My bf and I frequent this location and we've never had any issue. The staff is super friendly, the portions are massive and the food is always good. Today was no exception but while watching TV and eating I felt a crunch in my beef and broccoli. Ngl I thought it was a fingernail (to give you an idea of how hard it was) and I was having a mental crisis thinking I was chewing on someone else's fingernail. I reached in my mouth and pulled out a metal thing. Kinda like a bread tie? Not sure what it is or where it came from but I know it's not supposed to be in my food. Again, this is a great location, food and service are fantastic. I've never had this happen to me before so I was really shocked and I definitely won't be coming back for a long time if at all 😩 Edit: the thing was in the beef (beef and broccoli) the rest of my food was perfectly fine.

It's combo meal was bang for your buck. The shrimp ball and eggrolls were crispy in the outside and cooked well in the inside. Really delicious food.

The combo's are the best bang-for-your-buck, they're spot on with the food and it tastes great. The bao is too small, there's places for it in the nearby area that are bigger, better, and for less money. The smoothies are hit and miss, my girlfriends strawberry was perfect but my jackfruit was terrible, they're priced a little too high as well.

The bao is too small, there's places for it in the nearby area that are bigger, better, and for less money. This is only my second time coming to this location and each time, my fried egg rolls were under holding temperature. I love shrimp rolls they are my favorite. But after opening the box and finding a friend I won't be coming back. Hair does not belong in food. Friendly people no doubt! But they need to hold their food at proper temps. I work in the industry.

Went about 5 mins before closing. Very nice night crew. Ordered chicken wings, veggies and pork egg rolls. The only problem was the egg rolls. They cooked them fresh for us which was nice. They sucked though. Took them back, less than 24 hrs later, not even asking for a refund. Just an exchange for the same amount in Chicken. Oriental lady was very rude and told me I should have tasted them before leaving the restaurant, even though we didn't have time at purchase. No Customer Service. My only point is taste EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU WALK OUT OF THAT DOOR. STAND IN LINE AND TASTE EVERYTHING! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I was VERY NICE. She cared MORE about $11 than she did a bad review. Bad Form. It was ONLY AN EXCHANGE REQUEST IN LESS THAN 24 HRS. I'll never return to this establishment, not because of the bad eggroll but because they care nothing for their customers. 😪🤯😬🤔👀

They never have grilled pork sandwiches . I also made a order they called me and asked me to cancel because they didn't have shrimprolls.

If people walk into your buffet style store, you take care of them first. That's the whole point of having 'express' in your name. You have people walking in, and you make them wait and wait, then, you fill phone orders first so by the time they get to the counter, there is no food left, so now they have to wait longer. Its terrible customer service. You should take care if your walk in customers better. I tried ordering online, but then you don't know what your getting. I wish this place was run better.

I was just in to grab 3 egg rolls. 1.99 ea. Can out to 6.23 with tax. The guy said he's short on change. So I said I got credit card. Then he says min. For credit card is 10$. So I gave him 7$ cash. And shorted me the change. And even told me that he's giving me less.. but there's still enough change to pay me. Wth

I got a wrong order for my pick-up Order from Doordash. I have a 6 mile drive back and forth (total of 12 miles). I was in a hurry and have work after. I have no choice but to drive another 6 miles just to pick it up again! They didn’t apologized or have a next step like a refund or a redemption offer. I’m super dissatisfied… I’ll never recommend

Showed up at 620 they only had white rice, chicken and beef broccoli. I wanted a combination plate,but they said they could cook if i get individual boxes with cost 10.99 plus depending on entree. I asked if they can cook some more as closing time was 7 but they said that's all they had. White rice chicken and beef broccoli. Why say you guys close at 7 when there is no food choices unless we order in separate boxes ? Makes no sence and seems to me they want to make more money. Just say you close at 6:30 or 6 if no food choices or if you guys want to go home early. Soo disappointed 😞 ill take pictures if I go next time

Then when my husband & I asked for 2 small cups of water which they used to serve, they said they no longer provide that. Just 2 cups of water but they can't provide it. What type if restaurant cannot provide just a cup of water? Deplorable attitude from a server who is supposed to be serving their customers. We used to eat here often, spending $40-50 per meal, but we've finally decided we're not coming back. There are better Chinese/Vietnamese restaurants in Milpitas/San Jose. Disgusting!!😏
