Great drinks in a stylish rusticated environment. I enjoyed the pecan old fashioned, which had a delicious balance of sweetness. The bartender was welcoming and informative. The bar has barstools and several tables including on a shaded back patio. They are located just across from the college park and next to the glass studio. They have a free parking lot and there is free street parking nearby.

The smoked Chex mix is amazing, the bartenders are super friendly, and drinks are super delicious! The candied pecan old fashioned (pictured below) was absolutely incredible. If whiskey is not your thing, they also have delicious tequila cocktails as well. The St.Nichorita (cranberry margarita with lime salt rim) and sunset margarita (pictured below) are both delicious and refreshing. The atmosphere is a super cool, relaxing vibe. This is a great place in town to stop in, relax and enjoy a delicious cocktail! Or two!

This place is pretty much perfect. A fantastic whiskey selection. Close to a great cigar shop. Comfortable places to sit and relax with your friends. Friendly and knowledgeable people serving it all up.

This place is a literal hidden gem! So cute with a rustic, modern saloon vibe. They had live music and they have food, however we did not eat. The Bluebonnet French 75 was delish and my boyfriend said the pecan old fashioned was the best he ever had! Stop in and check this place out!

We got to check out Bourbon Speaks last night, and we will definitely be back! Great atmosphere, great service, and easily some of the best drinks we've had in Salado. The owners did an amazing job renovating the historic building, perfect place to relax and drink some bourbon. 5 stars all around.

Went to Bourbon Speaks for the first time last night and had an incredible experience! The owners were so welcoming and kind, the drinks were out of this world delicious, and the vibe was just right. Everything was clean, including the bathroom, which is always a plus. All around a fantastic first visit, and I’m already looking forward to going back!

We found this place by accident and so glad we did! The atmosphere was so inviting and warm. The service was outstanding and we could not have asked for better service. The food, smoked cheese mix and bourbon butter bread were both amazing. Every drink we had was amazing. The staff were educated on the flights. We will 100% be back and can't wait to come try more drinks.

What a great little bourbon bar. Decent prices and great atmosphere. The bartender talked me into playing Cards against humanity. It was the first time playing and I don't think I laughed that hard in a long time. Thank you for the entertainment and I would highly recommend anyone going if you are looking for a small little bar to have a drink. BTW, the flatbread pizza was great.

I went here with my best friend for her birthday. We stumbled across this place by accident and boy was it a treat! Very friendly staff and excellent Bourbon drinks. We will definitely be back next time we're in town. Try the Bourbon Sour and Black Manhattan.
