Avis sur Popeyes San Lorenzo
I ordered a 3 spicy chicken strip combo and it was really fresh in the strips were generous in size. Sometimes they are not generous in size but the employee will add a larger strip to make up for it. I get the mashed potatoes and gravy, the biscuit and sometimes coleslaw and of course a drink. I have returned many times and have no reason not to return again.
Staff are nice. friendly and accommodating, they compensate for the long wait because of the large number of customers. Food are fresh and taste good. San Lorenzo branch is the best Popeye service in the bay area.
Best sandwich I've ever tried. The customer service was also very kind and, since I went on lunch time and it was really busy, they took the measures to accelerate the attention time; so I really enjoyed it and didn't have to wait a lot.
We like. We did feel presured to hurry. We hadn't gone here & needed to read over the menu. We let ppl go but, the workers seemed irritated. I like that My Wife could get Spicy & I could get mild. Good Mild didn't burn my mouth & ruin my meal.
I don’t understand why i’m seeing reviews below 4 stars because the staff at this place treats everyone with respect and with kindness. People should be grateful they even got any food especially with what’s going on in ukraine. UNGRATEFUL. these people wake up early to give people service, some of them come from school or even other jobs and try their best to give these people what they ask for. Not only that there is a world shortage of everything and YOU people get mad these workers for not having WINGS?!!?? Unacceptable.
I personally don't know why the reviews are so low. The food is always correct and the employees do their best. Every time I come here I am satisfied with my order and experience. Its the other customers who come in and make it difficult. Not the workers or the food.
Popeyes is so consistent. No matter which one you go to, you can safely assume it'll be just as good as every locations. This location prices that. I hot the same burger I have come to expect. Best fast food in country.... Hands down
This the real California experience. Long line. Slow service. Flat soda. Rude cashier. 18 for a 3 strip. Wouldn't have it any other way. I hate this state!... but also Iwoulbt mind moving here.
Food is always hot and fresh. Service is great! Highly recommended this location, even though it is usually pretty busy! Worth the wait.
Five stars for good food when its fresh and hot. The remodel of the inside is very awkward. The drive through is slow most of the time and blocks people that are parked in the lot trying to get out. When there is a special you can almost guarantee very long wait times. With that said you can look across the street and consider going to KFC. They never have a line but are extremely extremely slow because of low volume of customers
We usually go for one of the family meals. Although they usually take forever for your order to be ready, the food tastes great. But I would suggest checking your food before you leave because they make mistakes often. They are just way too busy and way understaffed. Little tip: they have coupons that you can print up online and take into the restaurant. The only caveat is they will not take it on your phone, they need to send the coupon in is what they told me.
One of the best Popeyes I have been to hands down. Treated me so well and made me feel good. Food was served fresh and everything in my order was completely fulfilled. Will be back soon.
Very good Customer service friendly
First time trying Popeyes was not disappointed! The girl who took my order recommended the new chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese did not disappoint! Wonderful costumer service as well! over all great experience will be coming again soon
I like this Popeyes air food is always fresh the employees are always polite. More orders always come all right the only thing I don't like is the Long drive-through line . My Best suggestion is to not be lazy and walk in side to place your order plus you get a little exercise. Ask for a number 2 with fries and lemonade so delicious.
In terms of tasting like "down-home" fried chicken, Popeyes rates among the very best. The test for fried chicken is not so much what it taste like when you buy it and it's all hot and crisp...no- the real test is what does it taste like the next morning. Popeyes' not only passes this test; but in truth, it taste even better after the seasoning had a chance to permeate and do its special magic. Really good fried chicken should taste as good the next day or even better. Good "cold" fried chicken is a special kind of treat that should not be underestimated. And that's the real deal. Sonny Williams.
Customer service is really good. Staff is always friendly n food is fresh.
We love Popeye's spicy chicken. It made our Super Bowl, super delicious.
Professional team and excellent craftsmanship. Our home looks perfect thanks to their hard work.
It's s fast food place with awesome tasting food. Highly recommend Spice dry rub wings they are my favorite!
