Muy rico. Y muy caro
Great place! Carlos was our server. He was super nice and did a great job. Food and margaritas were excellent, though I was disappointed that they don't serve salsa! Queso was different than I am used to (used to Texmex) but I ended up enjoying it. The atmosphere of this place was really cool, just be aware that the music is loud so not the best place for conversation. Maybe sit outside of the interior area if you want to have it a little quieter. Overall can't complain about much, awesome place right at port!
Stopped in for a quick bite before an excursion. Ordered chips and queso with chicken. Generous portion size and absolutely delicious. Wait staff is friendly and attentive. We were even treat to mini dance routine performed by the staff which was super fun! Pause here before you get going!
We arrived, and it was raining, so as it is the 1st stop as you exited the dock, it was convenient. We sat and ordered beverages and a guacamole to begin. Later, we enjoyed the quesadilla. The atmosphere is lively with a variety of music. Our server Guillermo 'Memo' was great! Very friendly as was the rest of the staff! Prices are on the higher end as it is easily accessible if you don't want to travel too far from the cruise port.
Three Amigos was outstanding. I went here first and bought two shots of tequila while I was on a cruise. I went back in the afternoon after our excursion and they remembered my drink order. That’s great customer service. I highly recommend Three Amigos. Not to mention, but I went further and spoke with the Manager and told him how good the service was and he provided a free shot of what I was drinking. He didn’t have to do that but he did. Three Amigos in Cozumel is the only place I’ll spend my money at.
My mother and I had so much fun here! Food and drinks were excellent. I got roped into a conga line and no regrets!
I was expecting to pay outlandish prices in the port, but was pleasantly surprised that the prices were more than fair. The view on the water side was outstanding. I let the Mrs. head out shopping and I stayed for a couple more tequila shots. The tequila was amazing....I am fortunate to have gotten back on the correct ship ;) I highly recommend this as a great place to enjoy yourself when you need a break from the hard work of being a tourist and let the staff take care of you for a while. I can't wait to go back!
We love Three Amigos, and we have been visiting here since 2015, and it has become one of our favorite hot spots. We always receive the best service. Robert, the manager, is truly amazing. He treats us like family. Please bring back the dj and shot line dancing.
Loved everything about this restaurant. Our Carnival cruise stopped here. It is the first place upon entering the port and it has its’ own colorful sign for pictures! Food and drinks were delicious and quick! Can’t wait to visit again soon!
Loved Three Amigos at Puerto Maya on our CZM stop! We came off the Ruby Princess in April just before Easter weekend. It was an unusual arrival time late afternoon when most of the ships were heading back out. We had to skip our previous port that day because of weather and we were allowed to go on early and the ship docked and then stayed in Cozumel overnight. The crew at Three Amigos was ready for us anyway even though it was not what they had expected when they started that day. :). The music was on and the staff was all smiles. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! Very decent fresh chips and salsa. Great queso. Of course a couple of Margaritas and tequila shots were consumed. Later we split a big burrito. They have a great view for the sunset too. Super photo opportunities there. All the shops stayed open for us a couple of hours. I say, get off your ship, walk that long long walk to the first place you come to and get a margarita! Three Amigos! Ole’ I’d like to add that it’s situated just right if you are on a scooter or in a wheelchair, etc. you can find a place to get yourself a spot there. And there were two person carts powered by bike and rider available for a tip to minimize the walk from the ship and back to the ship. That was helpful after we were full!
Three Amigos Cozumel is WILD. Get your weird on, grab a drink, and join the party
We bypassed this spot on a cruise because I felt it was gonna be overpriced and over hyped being at the port. But on the way back to the ship we decided to stop and omg! That chicken quesadilla I had was so damn good. The flavor, and the ranch was top notch. Better ranch than Wing Stop for those who know. The drink was good too, blended well. We will stop there for now on.
The ppl there were great ,the food cost $1245..pesos 😅😅😅😅we thought we had to do dishes !!!!
After shopping in Cozumel. I stop for a margarita & table side guacamole & fresh chips. Staff is friendly & attentive. A good people watching spot too.
I didn’t eat any food. The margaritas were fantastic. Pamayla(?) my server was FANTASTIC. I was alone and she checked on me and watched for my husband. The staff was fantastic. There was a helper that came over and fed the fish, then gave me tortillas to feed them. Was just an awesome experience!

Altamente recomendable
Great place friendly took our picture. We bought a photo album. It was fantastic great place. Recommend everybody.
A fun experience and good food. It is very loud but that’s the only downside if you’re trying to sit and chat. A party vibe for sure.
This is at a cruise port. Owning my own business, there is so much more to take into consideration with prices. I do feel like they were a little high, but everything is at the port. However, the nachos and homemade guacamole (made right in front of us) filled us up. We were do full, we didn’t eat for the rest of the day! You can make special requests with the guacamole as far as spice levels, onions, etc. The avocados were fresh, and you can tell the chips are made in house. Not prepackaged. That needs to be considered when looking at costs. We will definitely eat there again if our next cruise ports there!
Came here the other day and let me tell you. The energy was through the roof. We ordered a margarita and guac. When they started cutting open the avocados most were brown and instead of serving us those they decided not to serve us any guac. While that was disappointing, we were sooooo happy they didn’t serve us anything less than perfect. They danced and gave free shots to us for the inconvenience and then gave additional shots to those in the restaurant
What a great time we had there after walking the port area. You will walk by this restaurant when you take a cruise on Carnival and it stops in Cozumel. Food was great, entertainment with a live band, alcohol, etc. we were able to feed the fish from our table on the pier. This is our go to place!
