This place is my favorite when it comes to delicious breakfast. Food here is always spectacular. The staff is friendly and the cook is fast. I try to go when it's slow. If the place is packed, and rightly so, the wait can be near 10 minutes for food. Simple, straight forward choices. If you need a waiter with a pencil mustache and a towel over one arm, I'd suggest some place else.

We've been to a few Waffle Houses around Dallas, but this one off I-30 is by far the best one. Everyone greets you with a smile, we always get great, fast service and the food is cooked as ordered each time. We highly recommend this location.

I have never in my life before experienced such AMAZING service. My son,has to be at children’s every Monday morning for several appointments. Today,going home we decided to stop for food at Waffle House. Shauna was our server and she made sure we were taken care of,dolled over how cute my son is and got our food to us pretty quickly. Sara on the other hand came over smiling so big,just to tell me my son was the cutest. She told me how she was off Thursdays and offered to babysit LOL,she said she loved the babies. The one who really tugged at my heart was Jay though. He came over and quietly but politely asked what happened. My son has a bilateral cleft lip/pallet. To my husband and I’s surprise we have had several people in public be rude about my son’s special part, NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN AS NICE AS JAY WAS. He even hugged me once he found out our son is adopted. This team here really had me believing in humanity and customer service again. Now every Monday we will be having lunch at this Waffle House. Thank you team for blessing us with your sweetness, for allowing us to explain about Joseph and loving on my son. ❤️

I cannot emphasize how much I love Waffle House! Varied menu, but I have my favorites. Consistent everywhere you go, and they work hard to hire right and keep them! Try the chicken and eggs sometime, and get a waffle for dessert... you'll thank me!

Took my manager out to lunch and she chose waffle house! I haven't been here in years but it was surprisingly super tasty and reminded me of my grandma's house! Could be a little cleaner but the staff was super sweet and did was good!

First and foremost, the staff here are INCREDIBLE. They always make us feel welcome and are friendly. The customer service is excellent. My boyfriend and I have started coming here every other weekend for breakfast and it has become a 'tradition' for us. It doesn't matter how long the wait is, it's worth it! We love coming to this location. Our meals are always delicious, and we get exactly what we order - no matter our crazy customizations. This Waffle House feels like HOME to us. And a special shout out to Peaches the best waitstaff that you can always count on to be on shift and your stuff be present and correct when you are taking it home.... and never forgets to give you flatware, napkins and salt and pepper when every other place I've been to get food late at night has yet to get that stuff in the to go order bag.

Waffle House is always welcoming. Food is quick and hot. waitstaff is friendly and efficient. Had a great breakfast with the usual waffle, bacon, and hash browns. Of course we had a cup of coffee and orange juice as well! It was up to the standard I have come to expect from Waffle House. Very friendly staff, with whom we had a lot of fun during our visit.

We visit this location quite often and each time they never disappoint. No where in my life have we ever gone somehere to be greeted by basically the entire staff! That makes such a difference when bad service is everywhere and that used to keep us home more often than not. Food comes out quickly served with yet another smile. Glasses never empty as service is great. This location does not disappoint. And thank you to everyone working today on Christmas so my family and I could enjoy ourselves.

She always greets me with a smile, asks how I'm doing, knows what I want and always provides me the ultimate customer service experience. It’s one of the best rated Waffle Houses in the DFW area and you’ll see why. Even at 1am on a Thursday, the food was perfect. “Dee”, the cook, turned out a perfectly cooked steak. Good is always good. With this Pandemic it seems like the food is served faster. One thing i do have to say that in the past month i have been here a few times and Big Momma is the only one that never has her mask on properly she always has it under her chin. Today i asked to speak to the manager and he never came to talk to me. Not sure why the manager does not say anything to her specifically when she is close to him.

I gave it a four because we walked in and no one even spoke to us for at least two minutes. And the one who did we made sure to sit in her section once a seat became available. It was busy to be a random Wednesday midmorning. If your in a hurry call ahead. Food was good though. Cook did a good job

I was really really impressed with the waffle house on I30 & BeltLine. It has been many years since I have been any of the waffle houses across the country because of several bad experiences. However this one was very pleasantly nice. The employees were very friendly the restaurant was clean (except I had to request a towel to get something sticky off our table) but the waitresses were very hospitable and accommodating. We chose to just have coffee at that time. And our experience was nice there.

