Mini Takitos El Gordo

I love coming here, the Papa Loca is my absolute favorite thing to get, it's always so delicious and packed with flavor. I always want to try other menu items but it's just so good! I want it every time. The Aguas Frescas are good too, they come dressed and in huge cups!

5 Mini Tacos for $7.99, not bad in my book. They pack them well. I like that the add all the sides: cilantro, raw onion, grilled onion, grill jalapeño, grilled nopal, and a small potato. The reviews about it not being Tex-Mex enough. Of course, this is not that type of restaurant. They have their own style, and it's working. You order, you sit at your indoor or out door area, and they bring you your order to include your drink and 3 different salsas to try. The drinks are overly priced, but I get it. You are eating at a restaurant and not a food truck. I will be coming back to this place.

Gorda here! These mini tacos are delicious! I liked that the cilantro and onions came on the side so I could add as much or as little as I wanted to each taco. The beans are delicious! The asada nachos are drool worthy! The tortas are filled with meat! Don't even get me started on the agua frescas!!!! 🤤 I have tried all flavors and I always have a hard time deciding which flavor to get because they are all so refreshing!! Because this is a restaurant in a building and they have staff, the price of the food is more expensive than a food truck. I will be back to try more items! 🌮 Don't forget to tip well! The staff is so friendly and attentive!!

Clean, quick, and great service! Bunch of meat names as option for your tacos. I asked if I can mix and match my order and they said yes! My plate came with a bunch of sides like grilled nopales, half a tiny potato, and ur usual cilantro and onion..that pico de gallo with roasted tomato and mango was great. They have 4 different salsa options they hand leave with you at your table

Food and service were AMAZING!! I the plates were less than 10 dollars each and well worth it. The flavored water though….8 dollars essentially with the flavored rim so probably skip that, but I will definitely go back again.

Just visited Mini Takitos El Gordo and it was so good! The carne, salsas, veggies and Aqua Fresca were fresh. It was not crowded and the service was excellent. If you’re looking for a new taquito spot check them out.

Fast service!!! chorizo, asada, al pastor were delicious. You can mix-match your taco meat. It doesn't have to be 5 of the same meat. Grilled onions galore. My favorite!!!

We looked for this place after going to traders village and I will say it did not disappoint. The food was great we couldn't even finish out food and let's not get started on the price, it was so affordable really appreciate that in this economy. Service was 100 and beyond the ladies are friendly and very attentive the cashier made you feel so comfortable. We travel a whole lot for work and me and my wife appreciate finding this little spots to make us feel at home.

Awesome taquitos! I love the buche taqs, they were better than the usual spots i frequent. They taste fresh & juicy. I washed it down with a Mexican coke, went down good. Hit the spot! Try some buche taquitos here!

The pastor was really moist and tasty Charros beans are smooth and tasty and the cucumber water is really good it's my first time eating here and it was amazing nice staff I'll definitely comeback to have more when I can ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This place is simply amazing!! With a house full of kids and each wanting something different we have found a place we can all agree on. My favorite is the papas locos. The potato it always cooked perfectly and the topping are out of this world. My kids enjoy everything from the far from basic chicken strips to the mini tacos. The drinks here are made the way they were intended to be as well. This is a hidden gem.

We tried a few different meats for our tacos. Loved the charro beans as well. We ate the grilled vegetables to include cactus leaves, small onions, peppers, and potatoes. The six different sauces were each amazing. We will be stopping by again before we leave town.

Got asada and molleja mini tacos. They were both really good. The mollejas were nice and crispy but not hard. The only thing they may need just a bit seasoning also the fries.

Ridiculous, the potatoes on the mini tacitos were cold and the fries with meat that we were given was very little. The coffee was old and since when does coffee not have free refills? And the attitude? Pfft, worst service ever. Extremely disappointed and the bottom line is don’t ever eat here if you want to keep your good mood.
