to fix it only to explain to me that they were not sure why they charged 89 cents and then 90 cents again. It was as they charged to add a sauce and then the sauce itself!!! Was told it would be done in about 20 to 25 minutes and it took almost 40 minutes. Good wings, good fries, just your typical Restaurant I guess!
Terrible leadership at this branch. I witnessed the manager treating employees in a humiliating manner. It's a place where workers are not respected. The store's atmosphere has deteriorated since she arrived. I visit this location frequently because I work for DoorDash. I don't recommend it until they improve their customer service. I remember asking her about this treatment of employees, and she dodged my question.
Chicken was overcooked and dry, which obviously made it hard to chew, fries were soggy. They forgot our ranch and carrots, so we had to go back to restaurant to get and not one apology for them forgetting and us having to go back.
The food is always good, but I walked in and the guy behind the counter is taking personal calls... I know this because after waiting 5 min he tells whoever is on the phone,"hey I have a customer and I'll call you back". Another employee in the back was walking around with his cell phone texting. The only guy that seemed to be working was a really nice red headed guy. Truly a disappointment in customer service from the other two.
This place has gone downhill. The wings are dry, and their fries always seem to be cold. Calling in orders is always a nightmare. The people on the phone never seem to remember wings can be ordered by the piece, and will always try to charge for combos. They will never ask if you want to add sauces, and trying to order them separately is a hassle. More often than not, the people seem unhappy with their jobs, and it shows in their quality. I literally live across the street, but from now on, I don't mind driving an extra mile to visit their competition.
This is the second time that I’ve placed an online order and have had to wait about a total of 40 min each time. I’ll arrive at the time it says my food will be ready and then have to wait longer. Then the workers will put my food on the shelf and not tell the front people that it’s ready and my food will just sit there. The staff is friendly enough but it’s not worth not having the food that I’m paying for not be ready when they say it will. A few minutes difference is fine, but 20 plus minutes is unacceptable
This place provides quicker service to Uber eats and other food delivery services than to their in store customers. Ladies working are more interested in being on their phones than providing fast and friendly service. Do not recommend this place.
Complete lack of leadership. There must have been 50 people inside the store waiting to pick up online orders. The employees look confused there was absolutely no manager handling anything. When I asked where the manager was they said the manager was in the back. No one was taking charge no one was addressing the overwhelming number of people inside the store. Totally understand if system errors happen but by the time I arrived there seem to be no issue with the system. The only system that was broken is the way that they were handling customers within the store. I try to be as positive and patient with the employees that were working. I truly don’t believe that it was a lack of dedication on their part that’s everybody was working hard. I think it goes back to no management and no leadership within the operation. I am hopeful they will take action to coach and train the manager as to how to manage.
The service is not bad, but. The chicken is getting worse. The wings have been super greasy lately to the point of dripping and tearing through the brown bag. I couldn't eat it at all. I was totally disgusted and disappointed. Things have changed at this location and I'm done ordering here.
Screwed up order. Asked for the 15 piece tender with 3 flavors. Hickory smoked BBQ, Hawaiian, and lemon pepper with side of ranch to go with it. I also asked for a 10 piece of lemon pepper bone-in and boneless wings with a side of large voodoo fries, small regular fries, and celery and carrots. They forgot to add the Hawaiian with the 15 tender order and gave me five hickory smoked barbecue, and five lemon pepper, but they gave me 5 plain tenders. I ended up getting all boneless wings with my half-and-half.
I see why I never go to wingstop, but sometimes time will make you forget, and after placing a large order of misc flavored wings, the first bite brought me back to my senses, because it was just as dry as I remembered. I hardly ever use dipping sauce on any chicken I eat, but I definitely used all of the dipping sauce just so I can chew and swallow it. Because I spent a lot of money on all this dried up chicken, I definitely had to give it the old college try and eat it before it gets cold, because once it’s refrigerated, it is not edible.
Paid $30 for 2 meals. The wings were dry/overcooked and partially dressed/seasoned. So they could have had more flavor. The "seasoned" fries barely had any seasoning and were brown. We had to pick out the brown ones. Add more seasoning at home and rewarm them in the air fryer once we got home from picking them up only 10 minutes prior. We won't go back.