Got 3 pieces tender for $5 Labor day promo. Food always tastes good here
Great service, great food! We've done eat in, drive through and online ordering. They nail the order every time and the food is hot and ready.
Words can’t even express how much I love this specific location. The chicken here is AMAZING. I feel like I ascended to heaven within every bite I take. Theres just something about this location that makes their food astonishing - its almost as if it were a 5 star gourmet meal. Another honorable mention though: the workers. The workers make me feel like i’m at home. They are the kindest people I know. If you need something, then they can help you with it. Take my word and get your Popeyes chicken from this SPECIFIC LOCATION IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! 5 STARS!!!
I love Popeyes chicken and when I found out that there were going to have pickle glazed wings and pickle lemonade I was excited because I love pickles. At first I thought it was an April fool joke but it wasn’t. I have to say the lemonade was the best it literally did taste like someone took pickle juice and added it to my lemonade. It was so refreshing. The fried pickles however were ok I wish it had some kind of seasoning on them they were kinda bland and needed to be dipped in something. Good thing I got the pickle glazed boneless wings I used the extra sauce to dip those pickles in. The wings had more of a mild flavor of pickle, it was more of a dill flavor and the sauce had a kick to it as well. Overall it was an exciting experience the only thing I would recommend getting again would be that lemonade. I want to try it frozen next time.
Food is delicious, service is hit or miss and I love the drive thru!
It was lunch time when we went. Over all the food was good, except Frozen Mac. We paid and was waiting for our food, when the young man said do you want another side, the mac and cheese is frozen, we were not anticipating????. Not sure what he ment? Anticipating it was lunchtime? They gave us a few chicken strips instead👍🏻
The KFC nearby is gonna go out of business because of Popeyes. It is a bit more expensive, but it shows people are willing to pay more for food quality.
Good food, love the sauce in the new spicy chicken sandwich, but it's not available until 11am so I had to come back and hot later to get my order. Frequent about once a month. One of the best locations but also one of the busiest.
Popeyes in general has some pretty damn good fried chicken. The further southwest you go the better it tastes. Out here it's good, but only ok compared to elsewhere. The staff are always friendly, and the place is always clean. If you have the time I prefer this spot over the one off 92. Also for fast food it's very pricey. I got a combo seven which is 5 tenders, a side, and a drink. It was $12.01.
We had a GREAT server this time. I'm sorry that I didn't get his name because he sure deserves recognition!!!! Very friendly, helpful and patient with us (we kept adding and changing). 😂 Was a little surprised how long we waited for our food, but the order was filled correctly! LOVE the sweet and spicy sauce, but did NOT like the new honey lemon pepper sauce!!!!!
Not the cleanliness of dining rooms, very busy, kinda slow service.
Went just for take out, to bad they don't serve the dirty rice anymore 😒
Not going to rate the food because you're gonna be someone who loves it or does not -I'm a fried chicken fan so I love it. This review is more for the location - this Popeye's location is in San Lorenzo and is in a "hot corner" of fast food restaurants - it is next to Wendy's, opposite corner from KFC and across from Jack in the Box - needless to say regardless of the competition, there is a long line during the meal time hours!
The employees are kind and friendly. The food is good, heavy foot/drive thru traffic leads to delays, but that's to be expected) The soda machine needs work (always seems to be empty with like 1-2 choices, today was either ginger ale or coke)
The service was good. The food is good but the pieces are small. I liked the chicken tenders but they were pretty thin strips of meat, too. Love the batter they use. Mashed potato side doesn't have enough gravy with it. Didn't try the other sides were got.
You have to go here before or after the lunch rush. It gets pretty busy and will take forever to get your order. The portions have been pretty good. The service just needs to be a little faster when your the only customer, no one at the drive thru, plenty of chicken behind the register but, it still takes 10min to get your order.
Food is good. Service is very slow. Perhaps understaffed. One girl (employee) was right in front of us and kept passing off work to the cashier. Yes she was working drive thru but there was no one at the window nor ordering and she clearly could have helped us.