Three Amigos was recommended to us by a local, and we're so thankful! It was the highlight of our visit to Cozumel. The atmosphere is bright and loud, but it's so fun! They play great music, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend the chips and queso and the chicken quesadillas. The view of the water is gorgeous.
What a fun and inviting place great food American grill menu lots of top options for some good mexican too live music on Saturday Showtime.Cozumel the band - go if you want fun, great food and drinks for the view too! Right on the water a must stop in Puerta Maya cruise ship terminal Cindy FlipToursCozumel
Excellent spot, even though it's the first place you come to when getting off the ships, it doesn't disappoint! There couldn't be a more fun place right off the end of the pier. Great staff, excellent food, fun and very relaxed. It's easy to have a good time here and very accessible off of the ship if you're not going to do an excursion!
This place is immediately to the right after you get off the cruise ship. Unfortunately this port is pretty limited on food options so this is your best bet. We tried the tacos here. They were alright, but not my favorite. Make sure you can get a seat that has some shade as this place gets really hot in the sun. If you are interested in drinking a tequila that the locals drink, ask for "El Jefe". It's pretty unique and probably not like anything you have ever had before.
Convenient, just off the ship, and a party atmosphere. Good music, staff was friendly (shout-out to FILO, our waiter). Food came quickly & was mediocre, prices were steep, but, hey, … it’s a tourist area … Anything other that bottled alcohol was a waste of money, especially the souvenir cup/drinks … very VERY stingy on the alcohol (just expect it). Anyway .. it was a pleasant encounter. Don’t know if I’ll go there again, but glad I went this once 😊
Being located at a major cruise dock is super convenient for Three Amigos. The food is good though not great very enjoyable. The service is very good and friendly. The view is great and being near your cruise ship is a big plus. A very enjoyable place to have a few drinks before leaving Cozumel.
bueno
Exelente servicio
La atención es buena un gran ambiente para poder divertirse un poco
The atmosphere at this place was amazing. The staff was accommodating and kind. The price for what we got was ridiculous. 1 beer and 1 frozen drinks with tip $28.00. This is mainly because this is right outside the ships dock in the Porta Maya area. All prices for shops here are overly inflated because of the port. The same items down at Centro are half the cost. I enjoyed the view but that will not bring me back again.
Good service, pricey. Food was okay at best . Tasty watermelon Jell-O shots for $3 USD While the price is to be expected for being within 2 minutes of the ship, it definitely wasn't cheap as Mexico has to reputation of. Chips and salsa is pico de Gallo (yum!) stiff drinks ($10 USD or so) friendly service.
Definitely geared towards tourist conveniently located next to the pier so you can look at your ship. They make the guacamole fresh in front of you so that's neat. It's $15 and I just thought it was OK. The margarita was disappointing in a small plastic cup. But there are some things to take pictures with.
This place is too expensive. 4 Margaritas and a plate of Nachos for 75 bucks in Mexico?! Totally taking advantage of the cruisers. Take a taxi into town with the taxi ride, food and drinks you won't come close to this price. You will spend maybe 30 bucks total. Even the best margaritas with top shelf liquer in the states are not this high. The drinks and food are ok not the best.
Muy bonito el lugar pero caro.
Food took a very long time to come out. They brought out 1 plate at a time. Some were almost finished before others received their food. The workers were to busy trying to sell photos, & jello shots , & shots. Waitress started cleaning & wiping the table while our group was still eating. Food was just mediocre for Mexico . I definitely had better. 1st restaurant when you exit the boat but I recommend you walk a little further.
This place is located right off the ship but it is total tourist trap. This is not a taco stand it is a sit down restaurant with expensive prices and low budget tables and chairs. I took a few photos of the menu and prices but we left without eating there. Food is included on the ship so we went back and ate there. We have several authentic Mexican restaurants back home in the states without the inflated prices. Save your money for other things. By the way, there are a lot of shops in this port that have very reasonable prices. I was able to purchase many souvenirs.
We stopped before getting back on the ship. Our waitress appeared at first to be attentive but then was just pushy. We ordered chips and salsa and got something old and metallic tasting from a can. Unlike the pico de gallo in another photo posted here. The quesabirria was good my husband picked around his burrito. Low rating for the wait staff who kept calling me mami/mommy, service and food.
We went to an amazing stingray excursion and got a free drink with lunch at three amigos. Don't go if you aren't half naked and already drunk. We went with my older mom and 6 year old twins. They basically ignored us. We drank our free drinks, no good, and walked out even though we had ordered food. My poor starving kids needed to eat, we waited 30 minutes, no more waiter and no food. I'm willing to over pay and over tip for good service. This place sucks. Avoid it. I also plan to email out excursion and tell them the association with this place is the only negative I can leave for an otherwise great day.
The food wasn't that great and the prices were too expensive and inconsistent. The cost for each meal in Mexican Peso was $2 cheaper than USD. I wouldn't have known had I not mistakenly grabbed the Mexican menu. The server was trying to charge me $35 more than the actual bill...$158 when the bill was $123 so I grabbed a menu to do my own calculation and was surprised. I guess they assume folks don't know how to do the conversion. And to make sure i wasn't crazy, I did the calculation at all the other shops in the area and everyone was spot on with the displayed price...MEX$ to USD$. I will go back to Cozumel but will not visit Three Amigos.
Salsa was mediocre, and tasteless. I have had way better in the states. Server did not get our drinks(another one did) and brought us chips and salsa. I have never been charged for water, or chips and salsa. I was charged 15 dollars. Total rip off. Never going again
