Mendocino Farms never disappoints! The food is always super fresh and flavorful. You can tell they really care about quality ingredients. The staff here is so kind and welcoming and the service is always on point. Feels good walking in and being greeted with a smile then leaving full and happy. Definitely one of my go to spots when I want something delicious and fresh!

The food tasted very fresh! I can tell they take the prep work very seriously. Kevin warmly greeted us and had top tier customer service. He made our group feel very welcomed. Clean tables and facility as well. 10/10 first time experience!

Came in day after Christmas. Cold and wet outside. Most people are not in the mood to work, but here there were a couple of ladies running the whole place by themselves. We were from out of town and our Mendocino has a little bit different menu and way of doing things. These ladies did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. They were great!

Love the food here my favorite is the chimi steak and bacon! Always hits the spot.. the staff is amazing as well.. will definitely be back!

Such delicious fresh food!! Very hard to find fresh food anywhere now-a-days. I ordered To-Go when I arrived at the store. I waited 20ish minutes, which I fully expected because they really craft your food here. But, the staff was very apologetic and offered complimentary items for my wait. The staff was also incredibly professional and friendly and they all seemed to be in a good mood working with each other which was so endearing. Ximena helped me out and she was great! I didn’t catch the names of the kitchen staff but they were also amazing! I’ll definitely be back here!

it was my first time at this restaurant. I had I have turkey salsa. Verde sandwich was really good. The manager Chris was very attentive and very friendly. Definitely would be back.

I really try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but Mendocino Farms has been consistently disappointing. Our last 4 out of 5 orders have been wrong, and at this point it’s honestly ridiculous. Missing items, wrong sandwiches, things made completely differently than ordered — it’s become a pattern rather than a one-off mistake. For a place that isn’t exactly cheap, you’d expect a basic level of accuracy and care. I love the menu and want to support the business, but it’s hard to keep coming back when we can’t rely on them to get even the simplest order right. Edit: The manager reached out to me directly and was extremely professional and understanding about the repeated mistakes. They apologized, took full responsibility, and went out of their way to make things right. It was a very kind gesture and genuinely appreciated. While the ordering issues were frustrating, their response showed they do care about their customers, and I’m hopeful things will improve going forward.

The sandwiches here are incredibly well-balanced, offering a unique twist on plant-based flavors. I highly recommend it if you're a vegetarian.