They are usually pretty good with service. Everyone working there is wearing mask and being as safe as they can considering they still work in close proximity to each other. The barricade inside the store is adequate also. As is contact with customers. Drive thru is busy and orderly moving right along. I had heard a complant or two with mistaken orders, not a lot. Tuesday I had my first experience with a mistaken order. It was twofold in that I didn't check it before I left the premises. The mistake was on a side order. I ordered a large red beans and rice, regular cole slaw, and regular cajun rice. When I got home I discovered it was a small red beans and rice instead of the cajun rice I ordered. I did not feel like driving back there wasting gas, besides It was time to eat. Normally I would let it slide even though I wanted the cajun rice for me not having had it for a long time. I might have said something about it the next time I was there to make sure they got my order correct in the future. I was in the area yesterday so I stopped to order some cole slaw and red beans and rice. I also was going to let them know about the mistaken order. I placed my order and before I paid I told them about their mistake. They asked who helped me? I said it was a short guy at which point a guy who had his back to me turned around and stepped down off of a step. I was able to see him even if his back was to me if he wasn't on the step. I identified him and he promptly asked for my receipt. I told him I didn't have it with me. He replied that I needed my receipt for his records to correct it. I said I spend a lot of money here when I come I'm not just seeking free rice. He asked for the receipt again saying he needed it. I replied so you want me to spend my gas to bring you a receipt for your mistake, because I didn't check your work and my order, right? He didn't say anything. I then said cancel my order I will bring you the receipt. But you are going to owe me for my trouble. To their credit they were polite as was I. I spend a fair amount of money when I go there, I don't just buy sides. I do like their sides. Once I was there and ordered something they were out of and it was near closing. They said it would take a while to prepare and rather than have me wait 15 minutes would make another selection? I said yes since they didn't really want to fix it near closing making more work for themselves. They didn't say it out loud, but I read the body language. They have good selctions. I chose from what they had. When I got home I was surprised to see to that they had given me a few extra items to thank me. That was nice of them. I will take them their receipt today to show them their mistake. They will have succeeded in getting me to stop by more than occasionally, by getting me to stop by 3 times in 1 week😷👍
They were very rude and out of everything. They were not accommodating to our needs being that they were out of so many things. Everyone act like thet couldn't speak English or understand what we were trying to ask them. It was very frustrating.
It's been year's since I've been here. In the past getting food fast was an issue but now food is quick but sloppy in it presentation and quality. I ordered a 4pc combo. All was Luke warm and red beans and rice were cold. I should have gotten, a breast, wing, thigh and drumstick. I didn't get a Wing but two drumsticks. The apple pie and muffin were very mediocre.
Why was my ghost pepper wings tasting old n dry? The best time to eat fast food is right when you get it am I right? Lol. Make sure when you give your customers their food, it is fresh n you can get a better rating. I will avoid this drive thru for now and go back to my usual Popeyes in Union City.
Had a 3 pc dinner. Chicken tasted good. Biscuits were buttery, but cold and dry. Drive through line was very long, so we went in instead. However, we still waited 15 to 20 mins for our order to be ready, even though there were only two other parties before us.
Food pretty good however service can be lacking. For instance most recently I ordered a family bundle of tenders , fries, and biscuits and paid on the app. I went inside and had to wait 29 minutes for my food, also had to wait for them refill their butters and honey ( since they didn’t realize they were empty until I asked for them). I should’ve checked my order because my chicken tenders were measly. Drive thru always slow. I just walk in and save gas now.
Short and sweet not a very busy Popeyes. Like the rest of them. This Popeyes is quit a relaxing. With the same great Popeyes food.
Although the food is very good, the drive through service is very slow. Wait time can be twenty to thirty minutes.
Food is decent, but pricey. Ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich combo and was over $20 with tax. This store is in an area plagued by homeless and crime though and I don't feel safe eating in the store. Everything is locked down, including the restrooms.
Typical fast food experience They put the guy with the least personality on the drive through.....yes it was like that and then the prices have gone way way up. I guess a job at a fast food place has now become a career that the public has to support. Remember when that type of job was just a starter to get you some work experience. Food was standard for the place.