Can’t even get a simple order right without forgetting big items. Plus when they mess up they want you to come all the way back for an I’m sorry. Learn how to pay for your mistakes so you make less of them. Period
Worst customer service at a wing stop ever! I review a lot of places and give an honest review, this store is horrible as in regards to employees. Four times I have to call to place an order only to be told to wait then to be placed on hold for over 10 min and never getting my order placed. Three different days and no luck. Can’t even review the food because I never get a chance to order, just nonsense. Do they just hire anyone or is this how they want there store represented.
The wings were dry and overcooked. The fries were sheer salt. This food just burnt the flesh off my palate and uvula. Greeze is a main ingredient. I haven't eaten anything as disgusting in years. I am really surprised such places actually exist and seemingly prosper - the food is a sheer poison so to eat there is a one time mistake that one can do unaware of above or have a bulldozer engine instead of a stomack. Please, don't go there if you want to live any longer!
Absolute worst service ever. I’ve ordered here a few times and every single time my order is incorrect or ready later than expected. My order today was suppose to be ready at 8:30 and I’ve been sitting at the lobby for over an hour. Ridiculous!
Delivery order at 6:57 p.m. online with this store. the order said it would be here at 7:57. ok an hour later no problem. we all have to take showers anyway. called at 8:17 ask about status of deliver order. girl says we don't do delivery and hangs up on me. I checked the receipt and called again. this time she says oh yea we have it here. they were an hour late so we have to remake food. what? so I asked are they there waiting for my food she says yes. called back at 8:31 to ask how much longer or I need to cancel. she says there almost done. I say what's almost right up. ugh so much for feeding kids and getting them to bed on time so I can get some kind of mother day break.
I placed a meal order online. Received a confirmation email stating my order would be ready in 43-48 min. I waited outside the store for 46 min then called to check my order for them to tell me they don't have my. I went inside the store to then speak to someone to still confirm they in fact don't have any order for me. I'd have to wait again for my order to be made which took another 15 min. The workers did not seem to care or have no concern for my time. Didn't apologize or offer anything for your company's mistake. Where's your customer service?
The manager on the night shift of November 8, 2020 was EXTREMELY rude to us. We had a handicapped person and we eventually never got our order because they deleted it when we walked in. When we walked in, we told them we were there for a call in order (made 30 minutes previously on the phone, by someone who seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing). So we came in, and they told us they couldn’t make our order because the person who took our phone order forgot the flavors, so we told them we couldn’t wait (because of the handicap, we have someone on crutches) and they just deleted our order when they could have just asked us what flavors. They told us they had the chicken but then they deleted the order. I accompanied the person with crutches to the car, then walked back in and asked if our order would be made or not. They said no. They were very rude. Very very very rude. I can’t even express how rude they were to us. They also had a sign up for COVID saying only 4 customers were allowed in and there were at least 7 customers inside beside us.
I am officially giving up on this location. Since moving to this area in 2018, I have never had a good experience at this Wingstop location. My order is usually wrong or, somehow, they didn’t get it (happened at least 3 times). There is little to no urgency to correct mistakes. And then you get left on hold when calling to find out why an order hasn’t been placed. I’ve been patient with this location and really wanted to keep trying. But after an hour wait for a 10pc, I’m done.
Be prepared for Sauce Roulette; you pick your sauces online and when you get your food it’s completely random sauces. Also add 30 minutes to your expected time to pick up your order. I showed up 15 minutes after the pick up time and I still had to wait another 10-15 minutes. Lastly, be prepared to fight if you have anything to say to the staff; they square up if you say anything LOL.
The past 4 times that I’ve ordered food from this particular location, the items ordered have been wrong! I’ll typically get a 10 bone-in wing combo and then receive boneless wings..
This wingstop is a joke. Wings are ok but giving me raw fries and when we asked for extra seasoning and there is only seasoning on the top of the fries you know they put the fries in the to go tray and sprinkled some seasoning on top. Sweet tea tastes funny as if they haven’t cleaned the spicier of the tea urn or maybe the tea was old. Not sure. But there hasn’t been one time out of the 7-8 times we have been there that everything came out right. Just disappointing.