This was probably the better tasting Waffle House I’ve been to. The cook was so sweet and checked on us. The waitress only came to us twice, for menus and drinks, then to give us our food. That was it, she played on her phone the rest of the time on the other side of the restaurant. Then was upset when we didn’t leave a big tip. Whenever we were leaving she proceeded to show the other waitress the receipt, and talk about us while we were leaving.

I always love Waffle House. We went this morning at a busy time, but the staff was quick to clear a spot and get us seated. With good strong coffee and great service, our food hit the spot cooked to perfection. Great breakfast for a hungry man.

This was my first time at waffle house in years. The place has changed since then, it was all u could eat 18 years ago. But the food was good and the place enlarged and updated. The staff was very nice and helpful. This place is just off interstate 30,well actually the service road, but easy access getting back on the interstate. There is also motels and shopping nearby.

My household goes here on average 4-8x a month. There often isn't seating available so we order to go usually. Today I was charged $6 more just for it being to go. This was ordered in person and wait for to go order, not an app or website order with their fees. It's safe to say I won't be going back with this ridiculous charge.

Waffle House breakfast was so good. You have to be patient on Sundays. It took a while to get my food. The restaurant is very dirty, the floors, counter, the kitchen is very dirty and my advice is to request plastic spoons and the forks. My spoon had chocolate or syrup on it and the drinking glass was clearly half washed. The employee at the register was great!

The young men working were very kind and cool. But....My sausage and bacon were not on my plates and we ordered 2 All Stars. I am quite upset because I don't live there. It was at 4PM in the day, the store was empty except 2 people; so there was no reason to miss items of food in my order.

Update 09/23: I went to Waffle House with my fiancé. The place was empty. Service was below average. Food was okay. It’s Waffle House, so my expectations are low. I do like their hash browns. It’s not the greatest though. A little bit on the greasy side. On Wednesday morning, 01/23, the staff was friendly and nice when I walked into the restaurant. I ordered to go breakfast and it didn’t take long to receive my food. I was probably there less than 10 minutes. The food was pretty good. I can’t complain at all.

I was very disappointed in the service, and the cleanliness of this Waffle House. The waitress, Nia, was far less interested in what we needed that her cell phone she was constantly on. The food was mediocre. Two of the knives still had food on them...not clean at all. Our order was wrong, then finally the last one got their food 10 minutes after the rest were finished eating.

Me and my husband went in about 9 last night. We sat at the counter and were properly greeted. The manager was on site and everyone was doing their jobs very efficiently but as soon as he walked out the door the whole atmosphere changed. Not only were the waitresses neglecting their customers, us included they were sitting in the smoking section smoking along with other customers, who did not order food. Tables were dirty and another family with 2 small children came in they were not greeted and as they stood patiently waiting for a table not one staff member said one thing! Not surprisingly they walked out the door and not one of the staff members seemed to care. One waitress was trying to clean 3 dirty tables. Very disappointed. The only good thing about the whole night was the food. Chicken was good.

Came to eat breakfast that was very very busy. Even when the tables came open everyone was too busy to clean them off and when we offered to help so that we could eat the employee was very rude. And considering this restaurant is always busy maybe he was just having an off day. And I love Waffle House but because of him I will never be back not to this one.

I used to come here every Sunday. I loved this place at one time. Music would be playing, people would be sitting together having conversations with their fellow strangers while enjoying a fresh cup of coffee watching the food cook right in front of them. This used to be the best experience for the best price. Best bang for you buck I swear. But everything on the menu has skyrocketed in price. They charge you extra just for To-Go orders. Before you know it… 2 meals and a tip costs you $50. Your competition down the road has a $6 menu and I can feed my whole family of 4 for less than $30 with the tip. I’m sorry, but I expect better from Waffle House.

Well, you dont go for the service, you go for the food. The service absolutely sucked, refills of tea didn't happen. Hasbrowns weren't browned much, so the middles were undercooked. The pork chops were a lot smaller than the menu shows. Of all the waffle houses I've been to, this is one I wouldn't return to.