I ordered the spicy 3 chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and an additional side of cole slaw. They were out of coleslaw. The chicken was dry and the potatoes had little to no gravy. The biscuit was good. Had been there before and it had been much better. Had a bad day.
So this time she said I have to hand her my phone at the window to complete payment for whatever reason which I declined. I walked in to complete my order. She Shouldn’t be touching peoples phone. They are rude and unprofessional. Sad. I’ll go to a different location next time.
The chickens fine. Once you start adding on the extras (depending on sizes)the price DOUBLES!! Now yes other places are like this but I don't think the chicken is that outstanding. Cant you batter and make chicken at home? Yes this is convenient. But hey?
The people were friendly but the drive through was very slow. My chicken sandwich was dry the chicken were the pieces that pull apart and it was overcooked. I had the sandwich in Florida and it was great so I decided to try again, not cool. I love popeyes but that dry pull apart pieces has to go. Fries were good!
The customer experience at this location is horrible! If the managers are not yelling at the employees then they are barking orders at customers! Orders placed ahead of time are NEVER ready when you arrive even if you arrive 20-30 minutes after scheduled pick up time. During the day or at night there's always a long wait for the drive thru which because of the parking lot configuration makes it hard to enter/exit.
What I like the most from chicken is the chicken breast and wings. I've been there twice to buy chicken and both times they have been out of chicken breasts and wings. The second time I went in to talk to the manager and that was today and all she said was I don't know. I've never seen anything like this at any fast food chain restaurant before. They might say:"we're out, but we are cooking a new batch if you want to wait, but here not even that. Very dissatisfied of their service.
As we were sitting waiting for our food, the people behind the counter consistently called people's orders out for pickup before they finished putting it all together. When it came to our order they forgot to put our Jambalaya in our bag. We didn't notice until we took it home. A little checks and balances would be nice. Maybe look over the the ticket and match it to the items in the bag before you try to push it out the door.
Another not so good experience for me at this Popeyes, though this time it could be the Popeye Corp's computer system. They let you order online now compare to last time where they didn't have that set up or something. The problem this time is, I got there at the time it said my order will be ready for pick up, about 20 mins after I put in the order and they say my order is not even in their system and it could take about 30 mins to show up on their system even though the system told me it will be ready in 20 mins. I check with the manager person who was looking it up for me and even after 30 mins, my order was not in the system. I waited some more and tried to get help on the order on the app, but the chat always load that no one was online to help me. Manager told me to call corporate to have it sorted out. So after more than an hour of waiting in the store and on hold on the phone, the person on the phone told me if the order was not in that store's system after over an hour, it's not going to be there so I had to get a refund. Since there was a deal I was getting using the online order that is not available in person order, I had to order it again online. Fingers crossed that it gets to the store's system. Luckily it did that second time, so after about an hour and 40 mins since my original order was supposed to be ready for my pickup, I finally got the order.
I order some of the new wings. The honey lemon pepper and the roasted garlic parmesan. Neither wings were cover in sauce. The container they came in had all the sauce on it. The presentation was horrible. I get better looking wings at wing stop and fire wings. Wasn't good and it was cold and they just open up.
They never have any Cajun sparkle seasoning and all the other ones do. Service is OK at times. The food is fresh when they first open but after that they tell you it just came out and the food be a lil warm. This one always has issues and a high turn over in staff. The red beans and rice be watery with not a lot of rice. For the condiments they always one but not the other. My soda was soda water. Spicy chicken sandwich be dry and the pickels all be on one side of the sandwich even when you ask for extra sauce/pickels.
Ordered on the app. Drive-thru moved super slow. I was the third car from the speaker and it took just under 25 minutes to get through. The Cajun fries were cold, limp and a little dry like they were sitting on the counter for a good while. The mash potatoes and gravy was just barely warm. At least the chicken and biscuit were hot. This is my worst experience at this Popeye's since it open its doors in San Lorenzo.
