I've been here many times and always love their Krispy Kreme, glazed donuts, and there chocolate glazed donuts.\nThey're so delicious It is hard to stop eating them even when you're full.

We always love Krispy Kreme donuts! Always warm and fresh. My kids enjoy to watch the conveyor belt full of warm donuts! This location is nicely located, ambiance was nice, service was good.

After being disappointed by the donuts served at the Daly City location, which were deflated and bland, I sought out the Krispy Kreme donuts I remember; round and full of flavor. The Mountain View location's donuts absolutely lived up to those expectations. Even at 10PM at night, which is when we came to the drive thru, they were fresh and tasted amazing. The Pac-Man donuts they are serving right now are also incredibly cute! I'm not sure what happened with the Daly City location, but the Mountain View location has the Krispy Kreme quality I truly crave, both with their food and their service. They're no artisan donuts, but they're bound to fulfill your appetite for a sweet treat. 4/5.

Krispy Kreme is the quintessential American donut shop and I love it. As soon as you walk in this Krispy Kreme location you are welcomed by a beautiful array of donuts you can also go to the back and see how they make the donuts. You can see the whole process of making and glazing donuts if you really want too. The service was also really nice with my server being cordial and kind the ambiance was very bad as it is like a fast food breakfast place. The donuts themselves were soooo good. They were definitely freshly made. They were still a little warm which was perfect. The dough was so soft and pillowy and the sugar glazing on top added all the sweetness you needed. I highly recommend getting the Krispy Kreme app as they always have some deals going on. I was able to buy these dozen donuts for free because of this. However the donuts usually are $20 which is somewhat expensive. The quality of the donuts was just amazing so I definitely recommend for others!

The only minor downside was that the drive-thru line can get quite long during peak hours. However, the wait time was still reasonable considering the popularity of Krispy Kreme and the number of customers they serve. It might be worth considering pre-ordering if you're in a hurry.

Really big place and kept up very well. Spotless everywhere when we were there. They have a huge glass wall if you want to see them getting made. Staff was friendly and patient with kids. They have coffee and accept credit cards. Sell flavored milk in glass bottles, plain, coffee chocolate and strawberry. They have family restroom and a unisex restroom also. There is a drive through, parking outside can get really busy because of other shops here.

Great place to get fresh donuts in the area. They have a pretty good variety and the service was quite fast. And it is nice that you can watch the process in which their donuts are created. There is plenty of parking here, if you need to come here for a donut fix.

I ordered three chocolate donuts, which is listed as $7.99 on the in-store display ($7.99 for three assorted donuts). I was charged $8.97, which is the price for three individual donuts at $2.99 each. First, the cashier didn't realize this offer was listed on the board, and was quite confused. I had to walk the cashier over to the display to show him. He attempted to enter it, and then said this is only available if you're a rewards member. There is nothing to indicate this on the board, so I was incredibly upset at the false advertising, and the general expense of paying $3 per donut. I'm never coming back here after this experience. Patronize your local donut shop instead of this overpriced, dishonest chain.

My wife and I have been running a Jewish club in public high schools for almost four years, visiting a different school every day. We've been bringing donuts for the kids, ordering at least 2-3 boxes daily. This specific donut shop was our go-to because they had a kosher certification from the Jewish Kosher Committee. However, with the recent change in ownership, we've lost our kosher option, and it's impacting our activities. We'd be thrilled if the new owner could reach out to the Kosher Committee to get everything sorted out! Many families in the Bay Area's Jewish community are also disappointed about losing their kosher donut option. Of course, I'll update my review as soon as this gets resolved!

*** UPDATED*** KRISPY KREME ON ST. Patrick's Day... wore green clothing and green / Gold eyeshadow. There was 2 of us. We asked for the "green" donut and we were given a hard/stale regular glazed donut. Asked for the green one and showed the donut ad and the cashier looked over to a heavy set guy... He said " Ya we ran out" I said, but why? It's only 3:30 pm. The big guy then said... " Oh well... we ran out, I mean ... it has been going on for since Friday. That is what it is" and put his hands in the air... Rude customer service. They had a million green donuts for sale but not for a promotional customer. What kind of service is that? No longer my feelings... obviously customer service and food quality has gone down... sad that this happened. Please don't tell me to put my experience somewhere else.
