My friends and I came to Pronto Pizzeria from sac and I can say the food is 1 million percent worth it. I got two slices and mozzarella sticks, and they tasted amazing. Everything is halal, flavorful, and fresh. The customer service is also great, they were very kind and personable.

Sergio was amazing! He served us one of the best pizzas I’ve had in the Bay — hands down. One of the coolest and most welcoming guys I’ve ever met at a restaurant. You can tell he takes care of the business like it’s his own and truly puts his heart and soul into the food. Appreciate you, man. Definitely coming back for sure

The cheesecake is amazingly smooth; I’ve never had such amazing cheesecake. The pizzas and slices are a good size; one slice and some fries will fill you up. The garlic bread was also pretty good. The service was prompt and one of the workers (didn’t catch his name) was on point when it comes to greeting, making sure the customer is happy, and ran and made food.

Stopped by this pizzeria and got a Philly cheesesteak sandwich which was pretty decent size and some pizza slices ! I love when pizza slices are thin ! Would definitely come back.

Pronto Pizza is hands down one of my favorite neighborhood pizza spots in San Francisco. The pizza is always fresh, hot, and packed with flavor — that perfect balance of crispy crust, quality cheese, and generous toppings. You can really taste the difference compared to typical chain places. The slices are big, classic New York–style, and super satisfying. Whether you grab a quick slice or order a whole pie, everything comes out fast and consistent. The pepperoni and cheese slices are my go-to, but honestly you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. What really makes this place special is the vibe. It’s simple, casual, and welcoming — exactly what a good local pizza shop should feel like. The staff are friendly, down-to-earth, and treat you like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Great prices, great portions, and great taste. I recently embarked on a one-and-a-half-hour journey to visit this incredible restaurant, and every minute of the drive was absolutely worth it. Upon entering, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating that made the place feel like a second home. From the first glance, you could tell it was packed with toppings — pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, onions, olives, and mushrooms all layered generously across the pie. Everything was perfectly seasoned, not too salty, just right. The cheese was especially delicious; you can really taste the quality. The owner mentioned they use high quality cheese and make their dough without preservatives, which definitely shows in how fresh and flavorful everything is. What really stood out was the hospitality. The owner even came out from the back to personally greet us and other customers, making everyone feel welcome. My friend and I drove a long distance just to try this place, and it was 100% worth it. We’ll definitely be back.

I stopped in hoping for a slice of veggie pizza, but they were out. The person helping me said, “Don’t worry, I’ve got you,” and made magic happen—transforming a regular cheese slice into the best veggie pizza ever. They added fresh toppings: tomato, onion, mushrooms, green pepper, and black olivea they were definitely not stingy about it, added a drizzle of olive oil, and popped it in the oven. The result? Absolutely delicious. The crust came out perfectly crunchy, the vegetables were cooked just right, and the price was incredibly reasonable, just six bucks. Truly above-and-beyond service and a fantastic slice!

The menu was clear and easy to navigate, and let me just say… the prices are absolutely unbeatable, especially for San Francisco! I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak, and let me tell you—this wasn’t just a sandwich... it was an experience. The guy in my photos (I wish I got his name!) was genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever encountered behind a counter. He walked me through the menu with such care and enthusiasm, you could tell he truly cared about the food and the customer experience. Just great energy all around. When my sandwich was ready, he handed me the first half, packed the rest up neatly, and asked to see my reaction on the first bite. I took that bite and—no joke—I stood up, spun in a circle, and did a little happy dance. That’s how good it was. Served on perfectly toasted sourdough, this Philly Cheesesteak was melty, spicy, flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable. The cheese pull? Arm-length. The meat was juicy, the spice level was just right (though fair warning: that last bite had some serious heat—so make sure you’re into spicy food if you order it spicy like I did!). My fiance & I went to prontos on Tuesday afternoon to try their famous Halal pizza, and it was perfection. We got half buffalo chicken and half double pepperoni. The chef was so sweet and chatted with us and made sure we enjoyed our food! The drive from Sacramento to SF was well worth it thanks to Pronto Pizzeria! We will definitely be back!!

They source their ingredients from Italy, all organic and natural, the food in here is absolutely peak, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Ask for something called a burrata pizza, it’s the only place in the city I know where to get it with globs of burrata cheese, basil, and a blend of Parmesan. I find myself going back there literally all the time because it's worth it. Can’t speak well enough of this place, ya’ll doing god’s work… of keeping me fed at odd times of the evening.

Their pizza is really good I always get the XL all meat pizza with extra jalapeños also a garlic chicken sandwich. So hungry I took the picture after eating half. They do charge extra for ranch maybe throw in a couple ranch for free if someone order over 50$ + order hopefully next time.

Good pizzeria, the pizzas are very tasty and a lovely value... the only points that leave something to be desired is the cleaning that I consider a little dirty and the employees making the pizzas without gloves...

I visited this place after seeing a video on TikTok. The interior seemed a bit worn out, and there were quite a few flies around, which was off-putting. However, we were starving, so we decided to stick with it and order. We ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food, even though it wasn’t busy. The buffalo pizza was really good and I would recommend but the wings were just okay. The workers were friendly, though. I’d go back to try something else as there was a lot to choose from!
