The chicken was pretty dried like it had been sitting under a lamp for way too long. Particularly not great for the time of day we were there. For the price I paid, I felt a bit robbed. The staff was pretty friendly though and when they messed my order up they fixed it pretty quickly.

Had the kfc side. Strips good, bbq sauce side too much high fructose corn syrup. Chicken pot pie, good crust, filling way, way, way too salty. Very nice drive through people.

Actually visited the KFC with the A&W rootbeer. Chicken greasy and cold as I ordered extra and didn't get what I wanted at the drive through not sure when or if I will return. Mashed potatoes and gravy cold. Biscuit was okay. Pieces of chicken plentiful as ordered but not what I come to expect in taste. Overpriced for what is ordered. A&W rootbeer is the reason why 2 stars. Service was fast in drive through but really needs to work on attitude.

Visited this location as I always do whenev I'm in the Sac area (living ~60 miles out) and this time, they fell FAR short of the mark. I always get the much coveted cheese curds for the drive home and some chicken legs for the kids (can't find cheese curds even remotely close to home). I was saddened when I bit into ALMOST EVERY cheese curd there was no cheese in them-- it was just crust & oil 😿 I think there were MAYBE 3-4 curds in there that had the melty cheese like it should and usually always does. Not the end of the world, just very disappointing that they actually thought I wouldn't notice and packaged the rogue empty curds to sell to me. Like, don't rush the deepfry process with these things! I don't mind parking out front of the establishment to wait for them! I mean, y'all had me wait (as usual, no biggy) anyways, so why the heck you give me this garbage?! One of 2 things took place: 1) they flash fried them too hot & fast (which causes to crust to rupture, thereby spilling the melted cheese out) or 2) they actually gave them to me purposely because they were too lazy to make some fresh. I think it's the 1st one because pretty much every other time, they have been delicious. Please do better next time, A&W! I know you can 😸

We were not satisfied with Red Robin this time. Everybody food was cold this time around, couldn't figure it out. We normally stay and enjoy ourselves, but we couldn't wait to get out of there. Hopefully it was just this one time other then that we will will never go back again if that continues.

Bad customer service. Ill keep it short. We ordered a caramel Sunday. We ask for extra caramel on the side. Lady said no we don't do that. I said no problem we will pay for it. She said no we still can't do that either. What kind of restaurant does this? Its a business, you sell things to make a profit. It just boggled my mind when she said she couldn't sell it. That women needs to be fired. I wish I had her name.

Food there is overpriced, greasy, small portions, and either burnt food, or not cooked all the way. They are also not very friendly at all. I wish I would have waited in the line for in-n-out instead of coming here. No wonder there was only one car in their drive-thru. I ordered from the A&W menu, and got the bacon cheeseburger meal. It looks like a kids meal.. bacon was burnt so bad on the outside, and not cooked it the middle.. the size of the fries is extremely small, and most of them were cold to begin with. I will NEVER waste my money here again.

Gave no napkins or butter or honey for my bfs KFC. I got a papa burger is was DISGUSTING, sopping wet dripping with grease and had a strange flavor. Worst burger I've ever had from any ff. Definitely will never eat here again, especially to spend $30 just to trash my whole meal.

I remember the good ole days when A&W had the dine in your car setup and had a craving for root beer, so I stopped by...sadly, nothing is the same. The food was cold (I ate while driving). The burger reminded me of the soybean burgers that were served in some public schools and the root beer.... just flat...so much for nostalgia.

If I could, I would give this fine establishment zero stars. Everytime we come here the diningroom is filthy. I don't want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. Picture does not show the diningroom stickiness. Picture is to show everyone waiting on this super busy Tuesday 8pm evening. Service is nothing but fast or courteous. Ordered Papa combos and it took a quick 27 minutes to get order, To be short a burger to boot. PLEASE FIX YOUR RESTAURANT.

This place at 4pm can take a 100.00 on a 55.00 order! Then we tried to add more food and they still refused They don’t have change! Are you kidding a multimillion dollar company and threw away the entire order because your to incompetent to complete a sale! This is what happens when kids operate a store! We will never go here again!