I ordered online. Said it would take ~18 minutes to be ready, my job is about that far. I get here and it took them 40 minutes since I put in my order to have my food ready (there were literally no customers but me). I ordered online to make it fast not waste time. Never coming to this Wingstop again.
Absolutely horrible service! I walked in for 30 seconds to pick up my to-go order, with my 18 month old girl asleep in my arms and Deborah, the cashier, yelled at me because I wasn't wearing a mask. I apologized and let her know that I didn't have one because I was used to curbside delivery and wasn't expecting to have to enter. After rudely asserting that they no longer "did that" I was harassed at least 3 more times by Deborah the short time I was inside, picking up my order which was ready and just had to be handed to me. She then handed me a mask, which I immediately put on, and acted like I had caused her the biggest personal inconvenience ever. I understand that these are trying times, but there are certain common courtesies that cannot be overlooked. There will be establishments which I will never offer my patronage ever again because of how this crisis has been handled, and I am sad to say that Wing Stop on Palm Valley will be one of them.
Waited over an hour for our order, should have been notified that it would be an hour wait for 12 wings.
Another customer and I have been waiting 30 minutes and still haven't gotten our food. It's pretty dead and it looks like the crew is just trying to get all of their closing duties done by midnight when they close. Please put a priority on your customers.
This is literally one of the worst Wingstops I’ve been to. The food is not well cocked, they forgot our dressings, and the service is so rude. I’m never coming back.
Ordered two 10 piece wings with a large fry and got home and only had one order of wings. When I called I was told to come back in I said no I live 15-20 minutes away. Still was told that if I want money back for the wings I didn’t receive I’d have to come back to the store with my receipt. I’m not driving back 20 minutes for you put money on my card for something your forgot to give me. so I paid $27 for a 10 piece wing and fries. Absolutely ridiculous.
I was missing wings, they almost forgot my ranches I ask for extra extra crispy and they only cook my my wings well and told me I had to wait another 30 mintues for a new batch if I wanted extra extra crispy. They were not apologetic and did not try to make it right but I felt like they just said that to brush me off. I dont understand why I have bought food and have to go home and recook it to make it right and have my fries go cold while missing a wing while other WingStop was able to fix this issue within a matter or 5 - 10 minutes!
I don't know why I keep ordering from them. Every other order seems to be wrong. Definitely the last time. Ordered 40 wings and only got 30. Part of the order was lemon pepper but got something else. Did not get my veggie sticks. Food was cold.
Horrible service. We placed the order by phone. 30 minutes later we go by to pick up the delivery. They could not find my order. I had to place my order in person, once again. We were already frustrated. I asked to speak to the manager. Micheal the manager approaches and is not apologetic whatsoever. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience. He said no. Said the food will take five minutes to make. Waited 5 minutes, got my food. Got home, and food was completely undercooked!! I don't even want to call wingstop to talk to Micheal to explain my situation, because he's going to give an attitude, and do nothing about it.
Ordered food through Uber eats, later notified that a 10 piece was missing with one of the orders. As well as getting mixed drinks and getting wrong drinks as well. I called them regarding the missing food and they said that I would have to talk to the delivery company and as far as the drinks they didn’t do anything about it and hanged up quickly. Poor customer service overall
Do not go here. Our food took 51 minutes to come out. When it came out, it was cold and soggy. Very gross food. The worker told me it would be a "few more minutes" about 4 times. The workers are rude and genuinely don't care about anything or anyone.
It took almost an hour to receive my order.. The guy said it wasn't ready, but after an hour I asked, and the order was there.. He said they just put it there, but the wings were not fresh, and they were cold. From someone that eats at wingstop frequently, my order was sitting for at least 20 minutes. The guy at the register was very non chalant and whatever... Very Upsetting
I ordered through DoorDash and it took them 2 hours to get my 6 wings and some fries to my dasher that had to wait there for an hour for my food and the food wasn’t even very good. I will never eat there again. I ended up tipping my driver an extra $25 for sitting there so long so I spent $45 on an awful lunch!
