Food is great. Somehow not getting what I ordered when I was right in front of the case . Confusing. The wrong items were still great.

I stop nowhere else for soft fresh donuts! The negative reviews must be from old ownership, but my visits at at 6am!! I’ve never never been disappointed, Custard filled Long-Johns!!! Explode with goodness! As a matter of fact I’m heading there again on the way to church.

This place represents the quintessential neighborhood donut shop. Kind, hardworking owner. Great donuts. Small town aesthetic. Cheap prices. She had a line to the door before and after I arrived and left today and Mia, working by herself, had a big authentic smile on the entire time. She’s been doing this here for decades. Doesn’t get better than this.

Just the kind of smile you need in the morning. Excellent customer service, she was so polite and made sure to tell me how to reheat the kolaches since I had a long drive. My team loved the donuts. This is my go to neighborhood spot!

Best donuts and kolaches around! Especially the jalapeño kolaches and blueberry cake donuts! My kid wants to get a “Lotche and baby donuts” (kolache and donut holes) every morning. The people who work here are SO kind as well!!!! He loves to see everyone every morning! Definitely one of our #1 spots!

I think Mia's has had a change of ownership over the past few years... not sure, but there are some new faces behind the counter! The new crew is nice and thank goodness the donuts are still DELICIOUS!

Our favorite donut spot in Garland and rowlette. Super friendly staff and very good selection. Thier Cronut(croissant donut) is the best thing ever. Also have spinach bread, Texas bread, fulled donuts and Secialty donuts we get for iur kids on social occasions. I hope they are around for years to come

Excellent donuts. So fresh and soft and perfectly sweet. The strawberry frosted tastes like actual strawberry, not just fake pink coloring like some places. They aren't fancy or weird, just classic donuts done right.

A small family-run operation. They're not perfect, but they're always good to me. The eclairs have plenty of filling and their burritos, even if microwaved, have plenty of bacon on it. In that regard they're far more generous than most shops I've been to. Their pricing is still in line though, perhaps more reasonable than other shops. Overall, they exceed my expectations, and I'm glad I have the opportunity to stop by when I'm heading out on my route for work. This place is a little gem.

You have to watch who is making your food because I witnessed one employee not washing there hands after coming in from outside and then started making donuts. Did not like that but ever since I have seen that most of the time she runs the counter. They are always nice

Great donuts, customer service SUCKS! No one smiles, very straight faces, almost like I wasn't wanted there. As I was ordering a look of frustration came over the workers face as if I needed to hurry. This was my first and last visit. The 2 stars are strictly for the product.

Donuts are good, but very overpriced. Prices are not listed and I feel like I was overcharged. I ordered 2 donuts with holes that had little toys on top for my boys. I figured there would be a little upcharge because it was a “specialty” donut, but when she rang them up I was shocked. $3.99ea for a regular donut with a $.10 trinket on top. There was no one else in the donut shop and the lady was still rude and trying to rush me out of the door. I usually like to support my local businesses, but I won’t be back here.

Do not go here if you want your favorite donuts. They are always out of everything good my 8AM, but claim to stay open till noon. Last time I go. I would give it 0 stars if it would let me.

donuts are great but the person working there was so rude. she had glasses on with a hat, we said good morning how are you and she literally just ignored what we said. I was so close to just walking out because there is no reason to treat your customers that way.