I've gone here a couple times, and it really varies. There are times where you get decent drive through service and there are times where it isn't. Last time I was there, they had a lot of people working, they had issues taking our order. We had to wait for almost ten minutes to even order. There were only two cars in front of us. Then after ordering, we had to wait about fifteen minutes. We noticed there were a good amount of employees, so we didn't understand what was going on. I noticed that the manager was just standing around laughing instead of helping. If you don't mind the service, the food was fine.
This location opens at 10am. Was told they don't make chicken sandwiches until 10:30. It's not like they serve breakfast. I waited until 10:30 and then was told not till 11. I went inside to ask what thr deal was a I've been coming here after work at the same time a few times a week and I've never had this issue until recently. The pimple faced kid behind the counter getting paid 15$ hr to pick his nose could care less. Who could blame him. Carl's jr has a chicken sandwich that's just as good.
Order signature sauce 24 wings and there was barely any sauce and it was all at the bottom. The wings of self had no sauce on it.
The worst! Don't waste your time going there. This particular Popeye's is always out of something. On one visit the restaurant was out of spicy chicken, on another occasion they were out of ice, on my 3rd trip to my neighborhood Popeye's they were out of chicken for chicken sandwiches. Here it is a month later and I was told that they still don't have chicken sandwiches. An entire month if no chicken sandwiches, that acceptable for a chicken oriented restaurant. #scary
Hated the cashier took his break while helping me. I ended waited there for extra 20 minutes just because that the cashier didn't tell no body that he is in the middle preping my Togo order. And no body else catching up to help me.. they just grab the next order and moving on. Its horrible and unacceptable! Also they still ended forget my biscuits in my order.
On Sunday, August 22nd my baby boy and I went in Popeyes, ordered 10 piece mild chicken. We ended up waiting 45-50mins for the chicken. All the other customers waited also but not as long as me because they ordered Spicy chicken. The manager, Mila don't need to be a manager. She has no customer service skills. I asked her how long will it be after I had been there for 30 min. She told me 9 mins but ended up waiting longer. She was very rude and hollered at her employee, Mohamed just because he asked how long it would be for a customer. Do not waste your time & money at this location.
This popeyes has horrible service, how do you always run out of soda and have only 3 options to drink hi-c, water and lemonade? Long waits for poor service. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes finally get my order and and settling for water since I have no other options. I get my order my biscuits are dry,the shrimp were basically scraps from the bottom of the fryer and low and behold I have no napkins ,no tartar sauce, no spoons and upon going In to ask I was greeted with an attitude from the person who supposedly is the manager. No wonder the service sucks they're learning from example
Had to wait 45 min in line for the drive thru. Ask the employee why so long they said not enough chicken. They know they get a lot of business they should make more chicken at dinner time. When I ordered they didn't let me know it was going to be that long. Will never go there again.
Chicken is very inconsistent, stale sometimes. It gave me full day Diharea TWICE in a row, never again
Complete garbage. The butterfly shrimp tackle box was advertised for $5 but when i ordered it, it was whopping $8.89. I did two orders of it and my total came out to be a flipping $19.42. For this price it was absolutely not worth it. Not to mention the food itself was animal feed. There are far better places to eat at, don’t waste your money on trash.
When ever I come here after work, especially on Friday night's, they are packed. Tonight I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes before I even got to the speaker to place my order. They told me to wait a minute, then 5 minutes later i had to yell at the speaker to get someone to take my order. And they never participate in the specials that are advertised on tv. And it does not seem like they are doing anything to make service better. After tonight, not coming here again.
Not a very pleasant visit. Ordering inside for to-go, it was my first time at this location, and my fiancées first time at Popeyes ever. I am a lover of Popeyes, but this place was a wreck. Kid on the register was difficult to communicate with for some reason, and ended up ordering us a large family meal which wasn't even close to what we had ordered. I'm sure having a big piece of their overhead menu missing with my usual order on it didn't help, it's like no one knew what was on the first half of the menu without it there. The manager had to come fix our order but it was also a little difficult communicating with her, and she didn't seem too pleased to have to correct our order in the first place. Grabbing a soda, they have one of those awesome soda machines with a ton of crazy flavors, except they were literally out of 80% of their flavors, so a regular normal soda would have to suffice here. We got home with our order and noticed my spicy strips meal was indeed not spicy, and had also not come with fries and a biscuit like it was supposed to. Now here I am talking about Popeyes Chicken and am now craving it, but seeing as this particular Popeyes is closest to my house, I will be eating at KFC tonight. No Stars Popeyes, no stars for you.
