Food was absolutely fire!! Absolutely recommended. We ordered the Drunken Noodles w/ protein combination, and the garlic salmon fried rise. Both with a spicy level of 7 out of 10. According to how the waiter asks how spicy you want your food. We also ordered the Thai Tea, which was an ABSOLUTE BOOMB. Never tested something so delicious. Definitely a new favorite drink to order. Overall great experience.
The food is really, specially is green curry & tom yum Soup I love green curry. Will add this place in my favourite Thai Restaurant
It was a rainy, humid day when we visited (felt like we are in Thailand!)We ordered Pad Thai noodles with veggies and pineapple fried rice. The portions were generous, and the food tasted good. Pricing was fair—we paid around $40, which wasn’t too expensive. The service was good, and it seemed like we were the only ones dining in, with a few takeout orders happening. Overall, we’d definitely visit again.
I ordered the pot for the shrimp Tom Kah soup, it was too much even for 2 person. I'd appreciate it better if we were informed about the size of it. Taste wise was nice, but nothing special. The shrimp is pretty big and generous. The guy went through all the trouble to give us non spicy food. Really appreciate that. Also the complimentary spring roll is a very great gesture.
We sat down for dinner on a quiet Wednesday night. We just happened to walk by and smell the amazing food coming from inside. The interior is cute, warm, and friendly. The waiter was so sweet and he really cared about what we thought about our dishes. Honestly, the food was so fantastic. It was light but flavorful. They had such a large selection for just about any Thai flavor you can think of. We decided to hone in on the street food and we ordered some friend rice dishes, a salad, curry puffs, and pork satay. We aren’t experts on Thai food but we know good food and this place is it.
I really wanted to get out of the house, so I decided to try a new restaurant, and my expectations were absolutely exceeded. I ordered their ginger tea and the combination Pad Woo Sen (my favorite dish) which was the best I've had in years. The noodles themselves were extremely flavorful, and the meat to noodle ratio was perfect 🙌🏾 I even had to take leftovers because the portions are hearty. Maybe less important, but I found that they also reheated really well (pan-fried), which is always a good sign, in my opinion. I'm definitely thinking of making this a regular treat 🫣
So much flavor packed into the red curry dish! Same with the tom kha dish!
Came here on a rainy day after visiting the zoo and it was great! My husband got the pad Thai, I got the chicken yellow curry! A lot of food for the price you pay! We came in between lunch and dinner time, so it wasn’t super busy. Our server was beyond amazing when it came to answering our questions about food allergies and ingredients used. Everything was hot, tasted fresh, and you can’t beat the ambience of the entire place!! Wish we lived nearby, we’d probably come at least once a week!
This is by far the best Thai food I have had since I been to Phuket, Thailand the peanut and the sweet vegetable sauce really compliment the chicken. Overall I would reorder on a weekly basis. I high recommend the green coconut curry and their spicy fried rice.
Loved the food, service, and ambiance. If you like to try the authentic Thai food. We love Khao Soi curry and boat Noodle soup is the best in town. We will be back😁😁😁
Great late night Thai food. My wife and I ordered the chicken drunken noodles, chicken red curry, mango sticky rice and Thai tea. Everything was tasty and served in good portions. I recommend this place, especially for a late night meal (they closed at midnight when we went on a Tuesday). Server (Tha I believe) was really nice and friendly. Updated on 4/8/2024. This has become our favorite spot. We drive 15 miles to it. Staff is always friendly. Their Tom Kha Soup is also very tasty. We met Sam and she was really nice.
best curry i’ve ever had!! great service, everyone’s so nice and everything’s delicious! i come all the way from ensenada, mexico only to eat their curry 🤍🤍🤍
Every in one at Street Side Thai Kitchen is amazing, especially Mickey. Their food is so good, especially the spicy garlic edamame. Went there last week by myself, and told my friend about it. He was so upset. He invented a new word, jealmad. It's a combination of being jealous and mad. We went back tonight, so now he's happy. Don't get jeamad at your friends. Go now! Go often!!
Some of the better Thai places I have had in San Diego. One 1 waiter but it wasn't very busy. He was very nice. Menu was pretty big so a lot of options. Thai tea was pretty good, and for the price it was a good size. I got the drunken noodles. Very flavorful and and big portions. A friend of mine got orange chicken and that was very good. As for prices, everything typically ranged from 12-20 dollars. Everything was good, and if you're North Park this is a good choice for Thai.
Food is actually really good. Not sure why I sound surprised about that but it’s really good got a delivery the pad Thai with the mixed combo the pineapple fried rice and the mango sticky rice pictures below good food. Potion sizes are huge.
First time here and I really liked it. The food is good and it taste different keeping the foundations of the traditional plate. I had drunken noodles and they are tasteful and you can choose the spicy level. My husband tried the pad Thai and even there's consistency on the flavor, there's some additional taste that I really enjoyed. It's like the plates were lighter than usually are in other places. I will visit again for sure. The service was really good.
We ordered to go, so didn’t get a chance to experience the sit down experience. We ordered Pad See Ew noodle and the grilled steak salad with cabbage, onion and cucumber. Both of them were good. I especially like the noodle, less like the steak salad as it could become too oniony and a bit salty.
The food was really good over my chicken was over cooked which caused it to become dry. The other food was good especially the coconut shrimp and Tom ka. It was my first time having it and it was great. I’ve had better papaya salad this one seem to be missing enough lime juice and caused it to be a little bland. Would go back to try other foods!
Food was good. Nothing spectacular that I would go back for. But a good place to try in north park for thai food. The ambience of nice.
The green curry was rich n tasty...soft shell crab with pad Thai was a good surprise..the pork satay were decent but taste better with peanut sauce..the mango sticky was a big flop so do not order..it was completely mushy n totally wrong texture...service was excellent!!