Wheeeww. Walked in and was not greeted. 🙃 Sat at the table with my family and waited for a menu. Significant other ordered his drink without ice and got ice but the waitress had poured the remainder of the cherry flavor out of the bottle into his cup and when another wait staff informed her that there was more cherry in the back she said 'I know. I just don't feel like getting it' so he kept his drink with the ice in it. The food itself was decent but it seemed that the cook was being trained by the VERY forgetful waitress. When we got our food I did not have my pickles and my mayo for my sandwich, it took a minute to get the attention of the waitress as she had just sat down our food and walked away without asking if we needed anything else....when I did get her attention as she was walking away to get the items I had requested I realized we didn't have any ketchup and when I asked for ketchup she seemed very bothered that she had to go get that. Conversations amongst the wait staff in front of customers went like this 'Ahhh man. Here come another one.' Our waitress continued to 'forget' things. The wait staff was openly eating, walking over to their plates of food to grab a bite of their meal while ours was cooking and not tending to customers. Not one time were we offered refills on our drinks. We sat at the table for at least 10 minutes with empty plates and we did not get a ticket so I inevitability got up and just walked to the register to signify that we were done eating and ready to go. I've NEVER just felt like a tip should not be left for a waitress but she didn't get one from me. My Significant other felt bad enough that he did. Please take it from me....this is not an establishment that you should eat at. We will pass up next time and go to a different one. 🤣

0 stars. The server changed the tip amount. If you come here make sure you keep track of your receipt. I was given good food with bad service. The waiter added an extra 2 dollars to tip herself. Surprisingly, this was one of my not so good experience. The waitress that served me & my wife did not greet us, nor did not really make us feel comfortable or welcome. Did not give silverware, took our drink order, nothing. She did not even write the order down, relying on memory, she got the order wrong & incomplete. I pulled in for a to go order and was greeted by a crew member named Patricia. I sat at the bar waiting to make my order. The music was playing and the crew was busy. She mumbled something under her breath at me and pointed. Long story short, she wanted me to get up and stand at the registor 1 foot away to make a order rather than at the bar. She wouldn't let anyone take my order unless I was standing. I followed directions not to make a scene about it. Other than that the food was great.

Understanding if you have a limited menu but giving an attitude when I’m trying to make it work is just you flat out being a grumpy miserable person. I tried to order a bowl that is on this limited menu since you could not do the protein bowl when I asked for a side of eggs (which eggs are on this limited menu) but you gave me a nasty “no add ons it’s a limited menu!” Jackie you need to chill out. I definitely prefer the other servers over this lady. According to 2 other Google reviews Jackie seems to be an issue so if you visit I would try and avoid having her as your server.

Came in this morning and our waitress Jamia had an attitude from the start. We told her our drink orders and said well I’ll bring them out when yall place your order. Then she walked away and starting laughing and talking to her coworkers and completely Ignored us. When we called her over and said we been waiting on her she said it’s to early to deal with peoples attitude and told someone else to deal with us and started to complain about us to her coworkers. She definitely didn’t have any customers service skills and gave us straight attitude where we definitely felt uncomfortable. It’s 5am and i was pretty much the only one in there aside from two people who had already ordered and part of my order is missing because I failed to check the bag. The girl in front seemed pleasant enough but the relationship between her and the male cook seemed off like it was tension like they either got into it or don’t like working with eachother. Or overworked because I only saw them two working and nobody else. I called an it said to place an order online an unfortunately I do not feel like driving back. I hate being that person to have to check but now I feel like I have to if I come back moving forward an unpack all of the Togo order just to make sure it’s right. My other stuff probably cold now since it took me a lil minute to write this before I go to bed. It wasn’t the usual older black lady working at tonight who always gets it right. If I come back a she not there I’ll just leave cuz she seems to be the only one to get it right. No shade to the young white lady who worked tonight an her cook but my morning is ruined. Waking up to disappointment. And I tipped so now I’m even more hurt because I know tipping is important but also so is quality of service and accuracy.

So I just left from there tonight at 10:45pm and I don’t know if they have a new cook on the grill or what …. but if they do, they need to supervise them. My bread is burned. !!! I’m already back at home. This is the driest Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had in my entire life, especially from waffle House… to add insult to injury, you can’t call up there and tell them that they messed up your order so you would have to drive all the way back up there which is insane. It’s absolutely ridiculous and it makes no sense. They don’t want to correct the problem and that’s why they don’t answer the phones