Went there tonight and waited in line for almost 30 minutes only to be told at the drive thru ordering box they had just closed. They still had two vehicles behind in which I watched them then serve as I drove by from another restaurant. They wouldn’t respond when I initially asked if they were going to finish the line of waiting vehicles due to their slow service. I would give 0 stars if possible.
Food is ok if they get your order right. They need new management, manager doesn't handle situations at all, the window person needs training on how to take the order and ask questions the customer should answer for their order. Parking lot is terrible if they get busy at the window you get stuck. We did the drive thru but had to go inside to get our order fixed. Will not be coming back.
They should have a sing whenever they decide to close the lobby and make it a drive through only restaurant during normal business hours. No car means no food.
Rude employees. And every single time I go they have all this chicken fully stocked but for some reason I get home and the chicken is cold and hard as rocks .. chicken sandwiches (2 of them ) were all batter and skin (I didnt even know the chicken sandwich has skin) 42.00 for food to go in garbage as not even my dog was too thrilled with the food . Only thing we ate was fries and mashed potatoes smh
The one over here manager Indian guys . He has very bad service. Even he by mistake. He won't admit it. He'll say it's the employee's fault. And will mad to the customer. I placed an order online. Then he said the system didn't show. He told me to call and cancel the order myself. Even if I didn't have dinner.very sad . Even I ask he name . He was afraid to tell me. He took pictures of me with his phone. What am I afraid he's gonna do to me.
The food was fine but the service was horrible. Had to come back the day I order through a delivery app. I payed for a combo and when I explain that my order was missing items; she said that either I got one item that they gave us or the other item it was missing when clearly I had payed for the a whole combo that included both of the items. And even my recipe said it came with both items. Never again am I coming back to this Popeyes or ordering Popeyes through a delivery app because their costumer service sucks!
I ordered chicken tenders to go from this location, and when I got home and opened the box, it has regular chicken with bones. The staff are mostly talking to each other and not paying attention. Very disappointed, with customer service. the host name is Angel.
Not worth it, people! People waiting inside are crammed together without appropriate social distancing. People waiting in the drive-through line can expect 30 to 40 minute waits. People ordering on Grubhub May have to wait over an hour, because the restaurant lies to the drivers and sends a message that the order is ready for pick up, when they haven’t even started it. Get your fried chicken somewhere else.
I ordered four of the popcorn shrimp meals (which I've had a few times) I was told it was not spicy at all but when we got home to eat it it was so spicy that no one could eat it! I called & brought it back and got a refund but everyone was still hungry so I had to get food somewhere else. All in all it was not a good experience to say the least 😖
They have the slowest drive thru on the planet. Cashier forgot I was waiting for my food at the window, took a bunch of orders then kicked back then decided to turn towards me & as he saw me he said "oh" without any concern in his voice. Terrible drive thru experience ever. The sandwich was very average in every way, small & not worth $6 & the wait at all! I was excited to try this blackened chicken so what a let down all around! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
They need to find some new worker the Tortas in her ARE MISERABLE 😭 ik they husbands and family HATE them. No customer service at all. This why they can’t find a better job
Not the greatest service but not the worst. The thing is, at least at this location, the breading tastes too much like raw flour. You’re not supposed to be able to taste flour in any recipe that includes flour. I’ve always gotten the spicy. You can taste a bit of spice and a lot of flour. Not really anything else. You can even feel the flour. Honestly, Lucky’s (which is just down the street) has better, more flavorful chicken and it’s a supermarket. They shouldn’t have better chicken but they do. That tells you something.
