Best of the best! Highly recommend.
There was delicious pho, pasta was ok just too much onion. It was nice inside and quickly was served
The best pho and other Vietnamese foods. Great prices too with large portions!
Delicious! Tasty rich broth with lots of flavor. The server was very nice as well
Whoever is back there can seriously cook. Pork chop, chicken, and shrimp were all delicious.
Great Pho!
Great food, better drinks!
The best restaurant to eat with the family.
Nice and small place, delicious food , highly recommended.
There are subtle differences between pho restaurants and this is a better one. Will come back again!
Good food and great customer service
very tasty 😍 I recommend number 47, the chicken pho regular and the avocado boba 🧋
My go 2!
Bomb pho. Quick and kind service.
Kaylin is very Good and fast service.
Good food and environment.
Finally found a good pho without too much msg. Will be back.
Excellent beef broth!!! Can’t go anywhere else after having beef pho here.
one of the best pho places in sj, extremely underrated. BANG FOR BUCK. kaylin is THE BEST
Incredible pho! The service is great and the staff are very friendly. It feels like a mom and pop shop! The late hours on weekends make for great date nights!
Very calm and welcoming. I always get their Delicious pho. Every time I go here they're kind and have great service. Calm for family and friends.
This used to be pho Taesty. They are under new ownership and you.can definitely notice the difference but they kept the same menu. They are open until 10pm and more staff. Families bring their kids here to enjoy a meal out. Prices are reasonable.
Go-to spot great service and prices
The food was good, service was great. The price was very reasonable. I recommend the Phở Đặc Biệt, Number 1.
Vietnamese food here is pretty good. Most of the dishes I've had from here, have been great. Need to try other dishes on their menu. It does get pretty busy here.
Great food! Great service!
best restaurant pho I've ever had, only beaten by my dad's. hu tieu was also very good.
Ive gone to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants and this place has the best rice plates and vermicelli bowls in my opinion because of the quality of the food and quantity. I’ll be back to try the pho.
Phở is so tasty and services are good. I will come back again.
Clean, fast, straightforward service with authentic Vietnamese flavors. Support this local establishment if you’re in the area!
Had lunch there this afternoon. #13 on the menu. The pho was very good. Hubby enjoyed the egg rolls.
Pho size is huge and price is good. I liked the taste as well and will go there again
Yummy pho tai. Clean interior. Friendly service. Lots of menu options. Convenient location with ample parking
I love this pho spot! The food is always super good and hits the spot every time. The broth is flavorful, and everything tastes fresh. It’s also a really great place to come with family — the vibe is chill and the people are always friendly. Definitely one of my favorite go-to places!
This space is absolutely beautiful. The decor is warm and welcoming. The menu is beautiful and well thought out. It is by far the best menu I have seen. The texture. The rich color. The photos. The service was great, welcoming, knowledgeable, intuitive & frequent enough. The food was amazing. Beautiful presentation. Eye-rollijg flavor. Perfect portion size. Comfortably full. The prices were reasonable. We will be back!!!
I come here often and enjoy the food very much! Very friendly service and no reservations required!
I love the korean bqq with fried rice! I recommend going to this place. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly.
Nice cozy place to eat pho on a cold day and their open late for those who work after hours.
This is the best pho I’ve had in San Jose! The broth is so delicious, honestly the best part. I also ordered chicken rice for my baby, and the chicken was fresh with no smell—so tasty. As long as I live in San Jose, this will be my go-to spot for pho!
My favorite food in this restaurant is 2. I would recommend going here because it’s very clean and the staff are very friendly.
I recommend going to this place because it has diverse food options like theres soup options, dishes with rice and etc.
first time going to this place and their meat tastes so flavorful. tripe and tendon were perfectly cooked and they also had huge servings!!
Fast service and very good food. This place has my kids favorito pho. Don't hesitate to stop by and enjoy their food and excellent service.
This is the best pho I ever had
The best Pho Bo soup in Bay Area. Thanks Keyli for recommending to me really tasty soup what now is my top 1. Number 3 on menu... And her smile so cute😊
The pho and appetizers is the best I’ve had in San Jose. I got the egg noodle soup with seafood, fire! 🔥 definitely recommend anyone to try it out
Nice place. Food came quickly. Decent menu choices. Seating inside and out.
Very good Pho and big bowl, price is reasonable.
Great vietnamese foods Reasonable prices
My go-to pho spot in San Jo! Good price for excellent quality food. Kaylin is the best
my go to pho spot in san jose, service is A1 and the food is even better!! my wife and i love pho tay do. my grandpa loves #17 pho and my daughter is a big fan of the #3
I was coming from LA made a stop in Modesto to see family than came to Palo Alto and on the way to Palo Alto I was looking for a spot open late since it was 10:30pm and came across this place it was poring and im like perfect for the weather and I want to say im so glad we stopped here because when I was looking places up and it popped up it was the next exit ! We got the Brisket Pho with Fatty and Lean and order more Fatty. I can say it was the most tender Brisket I've ever had in Pho! And the flavor over all so flavorful! We also ordered the Noodles with Sprimp and Pork. First time having that and it was delicious! And we got some bring rolls! Peanut sauce was nice and thick with petty of flavor ! Non of thay watered down stuff this one sticks on the spring roll!
Had the seafood egg noodle soup and dry pho bowl with shrimp and beef, it was delicious! They added a different spin to the fish balls and it has a crab like filling! Love the fish sauce for the grilled beef and shrimp!
This is the best phở I’ve had. I usually order delivery, but sitting down and having it fresh hit differently. The broth was rich and comforting, and the whole experience had me over the moon💛😋
Tried the Vietnamese steak pasta, it is not common in other Vietnamese restaurants. It was very juicy and tastes great. Highly recommended if you want to try something new. Of course the pho is great too!
I love the wonton soup and Thai tea . The only thing that I would like to avoid or change is that lady that was there cuz she was so rude like what u want??? And never assist in the food talking on the phone with AirPods..
Great late night spot to get a bite! I loved the inviting and comforting environment, and it made the whole experience so much better. The service was great too, Kaylin welcomed my friends and I right from the start and provided us with excellent service! Would come again (if Jenny drives me there…)
They are friendly and their food is also delicious to be honest they also happy to serve to customers🫶
Went there several times! Love pho! They have bigger bowl with cheaper price💕
The Fried Shrimp Cake appetizer is a must get! It's so fresh and crispy I came back the next day just to have it again. Definetly the most unique dish I've ever had at a pho restaurant, and I've been to a lot of them!
I love coming to this restaurant. Each time is a great experience, the food is so good. I especially like the Grilled pork chop white rice. The quality of the meat is amazing and the authentic Vietnamese flavors can be tasted in every bite. The vegetables are so fresh, that every bite is better than the last. If you are in the South Bay Area you have to try this place.
I highly recommend Pho Tay Do. It isn’t super fancy, but the very good place to eat. The small size pho is big, the large one is huge. Prices are affordable. I love it. My kids and I love seafood pho the most. Also, (mild) spicy beef soup is amazing 👍. The stuff are nice and friendly. The restroom is spacious and clean. Today I ordered Vietnamese iced coffee and number 48, and it was delicious 🤤 thank you! Here are your 5 stars review!
I eat vegetable pho, love it. Service is quick. I visit this place often. Clean place with decent atmosphere. Parking is easily available.

