I've dined at Rigoletto restaurant several times. Both the meat and fish dishes are carefully crafted and feature excellent, top-quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The wine list is excellent. Prices are in line with the market. Don't be fooled by the negative reviews from "keyboard warriors." The cuisine and all the dishes at Rigoletto will not disappoint! Highly recommended. I'd also add that Rigoletto is a historic restaurant in Mantua...and there's a reason it's been around for so many years.

A pleasant discovery. Local dishes and traditions, but also modern. I went to Rigoletto for a business lunch. The appetizers were excellent, as were the mixed cured meats accompanied by giardiniera (pickled vegetables) with roasted polenta, and a cheese platter with truly remarkable mustards. The pumpkin tortelli were excellent. The small pastries were very good, served with coffee. Well done! 👏🏻

Luckily, I wasn't put off by the negative reviews (which were completely fake) because the restaurant truly deserves it. The staff is professional and attentive to their customers' needs. The ingredients used are excellent. The pumpkin ravioli are fantastic. The price is in line with the food offered. I highly recommend it.

Once you find a place you love, you never leave!!!!! The food, service, and location are sublime. There's always a homey, sweet atmosphere. Customers feel pampered and their palates rejoice! We've been "at home" for 6 years now, and I always recommend it... and Mrs. Ekla, who's so often criticized on social media, is incredibly professional and disarmingly sweet... just come to Mantua. Seeing is believing.

I dined at this restaurant for the first time and hope to return again. Aside from the excellent food, including the tenderness of the beef fillet, which was exceptional, I found the staff professional, courteous, and kind. I want to emphasize the special attention paid to me. Having advised that I am celiac, I was given a choice of gluten-free breadsticks and bread, and at the end of the meal they even brought me a gluten-free dessert. This isn't something every restaurant offers, on the contrary! The wine list is extensive, the restaurant is very well decorated, and the bathroom is so clean that I think they clean it several times during the evening.

Simply sublime. I'd been here years ago, and it was an excellent restaurant, but it was nothing compared to what I found when I returned a few days ago: everything was perfect, from the food to the service. Dishes were made with top-quality ingredients, and the staff was kind, friendly, and passionate about what they do. It's a shame that, due to its appearance on a popular TV show, the place has received numerous negative reviews from people who (as they themselves state in their reviews) haven't even tried it. I recommend trying it because you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to return again in the future.

Had a great sundae lunch at Rigoletto and couldnt be happier about the experience. Food and services were beyond gracious and the whole vibe felt so genuine. Of course we had to try Agnoli and tortelli di zucca. Loved the consistency. The setting was impeccable.

A refined atmosphere for traditional cuisine prepared with care. The soft-boiled egg with chanterelles is delicious; the warm Gonzaga-style capon salad is also good. The deviled prawns and scampi tortelloni are very good. Their pumpkin tortelli are superb, among the best I've tasted in Mantua and the surrounding area. The service is friendly and attentive. The price is fair.

It was a lovely evening in Ristorante Il Rigoletto. The Service/Waiting Personal were wonderful, really polite and helpful and speaking English. The food was amazing, very well presented, very filling! The only critic is the "banging door"! The whole evening during the meal there was the loud sound !!! and you could feel the effect of the slamming door in the restaurant! Is it the kitchen door? Please repair! Otherwise everything tute bene!

The atmosphere is cold, the service is lacking, but the worst aspect is undoubtedly the food. It's truly difficult to eat badly in Mantua, but this is where this axiom is denied. The food is banal, poorly prepared, and above all, made with sub-par ingredients. The bill is disproportionate, even absurd.