I don’t know what’s wrong with this lunch shift but every time I come here they give me a hard time and bad customer service. The once made me wait 10 minutes for a apple pie without communicating or telling me there’s gonna be a wait and then the very next day with a biscuit smh. Today Ajendra refuses to take my coupon because I forgot to mention I had one at the speaker even the manager refused so I wasted time and went back thru the drive but this time she didn’t give me a drink no napkins or any silverware 🍴. So I will return everyday until you get it right and I will put a bad review out on lunch shift everyday if you get it wrong. Dinner staff with the guys been on point so far. Lunch staff with the girls no so much but we will get it fixed! No worries
Ordered the 3pc spicy chicken… the wing was barely larger than a cornish game hen’s, ALL pieces were dry, hard, & overcooked; and, the red beans and/or rice (which I didn’t eat) were rancid. Spent $4.99 additional to have the crap delivered
Lazy guy I have order 9:57 still open but the window pick up is closed. They saw me don’t answer me.
Usually Popeyes is good but I ate this food today and will never order online again no matter the promos or if I’m saving time that food was definitely stored away for a couple hours. Everything soggy and made me never want Popeyes again tbh. Wish I could get my money back but just order in store .
I ordered the 8-piece chicken tenders to go for my children's dinner. Upon returning home, I was extremely disappointed to find that all the tenders were cold and hard. This is the first time I've had such a bad experience at this location. When I attempted to call the store to resolve the issue, they initially did not answer. On the second attempt, a staff member finally picked up. Their solution was to ask me to bring the bad chicken back so they could verify and potentially replace it. I was looking for a quick and easy dinner for my family, but this entire situation just made things worse. I didn't want a refund or an exchange; I simply expected fresh, hot food when I picked up my order. Having to drive back for a replacement defeats the entire purpose of ordering takeout. The quality of the food was unacceptable, and the proposed solution was inconvenient and unhelpful. Highly disappointing experience. I hope the store improves its food quality and customer service training immediately.
I don't know how they ran out of honey for the biscuit. Anyways, the bathroom is very dirty. The kids changing area is very filthy. Customer service is horrible.
I had forgotten to ask for no pickles, so I turned around to ask if I could have it remade. I offered to pay again, if that was what was needed. The worker said no, I watched the other worker take the sandwiches to the back, and come back to return the sandwiches. I asked are these the same sandwiches with the pickles just taken off. The worker responded with no, I made it home to find that they were in fact the same sandwiches just with the pickles taken off. I wouldn’t have had to return if they were honest from the start and said I needed to repay.
I went to drive thru Wednesday around 12-1pm the lady was friendly and gave us what we order. The problem however was the poor food quality. I order a butterfly shrimp box and it came out with deeply fried shrimp it's black around the flour and the shrimp look kinda of translucent. I dare not eat it so I threw it away. I also order the spicy fried tenders it was a lot better but it was probably over cook as well. Becareful when you go
I was denied service, because I asked for a 6 peice ghost pepper wings all flats. I was told they have a policy to not service people who wanted to order a 6 peice all flat wings. This location specifically is the only location that treated me badly. I am a ghost pepper lover. I am very up set and feel disrespected by the customer service skill. I asked to see that policy specifically and he did not show me the policy or grab the manager.
I used the online app to order my food ahead and it still took 20min extra min on top of the set time I put on the order and on top of that they got my order completely wrong I order mild tenders and I was given spicy 4 piece chicken. What the hell I can’t have spicy food. I ordered mild for a reason also I’m missing a side as well not only did I get ripped off I can’t even eat it for my lunch at work
Haven't been in awhile and yesterday spent an hour waiting. The supervisor again extremely rude and told me my card didn't work. After getting another card I had to wait for the rippin chicken. She didn't inform me. I had to ask. I requested a call back from management a year ago. I'm still waiting on that call. A woman returned food and this girl in the first photo takes the returned food and put it back in with the fresh food. The lady informed her she touched the chicken then she took it back out threw it away.(2nd) photo. I mean put it under the counter to give to another customer. I will never ever come back here. I'm sure they do stuff to the food of customers. Fyi they never have barbecue sauce. 3rd photo sides dishes here. This area unclean. The health department needs to step in. The supervisor ringing up customers and touching the food. Fyi she never washes her hands.
