came here tonight on a monday around midnight (not expecting much in terms of quality) when all of a sudden the angels of heaven blessed me with the most delicious meal i’ve had at a restaurant. my girlfriend was really craving a plate of nachos from this place as she has a past from here and i wasn’t really excited about it leading up to it. until i saw the plate headed toward our table. my god was it huge. they got our order right too with no pico and jalapeños added. they were extra toasted so that they wouldn’t get soggy and tasted amazing. server was amazing as well a kind old lady that made an AMAZING peppermint hot chocolate. hope to have another great experience here again!

Went with my Mom and some girlfriends after church. Restuarant was very quiet a d not too busy. We were served by the GM, Eva, so I assumed they were short staffed that Sunday. Overall great experience and greatcfellowhsip with Mom and friends.

We've been in America since the 30th May, We've had breakfast at a few Denny's on our road trip & so far this one has to be the best yet, our server Iris Q was amazing, when I asked for a particular booth she had no hassle clearing & cleaning from the previous guest. The food was the best I've eaten so far. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area, even if you're only passing on the 99, pull off & stop here. You won't be disappointed. We like to go to Denny’s late around midnight and always look forward to having Ana for our waiter. Every time we come she always greets us warmly and seems to have a great relationship and attitude towards everyone around. She always makes sure everything is perfect and we have all our food right and never lags with checking up. The food is also sooo good for so cheap, especially with the app. My favorite things id recommend getting are the cinnamon pancake puppies or the cinnamon roll pancakes.

Stopped by for a quick lunch break & was greeted by the sweet hostess, Joey, and was able to be seated right away. The manager, Carmen, took care of me since I was sitting at the bar top - excellent service & food presentation. I’ve been to multiple Denny’s restaurants & this one has it together. The store was very clean, including the bathrooms. Great service and great food!

Typical breakfast at Denny’s, the coffee was hot and the food was fresh. We met for a birthday gathering for my little sister, they sang happy birthday to her which was a really nice gesture by the staff! I ordered the lumberjack slam which included the pancakes. I always love the food but by the time you are finished with your food and are starting to eat your pancakes, they get cold. 🥶 The portions are huge and you just can’t beat bacon eggs and sausage.

This Denny’s has great coffee, great food, and great service! Establishment was busy as expected on a Sunday afternoon but I must say our server Clara handled our table as well as her entire area with extreme poise, charm, and a smile (I could feel thru😷). This type of service is rare these days! Complimented with great breakfast food and coffee, we had a nice afternoon dining experience at Denny’s. The all white veggie omelette with hash-browns was delicious with an English muffin and my husband always enjoys the skillets.

This was once our go to Dennys but after a handful of not great meals we will not be going back. It started when I ordered a medium steak for dinner. I warned them when ordering that I really wanted it medium and I would send it back if it was well. I got the steak and it was well done. I let them know and they took it back to the cook. I explained (because I can cook) that the steak literally only needed a minute and a half per side. The 2nd steak comes out and its exactly the same, well. I cut it in front of the waiter and show him its well and told him I wasn't going to send it back because my family was eating and I wanted to eat with them. They gave me half off the steak which is fine but I'd rather have the steak cooked the way I asked. My next visit in, the cook came out to wash her hands or do something by the coffee. She made it a point to look over and say hi so we acknowledged her. We order (no steak this time) and the food starts coming out. One. Plate. At. A. Time. I felt that it was intentional, my meal first, then my husband's, then my kids, we had to let the kids plates cool so by the time we started our food was cold. My food wasnt great. As we are paying, the cook who i had never seen until this visit is at the window waving us good bye with a big smile on her face. Maybe I was reading into it but again, I felt it was a weird intentional thing because of my previous complaint. It could have been random but it didn't feel that way. We haven't been back. One other small complaint is that there is 1 specific waiter there. He is a nice kid, remembers regulars, but he talks to much and asks way too many personal questions. It's very awkward at times when he lingers after asking a couple questions. I'm all for chatting with the staff but it's too much and on days that we are tired and going out to eat the last thing we want is to have a 15 minute forced conversation with someone. I'd recommend he just cut it back a bit and try to recognize social cues that the conversation is over and walk away.

To the owner, we eat in a lot of Dennys and this one was bad bad service. The lady’s stand around and talk more than work. We made our order and 30 minutes still no food. One person working in the kitchen and I don’t even blame him!! because the Spanish speaking lady’s were saying they put the order in late. I’m white but I’m fluent in Spanish. So 35 minutes my food comes but not my wife’s. Then after we start our meal it’s goodbye, no service no asking if we need anything no apologies for the long wait nothing nada. Food is good as always but it’s about service too. Finally with no bill given to us we decided let’s just stand at the counter until someone comes. Well they’re still talking out of view and 5 minutes later some noticed us. Won’t be back, Merced Dennys is #1 your location is last. Get them employees trained better.

Stopped by Denny’s and had a great experience. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how you want diner food to be—comforting and satisfying. The service really stood out: friendly, attentive, and quick without making us feel rushed. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it was a perfect spot to grab a meal whether you’re passing through or a local. Breakfast hit the spot, and the value for the price was solid.

This was what we once thought to be a “good“ Denny’s. We were seated for 10 minutes. No one came to even offer water! There were a lot of servers who nodded at our table from behind the counter and talked about what I can only assume as to who was taking our table but still no one came to our table. This is our last visit to this location!

If I could give a zero star I would, first came in and it was not busy took them 10 mins to even seat us; the manager was chit chatting instead of seating us. Took forever to get our drink ordered, then multiple tables had to get up and ask for their own refills because waiters were not coming back to check on them, Food took forever to get delivered, the menu says that they have baked potato soup on Mondays through Thursdays I ordered the baked potato soup, the waitress did not say anything about there being none ,when the soup was brought to me it was chicken noodle, and the waiter said we don’t have any baked potato soup so I just said I’ll keep the dinner bread which the waitress also told me was two dollars. it was half a sandwich roll , went to pay and the bread was almost 4 dollars for half a sandwich roll when I asked for the manager to discuss this she said I’d have to pay full price because the bread was already eaten, which I didn’t mind paying full price but I was told a different price at the beginning. When I said the waitress didn’t know the prices of the items but told me She doesn’t even know the prices of her items herself so that’s not her problem and she needs to charge me full price. She was very rude. Definitely should not be in a manager position, she doesn’t understand customer service. I didn’t have a problem paying full price, the problem is her attitude and her lack of accountability for her workers doing a terrible job no apologizing nothing just excuses on excuses and I will not be visiting this restaurant again. This poor restaurant has gone downhill since this new manager has taken over. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else and the food is terrible.

I went to this dennys because it was my birthday and they said with the app you can get a free grand slam they lied and when i ordered my food they said i couldnt get the free meal so i left the food at the table and they still lexpected me to pay… dont waste your birthday at this location. This place is so embarrassing and fraudulent. They lie and tell u that youll get a free meal on your birthday so u can bring your family in and spend money… well theres people like me that will waste your time if u waste mine… scammers get scammed they wasted food today. Stop lying to people

First off I have to say that first experiences are everything and the first experience I got from this place is some of the worst I've seen. I'm just shocked how bad the food looked, it's almost like a child put the food together. My mom had ordered dinner and the food looked like it was put together last minute, there was even potato's that literally looked like 90% gravy and 10% potato's, so basically it looked watered down. I thought eating out was supposed to give you a good experience that you can't get at home, but from my experience, I could have made the same thing at home but better. My family likes going to Denny's but this one is not it, there's plenty of better ones to go to that will respect the food.