Good food, presented with care, and decent portions. Plenty of safe parking in the lot, right off Berryessa. We ordered the Bun bo hue and com Tam broken rice with grilled pork and shrimp cake. Iced coffee for drinks. All dishes were good, although we would have preferred the Bun bo hue with more kick. $50 for two mains and coffee.

My wife and I love this place. The pho and vermicelli are excellent. Always fresh. Plus the coffees are good and strong! Kaitlyn who usually serves us is super friendly and always takes time to check on us but doesnt overdo it. We have never had a bad dish at this place. Definitely recommend. I also see vietnamese people here so this place is legit 👌🏽 😄👍🏽

Very good pho and great service. Very friendly and helpful
Good food but not a whole lot of vegetarian options.
Small restaurant with a great taste. I really likes their spicy beef Phõ.
I'm not sure why this place is always so empty. Is it the best pho location in all of San Jose? No. But is it still pretty good and in a clean setting? It sure is. I ordered a bowl of beef pho and it was good.
We had pho and it was delicious. They have limited selection of vegetarian dishes. No vegetarian appetizers.
After we got our food they never came back to check in us. When I ordered my food I specifically asked for water with my coffee and they didn't bring it.
They offer a handful of orders that are suitable for everyone. They got me and my family their food and their drinks in less than 10 minutes
Was really craving pho Sunday night after going out and this was one of the only places open until midnight. The inside of the restaurant is nice, clean, and small. The service was quick and standard. No small talk, just eat and go which we loved. I didn't have high expectations going in, but the pho here is actually pretty good. The broth is very beefy and rich but clean. The portions are pretty sizable and the price isn't bad. This will be my new go to late night pho spot!
New pho restaurant is always good. As much as I would like to give them 5 stars, they need to improve their broth. The yogurt drink can be a bit finer and less dense. Overall, their service is great and they have some potential.