This location failed on Super Bowl Sunday. Came in after placing an online order days beforehand and they were slammed and running behind. Communication was terrible and employees were walking around looking totally overwhelmed and confused trying to handle the crowd and phone lines. Was told it would be 20 minutes late but they were really running at least 50 minutes behind from stated pick up times. They took way more orders than they could handle and I'm sure a lot of folks missed kickoff. There's too much competition for wings around here to waste your time with this location.
First to start off there was hair in my wing like stuffed inside ,then the ranch had a burnt pice of something in it , over all disgusted so nasty do not recommend coming to this location Disaster!!! I threw up in the parking lot after we got done eating..
Tony and his waitresses Briana and Ilyana were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional for something as simple as a wrong order. Customers shouldn't have to deal with these attitudes for just trying to get a meal.
Just called to ask for cheese sauce to be on the side of the fries, and the employee on the phone said online orders can not be customized after the order was already placed. The app gives you no options to customize an order. Trash app and trash customer service. $28 on an order and they can't even help with a small change.
I already ordered online order for 35$ and they already mentioned that this weekend we can use promo-code when we checkout, after i placed my order i tried to use the promo code but didn’t take it , i called the store for this issue but unfortunately the store manager act unprofessional and answer im busy i cant help u , how you guys adding promo for your customer and this promo its some how cheating ur customer !! Rude employees went around 9:40pm and the cashiers were both extremely rude rolling their eyes addressing my order with extreme attitude and it was such a long wait 45min to get food. The taste wasn't even that good either, definitely not coming here again.
I placed a order online for 40 wings 2 fries and 2 vegetable. My wife went to pick up the order and had to wait 30 minutes just to get cold fries. She let them know the fries were cold. They told her they could warm them up. REALLY!!! 50 dollars and all you can do is warm them up. She told them never mind, just to realize they screwed up the order and didn't even give use the whole order. She went back and they told her to leave the food and it would take 35 days to get the money back. Thanks for wasting my family's time.
This is the second time I’ve come to this location and Rayne, the cashier, was HORRIBLE, she has a bad attitude, she’s dry to talk to, and she does not pay attention to orders being placed. My order was wrong so I took my receipt to the front and less than 5 minutes later they handed me cold wings, they weren’t even a little warm.
I kept calling and calling Wingstop #462 and the Host Samuel didn't answer my call, so I arrived to order and while I was waiting the phone rang and no one answered it. Terrible customer service from this employee.
This is the WORST place to purchase food from. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! My order was completely incorrect. When I called to discuss the missing items and that my food was not cooked all they said was there is nothing they could do. They said It was my fault they didn't give me what I paid for. In addition it was my fault they didn't cook my wings because I needed to ask for additional cooking time. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?? When I order chicken I expect it to be cooked and have the seasoning on it that I ordered. The Manager Jorge was rude and didn't care and blamed it all on us. I can't believe he is a manager and talks to his customers the way he does. I even asked how we would be treated if we ate at the restaurant instead of picking up our order and I was laughed at. I can't believe a Manager of a restaurant would treat ANYONE like this. Apparently they don't need the business and they don't care about the customer experience/service. There is a lot of restaurants that sell wings and provide outstanding customer service and care about their customers. I will be sure to share my negative experience with all my friends so they go elsewhere as well. My recommendation to anyone is you may want to think twice the next time you want to buy from this restaurant because its your fault if they forget to give you what you paid for and if its undercooked you will need to go home cook it yourself because Manager Jorge does not care what you order and that you want your food cooked.
Food quality has severely gone down in recent years. Wings are overcooked and dry, fries are undercooked and mushy. The last two times everyone felt sick after eating there.
This is the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. Paid damn near $70 for a 40pc wing meal only for half the order to be missing and the other half cold. They barely gave me any fries and the fries they did give looked as if they had been sitting under a light all day. The wings weren’t flavorful and very bland & dry. I wish I could give this review a 0 star rating. Other people in the store were also complaining because their orders weren’t up to par either. Shut this place down, fire all the staff and start over! This place sucks.
