Went to Juan Pollo the other day for dinner and had a great meal. The chicken was delicious as always. The salsa was excellent. Potato salad was tasty and the rice was great too! Love this restaurant.

I Love the hard shell chicken tacos along with the pinto beans...always pretty fast and never a long time to wait in line!!!!

Food Was cooked fresh to order hot chicken was done thru out and all the sides that came along with the meal combo, Service was customer friendly & quick with no long wait!

Although we had no business outside the Juan Pollo you can tell it's tough neighborhood. I will explain not the cleanest neighborhood add lots of homeless I can see why people who don't want to stop in the neighborhood to eat at this location. But we were absolutely fine had no issues and enjoyed our lunch God bless our homeless people.

the salad was okay. i feel like it has a LOT going on. & the tomatoes are so big for no reason. however they’re cheesecake (which i didn’t take a picture of) it’s soooo good. customer service is good , atmosphere as well. music a little loud so it’s hard to talk but it’s cool

Biggest and Cleanest Juan Pollo I've been to. Food was good, love the salsa! Prices are good as well. Staff was very organized and efficient. Worth stopping to eat here.

This place had good chicken and good rice. I order an extra large rice and and was nasty! No flavor rice wasn’t cook in some part and also was really pudding like.

I puchased the Party Pak 2 for my small party last night. The chicken was way too overcooked that it was just off the bones and dry and couldn't even tell what was what. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to take a picture before my hungry guests got into it. It's upsetting because my husband said the manager checked it off, apparently the manager has to be there when picking up a party order. Like maybe have better integrity and be like hey you know what that chicken isn't up to par for a PARTY PAK so maybe we won't give them that for their party. I get them every year but this year they let us down for sure. Will probably not get Juan Pollo again or go to a different location.

This is another place that demands you but something before you use the restroom. I understand that a food establishment isn't required to offer a restroom to people who as rent customers. I came three hours earlier and bought food. I was meeting someone here after and they said I needed to buy something. Their food isn't the best rotisserie anymore. Much better places to buy rotisserie. Costco is 1 quarter yeh price and much better chicken.

Hello, My Meal Was Small Chicken Quantity. Chicken Look Like Ig Was Cut Sloppy & Did Not Look Very Appetizing. Skinny Girl Workimg Closing Shift Today On 7/25/25 Was Very Rude & Unprofessional Yelling Rudely To Other Workers For Chicken But At The Same Time Flirting With Skinny Guy With Strechers. Upon Minutes From Closing Time She Came To Our Table While Eating and Told Us Rudely That They Were Closing In 3 Minutes. Did Not Get To Enjoy My Meal Properly as I Felt Rushed Out Of There Almost Like If I Was Getting Kicked Out Of The Restaurant. I Always Support Juan Apollo But Will No Longer Return Due To Unprofessionalism / Quanty. Disappointed.

This places was one of my favorite places to eat roasted chicken..🤔... I visited this place on 05/29/2021 I order the 2 chicken special deal....The taste of the chicken is no longer the same... 👎 Chicken was to dry my kids and my self almost choke with this bad dry chicken... Floor tortillas are to cold..I don't think I will no longer come back until I hear from owner takes the responsibility to make sure the chicken has the same best taste as before... This place no longer offers good quality chicken... I remember when the chicken stick juicy and tasty... Now is just smaller chickens to dry and unjucy no flavor and cold tortilla...👎.. now I can said Cosco and Food 4 less have better toasted chicken 🍗

The reason I'm giving this rating is for the treatment we got when visiting. Around 12:25pm Oct 11th 2020 I went to get some chicken. They gave the wrong tortillas so we asked for the correct one. The cashier told the lady in the back if she could get it. The lady in the back made an angry face and was giving us a horrible stare. She even gave us a pack that wasn't complete which only had 3 tortillas. Plus wasn't wearing her mask correctly. Also the container they gave us for beans was damage. If the managers see this please talk to your employees about attitude because that's what really was horrible.