One of the few Vietnamese food places that are still open till late till midnight, we dined at this location at about 9pm on Saturday night. Beef Pho was decent, and according to one of my diners in my party who has pretty high standards for Beef Pho says its passable in terms of standards. I ate #50, mixed grill rice with pork chop, Chinese sausage, fried shrimp cake and egg and the pork chop was very well marinated and grilled. Serving wise for Pho and the mixed grill rice was pretty good and filling. Prices are pretty decent for the area together with service that the lady cashier provided. Overall, if you are craving for Vietnamese food past the usual opening hours of 7 or 9pm for restaurants in the area, i would recommend this place as an option.

Pho came out steaming hot. Overall decent taste.
good pho. which is more than i can say about most pho spots.
I don’t eat here often but when I do the food smacks! Wasn’t planning to eat here but decided on short notice because I was craving viet food. Also it’s my grandmas first time here. We get served our food and while I’m mixing my noodles and meat to coat it with the soup I notice a small piece of hair poking through the tendon. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this and my last. I will not be coming here anymore. Two reasons, this is the first time I bring my grandma and it left a bad impression and their food has hair in it. Don’t recommend eating here anymore!
Meh atmosphere and the waiter was kinda just chilling there. The stir fry was alright but the pho lacking in flavor and unfulfilling
This looks like a family owned operation. The staff is efficient and friendly enough. The venue is bright and clean, with a good amount of room. It doesn't have that run down feeling like some other spots close by. The parking lot isn't the biggest as it's shared with several other businesses, but I had no issues grabbing a spot. 2. Dặc Biệt - 3/5 Good size bowl, but they do tend to skimp on the meat. I feel other places give you a lot more meat for an equivalent Pho dish. The Pho flavor of the broth here is also not the best. Overall a decent spot to get some Pho.

Food is alright. Place is very quiet. I would give it 4 stars but the cashier girl is kinda weird so yeah. Won't come back if I see her there!
I ordered the house special I saw on the menu, and they gave me a #1. Not what I ordered. The. I ordered an egg roll and they gave me an order of 4 egg rolls for $8.00. Mega rip off because they are super small, and they weren’t that good. I paid $22 for egg rolls and soup. Overall quality was mediocre. Better places down the road.
Walked in, no signs of it being busy yet the pale old loss of life aura had attitude. Asked for a second chair and this lady thought she was Dwayne Wade lobbing the chair to my table like it had a LeBron jersey… as well as slamming the menus at our table. jokes aside- was eager to try it but the lady made it a horrible experience within 30 seconds, if you don’t like your job don’t work there. 10/13/25 her shift was during 2:50pm
Had a quick lunch for 2 adults and 1 baby earlier. The food was just okay, but, things went downhill fast when we needed a high chair for the baby. They gave us a busted one with a strap missing! We asked for another, but they said it was the only one. Then, wouldn't you know it, ten minutes later another baby showed up and BAM! A brand new high chair appears out of nowhere. The waitress and other servers got all huffy because we had to hold our little one and try to rig the broken chair with extra blankets so our baby wouldn't slide off – all while trying to eat! We ended up leaving after like three bites because the baby kept slipping. And get this, they still expected a 20% tip!
Racist cashier! Discriminates on the hard working community. Our staff walked into the restaurant and was given an attitude just because the way out staff looked fron working a long. We order a glass of water and we were served in plastic cups when all other customers are getting glass cups. When requested to get glass cups as everyone else, th cashier got irritated and immediately asked us to leave the place without placing an order. She even took the time to walked us out of the place. I have eaten here multiple times but these type of behavior should not be acceptable. You lost a customer! Thank you
This food is just plain not good. We ordered the chicken wings which were soggy and cold. We both got pho and the broth was just salty and didn't have any other real flavours present. It was a true disappointment in fact neither of us finished because it wasn't good, we next door to Lee's and got a redo.