I will not purchase wings from your establishment again. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with the service, but I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, it was a mistake. The wait for food is unreasonable and the food itself was old, dry, and crunchy. It is perplexing that after such a long wait, the food was not fresh. What is going on if you are not preparing fresh food? I took the time to review feedback and noticed a consistent theme of poor attitude, cold food, and outdated dishes. It appears that the staff at this location may not be attentive to customer needs. It seems as though some employees may just be going through the motions and collecting a paycheck.
I went to this location to get some fries and some boneless wing. I used to work here so I figured it would be how it used to be but the service was terrible the girls name was Javarya. She was rolling her eyes while taking our order and on her phone. I found it really disrespectful so I will not be returning. The fries were fresh though so 5 stars to that. Service and atmosphere I shouldn’t have even gave that a star. 👎
I found this on a blue cheese dip today , it's a wire from a scrubber u guys use to clean your containers, Im not seeking anything for free but I just want to let you know that u guys need to pay more attention to your cleaning procedures or what containers u guys use , I'm upset because this could turn out in massive accident and lawsuit but I just wish u guys take care more of your customers and because I like to continue to give you my business so please fix this
Picked up an order we placed, and they forgot a large fry! We just wanted a refund for the fry. When we called to get a refund just for the fries, they said “you gotta come back here for the refund.” So go all the way back for $5? So the food that was cold can get colder? Then they said “we can give you the fries or the refund.” We asked for cooperates number and the lady on the phone said “we dont have that” then we asked to speak to the manager and no surprise she said she was the manager. She finally said sorry, but why does it take aggravating your customer to get an apology? Never coming to this wingstop again. Bad attitudes, can even get a simple order of 20 pc and 2 large fry right, and when they mess up, they don’t care. Makes sense. If you go here, order simple, double check your stuff.
I’ve been here a few times. They always over promise on pickup times and under deliver. You’ll see a lot of annoyed faces waiting at the restaurant because the 20 minute pickup time turns into 45 minutes real quick. 😅😅😅 Fix your order system if it’s 45 minutes then tell us.
Was told that they could NOT give out pickup orders as they were out of bags, and had to wait until manager brought more. So my food sat for 20 minutes getting cold. If a real policy, is stupidest one I have ever heard of.
This Wingstop is so trash! I hate when I waste my money here hoping it’ll get better. They wouldn’t know what extra seasoning or sauce is if it hit them upside the head. This is supposed to be honey hot rub & lemon pepper. Very dry, very plain, and a complete waste of money. I just wasted $35 and calories smh.
To be honest I was surprised at the very poor service and uncleanliness of The store🙃 employees weren’t busy but standing around, lobby was disgusting I didn’t want to even set my bag down ugh 😩 my fries came to me super cold to the touch when asked for fresh ones the gentlemen working went n dumped my fries BACK into the grease instead of making me fresh. Cashier didn’t even offer me a receipt. It was a very poor experience I’ll never use this location again..
Customer service is awful when I went in there was no one to take my order only people were the kitchen staff. Nobody else when I asked for manager they said no one was available at the moment.
Placed an order through Uber Eats and my food was given out to someone else before my driver picked it up. Instead of remaking the meal since they were aware they gave it to the wrong person the let him leave! I wasn’t able to be my meal and received a partial refund. NEVER AGAIN and the manager didn’t even try to help trying to blame it on uber. I worked in food service THE RESTAURANT CAN DEFINITELY REACH OUT TO UBER AND REQUESTED A DRIVER TO PICKUP NEW OR REMAKE ORDER.
Ordered food at 9:02pm and order wasn’t delivered until 11:05pm additionally was missing items. For reference we live right behind the Wing Stop. While we understand it was a busy night, this was unacceptable.
Rude customer service to men in uniform. Looked at me in disgust when I asked if they do a military discount. Either that or the guy taking my order was high and dosen't care about his job
Placed an online order. And they messed it up not once but twice. First time they forgot all my fries. Second time, They forgot I ordered cheese fries instead of regular. No I'm sorry for the inconvenience. No apology of any kind. Terrible customer service.
