Big new yorker was really good. I think it might have different sauce than normal or something because it was super good! They made some great stuffed crust pizzas too and even helped me out when I needed to not let my groceries go bad.

We stopped here to grab a quick bite on our family Vacation from South Texas. The service and food was excellent. The gentleman at the register helped us find the best deals and was so nice and helpful! Great experience! Definitely recommend!!

Yesterday I ordered delivery for a large stuffed crust pepperoni, 2 medium hand tossed pepperoni, 2 thin and crispy pepperoni, 1 hand tossed hamburger and 2 orders of cheese sticks. For some reason our order hadn’t been delivered by the usual time so I called and spoke with Donovan who realized they received our order but it was never put in the oven. Needless to say he was on top of it. He corrected the situation the best he could and it was all greatly appreciated. He was quick on his toes about fixing the situation! We always go to Pizza Hut. At least 3 times a month and we have never had issues. The food is always great and fresh. Whether is pick up or delivery, it’s always on point! Pizza Hut on Pullium is by far the best !!! Greta job Pizza Hut crew and great job Donovan!

I came to this fine establishment to acquire some medium pepperoni pizzas. I paid and soon left the store, but as I was driving I decided to take a peek in case they messed something up, and when I looked inside I was horrified. It seems someone had clipped both their fingernails and toenails onto my pizza, and not just any regular nails they were long, hard, and yellow. Ultimately I decided I was still going to eat the pizza as I enjoy eating my own nails so overall I'd rate this as a positive experience.

The store (on Pulliam ) has excellent food and customer service. They are always very friendly & pleasant. Very rarely is there a mistake with our order and if there is a mistake they make it right . No arguing or trying to shift blame to avoid the issue .The food is hot and fresh . We have been eating from The Hut about once a week for the past couple of months and it has been the best pizza we have had for a really long time . 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕We really appreciate the effort and hard work . The pride in their job shines through in the food coming from their location. ---

This is the new location. I used to order pizza hut from the old location pretty regularly, multiple times a year. If we wanted pizza - we ordered from our nearby pizza hut. The pizzas were good. A good amount of sauce, cheese, veggies always nice, the bread was good, and everything seemed seasoned decently well for a pizza chain. The sauce, for example, didn't taste like just tomatoes. But, ever since moving into this new location, I've disliked all their pizza. It's gross. I've tried 3 times since the move, and I've hated every single order. My children have hated every single order. I noticed the breading was a bit thicker under the cheese, and there was almost NO sauce on any of the pizzas, so i thought it was just a saucing issue. So, i tried ordering "extra" sauce. But the sauce is gross. Adding extra sauce made it gross, but in a different way. The ONLY reason it gets 2 stars is cause, if i order delivery, i get it SUPER fast and the one problem i had at the new location, the driver went back to the store to immediately correct it and bring me the missing item. But, i haven't ordered here in nearly a year bc of just how gross the pizzas are, now. I should have written this sooner so management could be aware of how bad the pizzas are after the location change. But, hopefully they do something! And, if you've eaten there recently, or are the manager, let us know if the pizza has improved! I'd have no problem ordering from here again, and changing my review, if things are better.

Pizza Hut? Meh. I don't get why some pizza joints struggle with basic things like getting the order right and charging the correct price. I mean, come on! I specifically asked for the #1 special—a large three-topping pizza for just $12.99. Simple enough, right? But no. They messed it up big time. First, they didn't have any large pizzas left, so they gave me two mediums instead. Fine, I guess. But when I finally got home and opened the boxes, what do I see? No Canadian bacon, the very topping I asked for! And to top it off, they had the nerve to charge me $16.74 instead of the price quoted over the phone. Seriously, Pizza Hut? Get it together! I ended up with more pizza than I wanted and not the taste I was craving. Is it really that difficult to run a pizza place? Ugh!

Ordered 2 medium well done pizzas- a spicy chicken sausage and a pepperoni lovers- garlic bread, 8-pack of wings, breadsticks, a cookie, a brownie, and a 4-pack of drinks. We received the pizzas, desserts, and garlic bread. The driver didn’t know anything was missing from the order. We told him the drinks were missing and he said he’d go back and get them and blamed the restaurant. A few minutes later we found that the breadsticks were missing and he had already left, so we called the restaurant. The representative, David, said they’d try to catch him. The pizzas were so underbaked we had to put them in the oven TO FINISH COOKING THEM. The cheese on the pepperoni pizza was barely melted and the pizza itself had barely any toppings. See the photo. The chicken sausage pizza with the tavern crust had a thin white line of what looked like raw uncooked flour in it. See the photo. This is after we ordered the pizzas cooked well done. Left little notes on the order and everything. The driver came back and we got our missing items, but the breadsticks were cold and had been sliced weirdly. They were not seasoned correctly and the butter spread on their tops wasn’t even melted. See the photo. Who is doing quality control at this location?? The order was missing 2 items, 2 other items were undercooked (1 to an unsafe level), and the breadsticks and garlic bread arrived cold.

Took an hour from time I placed order to get order the pizzas were only warm so are the breadsticks and wings no marina sauce the driver didn't follow delivery instructions to not knock on door and to have contact less delivery. I can't complain to pizza hut since the app won't let me

Ordered 2 large pizzas. One was a taco pizza. They sent the pizza without the salsa and toppings. It was just crust beans and meat. I called them and they said they would bring the toppings. They finally came about 40 minutes after I called. Normally I wouldn't post a bad review like this but it has happened the last 3 times we ordered

I miss the old Pizza Hut on Pulliam. They used to read the requests when ordering online and pile on the toppings. Every time I stop by the new one, the pizzas are subpar, at best. They act like the toppings (I understand meats, but veggies...come on) and sauce are expensive and are stingy with them. They are usually my last resort when wanting a pizza.

Gave us Raw wings, unfortunately we bit into, immediately spit it out. And not slightly raw either, it looks like they dropped them in a fryer and took them right back out. The ONLY part that cooked was the breading. The entire inside of every wing was raw. Do yall not follow food guidelines and temp your chicken with a thermometer to make sure it’s cooked? Not even sure how you can undercook A WHOLE BATCH of wings THAT badly. We also tried calling, whatever guy picked up mumbled something into the phone and immediately hung up on us
