Only got 2 words "Hella Good!" A Must try; there's something great to be said about a sandwich joint that only has 5 things on the menu. Yes, they make sandwiches, a pritty dam good one! Skip the subway Sammy, and upgrade your culinary taste Budds to a Banh Mi sandwiches. Cheers

Oh my gosh, the chicken sandwich was delicious! The bun was toasted to perfection, and the veggies and flavors were fresh and beautifully balanced.

Great little spot for Banh Mi Sandwiches. Call ahead so you don’t have to wait. Cash only. My fav is the 5 spice chicken. Bread is crunchy. Not really a place to dine-in. We love to get it before going to the airport!

We were just passing through and luckily stumbled upon this place on our way to SFO. They make a terrific banh mi for a reasonable price. Service is friendly and quick. I highly recommend!

I enjoy the Combination Pork (original) Banh Mi! They're fast and always have my orders ready prior to my arrival. You do need cash though. It's worth it! I highly recommend it!

I regret that I didn't find this place sooner. I had a tofu banh mi today and it was so good. Crunchy, airy bread, warm tofu in a sauce that nicely coated the bread and delicious veggies. Everything is in great proportions and it was satisfying. I bought one for a coworker and she also commented on how great their rolls are. I purchased two sandwiches and a bag of chips for $10.00. The staff are friendly and service was quick. I'll definitely be back to this great spot.

We ordered the combination pork sandwich. It was delicious and perfectly toasted. We really enjoyed the fresh and crisp vegetables in our sandwich as well. The items on their menu are definitely a great value and you can usually find parking within a block of the restaurant. This is the go to place for Banh Mi.

This is an awesome place. I've been coming here regularly the last couple months since I started working nearby. They run a tight ship. Small menu, delicious food. Its very organized and its amazing what they have done with such a small place. Know that its cash only, but All of this keeps the costs down of the food and makes this place incredibly economical while still being really tasty. I'm no expert on Vietnamese sandwiches, no idea how authentic, but I know good fresh food when I taste it and they hit all the right notes here. Excellent Thai Tea as well.

Real French bread. 5.00 average price. Not the cheapest (Saigon Sandwich is 4.00, the one in Oakland China Town is 3.75!) But pretty good! And $5 is not a horrible price for a meal. Right? Actually pretty damn Delicious. We got a pork and Pate one for 5:50 and a five spice chicken for $5. I think the tofu one is 475. So for the Portola with all the Chinese restaurants and Vietnamese as well this is about as good as it gets. Most of the Vietnamese restaurants there are not very good.

Delicious, speedy, friendly. The sandwiches are generously sized and I like the option of adding extra veggies and jalapeños. The Vietnamese iced coffee is excellent. Pork, meatball, chicken, and pork combo are all quite good.

Sandwich was very satisfying and fresh. I was on a bike, so it was hard for me to get into the little shop. The lady at the cash register was very accommodating and ran my sandwich out to me with a smile.

I let them know I was taking the plane and they recommended not to toast it, cut it in half, and double-wrapped it, with a rubber band. Great service! It was also very clean inside. When I ordered from this website it placed my order at the banh mi sandwich store down the block! Do not order online! Banh mi house does not take online orders! Cash only! So if you want banh mi house make sure to call it in

Bread sandwich r good. But.if they use vinegar or sour onion instead of mayonnaise will b much more better. I DO enjoy the slice meat w/jelly. Something like beacon r not healthy.

Does not accept credit cards despite their page saying so. I let them know their business on google says they accept cc and they didn’t seem too interested in hearing that or wanting to update their business on google.

This place used to have very good bánh mì, which is why I hadn’t eaten it for a long time and specially went back today. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The pork slices were incredibly tough—when I bit into them, I thought they were bones!! If I weren’t Asian, I honestly feel you wouldn’t have treated me like this. You’ve ruined your own reputation!!
