The owner works in the store fulltime and makes the best effort to fulfill every customers' requests!!! I highly recommend this Subway location in the Red Hill shopping center!

The staff at this Subway are awesome. I came in at 9:30pm to order 17 six-inch subs for a student field trip, not realizing the store closed at 10pm (online it said it was open until 1am). Adrienne the girl at the counter was soooo nice to agree to make all the sandwiches, which ended up making her clock out late. She saved the day! The field trip with the kids was a hit and they loved their sandwiches. After I left I realized I accidentally left my credit card in the card reader (tired teacher). Alex F the morning guy kept my card safe for pick up after I got off work. You just don't find kind, honest, and hardworking people like Adrienne and Alex that often anymore. I believe the manager's name is Mr. Sunil. If you read this Sunil, you have two superstar employees working for you! I hope they get some recognition and promotions. They were just wonderful. I highly recommend this Subway to anyone who loves great service, kind people, and delicious food.

It is great to find a Subway that is open late, but what's even far better than that is that the manager, Ramy, is a very kind person who truly cares about his customers. I had a very pleasant experience visiting this Subway. My food was great, and I enjoyed striking up a conversation with Ramy. Would highly recommend eating at this place!

Great choice for late night food in San Anselmo. Open till midnight, when most places are closed in Marin. The lady behind the counter was a prime example of stellar customer service.

The workers here are the SWEETEST people you will ever meet. I never thought I could write such a good review for Subway over a sandwich but every time I come here, I’m greeted with a smile and get the most fresh ingredients. The bread is extremely soft and the avocado is very refreshing! Best Subway Ever!!

They messed up my order while they were making it and I had to push for them to start over. They put an ingredient on the wrap I never said I wanted and I spoke up immediately, but then they tried to just remove as much as they good. However, there was still a lot of the cheese left inside and I pushed for them to make a new one. They eventually did but they did not communicate with me well.

The staff doesn't start making online to go orders until after you arrive. It happened once, I didn't think much of it. Then I tried again, and I arrived late on purpose, 5 minutes after the order ready time, and they hadn't even started. The store was completely empty, it's not like they were busy. Just lazy.

I ordered a half fillysteak , order said it will be ready at 12 :05 and they still make me wait 15 minutes more than what they said, BAD SERVICE 👎
