My daughter wanted Chinese. Our “go to” place was closed so we ordered from here. It was terrible. The lo mein was tasteless. I got Sesame Shrimp which were breaded so thickly you couldn’t taste the over fried shrimp. My daughter ordered sesame noodles and they were extremely SPICY! She couldn’t even eat it and it was her birthday dinner. Really disappointed in this place, it used to be good!

Ordered online delivery. States 15 minutes. I wait 40 before calling. They say driver is already on the way. I'm 3 blocks away. 20 mins later call again. Driver is 5 mins away. Food is cold. Not warm even, cold. Only offered to remake one and I could MICROWAVE the other. Are u kidding me!? At these prices, just MICROWAVE It. I'm disabled so asked to have driver call on return. He didn't. Left it on my doorstep. It's about 20 degrees out. Second batch although hot was inedible. Tasted like oily muck . Mistakes happen but to not own it is bs . We went to you every time. Never again.

Placed a order in person told the lady I wanted shrimp and broccoli with fried rice. Got home and it's pork fried rice they told me it's my fault like hell haven't eaten pork in 40 years. Am new to this town won't be going there anymore.

So I came in earlier today and i ordered orange chicken and they let me pay in MANGO MANGO MANGO & i will be honest,the orange chicken was honestly stale and the rice had me on the toliet thr whole day at work.

Saw one of the cooks grab the lo mein with his bare hands no gloves and throw it in the wok to prep the order. Never again. That's no regard for the customer and unsanitary.

The food is always absolutely amazing! But the delivery man needs to LEAVE. I order 2-3xs a month and it’s always the same man and he is always SO DISRESPECTFUL. It’s honestly sickening how disrespectful he is. When I go in for pick up the lady’s inside are always so sweet and respectful but lord forgive me that delivery man needs to be FIRED!!!

So disappointed 😔 I spend $27 on qt of beef and broccoli and three egg rolls . I've been going through them for many years and the quality has just gone downhill as their prices have continued to rise. Tonight I received my dish and it was a puddle of oil in the bottom of the court of beef and broccoli no sauce and a boogery like substance on my vegetables 🤮 it literally looked like somebody blew their nose in my food. So upsetting. I did call and complain and they did replace it however it's almost as if she got offended that I complained the food was far from up to par.

Today we spent $40 on 2 Combination Platters and some Cheese Wontons, while it is a Wednesday, slow day for Chinese food restaurants, the food was abysmal and it made us SICK! 🤮 I was on the toilet many times, along with my partner feeling upset to the stomach shortly after eating. Let me start, the cheese wontons; the SIMPLEST & BASIC item at every Chinese restaurant, they were HARD and very chewy - almost like they had been sitting for days and simply reheated (which they were!). Secondly, our combination platters which individually included rice and the other had lo mein, it definitely tasted like it had been sitting for a while and not fresh. The main feature of my combination platter was the Boneless Spare Ribs — which were actually chewy and too fatty, definitely not high quality. Maybe if we visited this place on a weekend, it would be better? We aren’t sure. But regardless, restaurants shouldn’t be letting food lay out - and you can tell that they didn’t freeze them either for safe food practices to keep it fresh. The service was good, which is the only high rating I would give them — they were polite and helpful. But, other than that I’m not sure I am going to ever be getting from this place again.

Went to this place as it was highly rated and recommended… I was highly disappointed! I get it was a slow rainy day no customers but the wontons tasted about two days old, very chewy! Sure premade food is good but why were the wontons days old can’t they just freeze it and fry it so it’s a lot more fresh and safe?!?!? Food tasted great…? Until I got sick a few hours later!! It’s gonna be a no from me for though.

I will never order from there again. The delivery man was so rude and instead of ringing our doorbell which was in clear view he just blew my phone up which I had stepped away from to do dishes and could not hear. When I stepped outside he yelled at me for not answering and practically threw my food at me. The food has gone downhill anyway and I had plans to look for a new place to order from but his attitude just solidified me never getting from here again. Hire better people.

Disgusting, absolutely disgusting. The chicken did not taste like that of Chinese more so Middle Eastern. The rice was hard and bland. I’d never been so disgusted and disappointed in my life.
