Very clean location! Employees are attentive and quick to fulfill both online and in-store orders. If they are delayed, they are reassuring and apologetic. Great customer service. I especially admired Kristy's customer service skills. Thank you for a delicious sandwich, Kristy!!

Good, fresh food, lite and tasty didn't want a heavy meal on roadtrip. Dining area closed, but steady flow of customers social distancing in line. These 2 ladies were frustrated they were so busy (on a Thursday night) people kept coming in to order, but with 4.3 stars I thought it was better to stop here in Rusk on our way to Beaumont since Jacksonville only 3.7 stars. It was a great meal! 😊

We are in a small town. We always order online and go straight up there , only 2 minutes from our house.Food is always cold even though we order our sandwiches toasted We choose light sauce and they must not read the orders because often thier is so much sauce on there it is running down my hands and face.

Two young people behind the counter. One employee stocking in the dining/chip display area, and one in the rear area. I was not greeted when I entered by any of the four employees. I waited until the young man making a sandwich got it in the toaster, he took my order, got my bowl of soup and passed me to the young woman at the register.There was no one else ordering. There was a customer checking out. He had been there since I walked in and still had not completed the transaction because the cashier was giggling and flirting with him and incorrectly chose debit instead of credit. I waited another several minutes for the young woman to complete the customers transaction. She handed me a receipt and turned back to her co-worker. I said thank you as she walked away. 😐

The food was fine, the service not so much. The young lady working there was kind, but the older female with her was not. I don’t know how many older women work there, but this one was so rude. I came in and she said “we need to start locking those doors” and the young girl responded “it’s only 7” and she said “i don’t f*ng care”… and then when we were ordering, another lady walked in with a mask on and that old women said “ I don’t get it, if you’re scared of getting covid why are you even here?” I just stared awkwardly because at least I know how to treat people well. She’s at work what does she expect? She should quit if she doesn’t like it, it’s no one else’s problem to care.

It's Subway....so it's similar to all the others, dependable for the most part. Staff are really considerate, friendly. BUT!!!!!!! We do NOT come in if we see a particular staff member on duty. I think her name is ANGIE? She is Assistant manager I think. She verbally berates the other staff in front of customers, she is so condescending to customers. She stood over a staff member while they were helping someone and rudely directed every move. That staff wasn't new. (I asked) and we all could see staff was doing good. Didn't need Assistant manager micro manage, it was obvious ANGIE has some sort of God complex. I wish corporate gave a care about this toxic management, alas....it's only care is profits.

Ordered a spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese bread, and the foot long pepperoni and cheese wrap/roll, asked for extra pickles on the sandwich, she put 4 whole pickle slices on it. Asked for extra banana peppers, she put 6 slices on it. That’s ridiculous, a foot of sandwich and 4 whole pickles, how generous, when ordering the pepperoni disappointment, he asked what cheese, I said surprise me, I get home and take a bite, no cheese, I guess I’m surprised… never going back.

If you order sandwiches online and request that they be toasted, they won't toast them. I got a 2 cold sandwiches just because I wasn't standing there watching them. The whole reason I ordered out was for a warm meal while I'm sick. Instead I got a cold soggy sandwich from a lazy employee that somehow thought we wouldn't notice. If you want your order to be correct, don't use the online order system bc they won't do their job without someone watching them.

I ordered a sandwich toasted and what do I get? A cold, untoasted sandwich. I worked a 10 hr shift and all I wanted after a long hard day was a nice toasted sandwich. I will never be coming back here.
