About as good as truck food can get! Fun date night idea and pet friendly! Lots of games like giant jenga and giant connect four. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. There is dusty gravel outside so definitely wear close toed shoes that aren't all black or all white lol would definitely come back. Food was also fairly priced.
Josh took care of us during our locator happy hour event for vantage at Helotes and vantage at fair oaks apartments ! We had so much fun and it was a beautiful place to be at!
The atmosphere and music always fits the vibe. The theme of the establishment is definitely unique with an outdoorsy, summer camp, woodsy kind of feel offering plenty of games and amenities to partake in. The staff is always friendly and makes each visit enjoyable. I also like that it is a dog friendly establishment as my dog & I have enjoyed nights here together with the bartenders going as far as getting him his own water bowl so he can have a drink as well. Love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun & friendly spot to grab a drink and to the animal lovers that like spending time with their furry companions! Lesly, Gio, Ciara, Shoe, and Ricky are always a friendly smile behind the bar! 10/10
Camp 1604 is a fun beer garden. Definitely thought outside the box with its decore and adult games. We enjoyed playing the tabletop shuffleboard while waiting for our food. All the dogs were so cute to look at! Food is good and worth the splurge. Have Fun!
Originally planned on going to the kung fu saloon next door. But came in and McKayala? And Priscilla greeted me and took care of me and my my friend out the gate. The service was amazing and quick and the bar got busier and busier but the service never declined or dropped off. The entire staff I encountered were all amazing but Priscilla and McKayla in particular. The atmosphere and vibe ended up picking up so much me and my friend ended up staying and never going to the kung fu saloon.
Adrian was very friendly and helpful Bar tender. Very nice indoor/outdoor area very clean and new. Lots of TV's and dog friendly. Recommend visiting it you have a chance.

camp = home. 10/10 recommend this place. Whether you’re having a great or bad day, camp is the place you should think of when you don’t know what to do, where to go, or how to celebrate with or without friends! All the staff are great to talk to (Ryan is such a hospitable and genuinely kind man & Jaylon is a chill guy), there’s games and activities if you’re feeling outdoorsy, and Francisco’s food truck?? Chefs kiss to all that I mentioned, I mean what more could you ask for seriously
A huge thank you to Manager Adrian, and bartenders Zarah, and Bobbie for giving our book club such a warm welcome! We had an absolute blast 🤩 Amazing customer service all around—highly recommend checking this place out!
Love Zarah!!!! Met her tonight and she’s amazing at making drinks! Served our whole group and did great.
I had an incredible experience thanks to the amazing bartenders Charlie and Sydney. From the moment I walked up to the bar, they were friendly, welcoming, and beyond attentive. You can tell they truly love what they do—and it shows in their energy, efficiency, and killer drink-making skills.
Great atmosphere and drinks! Shout out to the bartender that lent me jumper cables on Friday 10/24, saved the day and was super nice!! Thank you!!!
Went here with a group of friends for a afternoon drink. Good atmosphere and a cool place to hang out.
This bar is a pretty lively place. I will definitely recommend the two. The younger crowd is typically from the young twenties to early thirties. The ambiance of the bar is quite energetic, creating a vibrant atmosphere for patrons. It seems to be a popular spot, especially among individuals in their twenties and thirties. You'll find a good mix of people, and it is a great place to socialize. The bar's lively environment makes it an appealing destination for those seeking a fun night out.
Sydney is the next bartender ever she recommended their seasonal drinks that are amazing it’s a great vibe. This place is definitely a place to come to a lot of fun people and everyone is friendly.

Dillion is my favorite bartender to see on Sundays! We go every week for $2 mimosas and the great service we get!! We love going and will continue to spend Sundays there enjoying the great atmosphere and service provided. Thank you Dillion!!!

Gabriella was an amazing server! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. The bar itself has a great selection of games, which made the experience even more fun, and the atmosphere is super relaxing—perfect for unwinding with friends. Gabriella’s great energy and excellent service really made our visit special. We’ll definitely be back!
We came here on opening night and had a good experience. It ended up being smaller than we thought from the description but it was spaced out nice and had a nice indoor and outdoor atmosphere. The wait staff were all friendly and we got our drinks pretty quick at the bar. Next time we'll probably bring our dogs to hang out for a little bit. The drinks were kind of on the pricey side but that's pretty much everywhere these days. I think if there was food served at the establishment, it would be a lot better.
Very nice place with a great amount of outdoor seating and very open indoor seating (open enough to make people feel comfy in these times too). Reasonable selection of beer and pretty good house cocktails. I wish they had some snacks available like even a snack machine would be great. But overall nice place. One thing I will point out is they are very handicapped friendly with the wide spaces and the mens bathroom is very accessible. Few issues : they have not arranged outdoor seating well so they people playing games are not interfering with people just trying to chill, the oak trees do not provide any shade, when cashing out they do not give you an itemized receipt and so hard to tell what the heck your bill will be (that may be on purpose now that I think about it)
The bar looked really interesting and the service was good. The food was amazing! The beer options were mediocre but decent. We did not get to try any cocktails, but they do have a full bar for options. There was plenty of games for activities with friends, so great for groups.
Was actually pretty surprised by this place. Table games, velcro archery, hatchet arcade game, ping pong and a BBQ food truck outside. Cocktails are quirky and so are the prices ( they weren't even listed on the menu, 2 drinks ran about $22 so. ) the marshmallow shot and cocktail are yummy ♡ Will be great when it gets warmer outside.
This place is expensive as hell. Other than that I absolutely love it. When you ask for water they give you a bottle. Never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a drink. Yes, they were expensive but the service was good!

To start, I love beer gardens—but this place definitely doesn't qualify as one. There was nothing charming or unique about it; it's just another generic bar in San Antonio. The food was terrible. I ordered the so-called "Mexican hotdog," which turned out to be nothing more than a plain wiener on a bun topped with a tortilla—bland, uninspired, and overly gentrified. I also tried a stout that tasted awful. My wife ordered a Shirley Temple (she doesn’t drink), and it was completely flat. On top of that, you have to go up to the bar yourself just to get a drink. Definitely a disappointing experience overall.
We had a really disappointing experience at Camp 1604. The barback rudely threw my friend’s ID back at her, which immediately made us uncomfortable. Because of that interaction, we decided to close out our tab and continue our night somewhere else. What made it even more frustrating was that shortly after, he allowed another guy to come in without an ID without any issue. Between that and the rudeness we experienced throughout the day, it was upsetting to walk into what felt like another unwelcoming environment. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this establishment. Respect and professionalism go a long way, and that was not our experience here.
