Avis sur KoRyu Ramen San Pedro San Pedro
The best ramen in Torrance and Long Beach is in San Pedro, too. Try their new Yuzu Tomato Broth Wagyu Beef Ramen for less than 30$. And their Shaken Teas are excellent. Their edamame soybeans are excellently spiced a subtle way. Every time I come here it's a healing experience and a foodie joygasm.
Ko-Ryu Ramen is in Long Beach's Top 10 Ramen despite being in San Pedro and having other locations in Rancho Palos Verdes with two in Torrance. Broth that builds up in layers of flavour after becoming prepared in ten hours. You can choose between shoyu and miso. You can level up to spice levels 5, 10, or 20 (!!!) to be commemorated and celebrated on their wall. I choose the hot one of 3. Tasty takoyaki squid balls and dumplings, both gyoza and siomai. Give it a try! Especially on a cold day like this one.
Very nice cool little spot looks like there’s a lot of delivery and pick up but there’s enough space for a nice eating time in person. Good people nice customer service highly recommend.
Been here 3 times so far and have always walked away very happy. Their ramen is so solid and delicious. you can save half for later and it is still good warmed back up. Ive gotten shachu 2 of 3 times because its so good. I only wish their karaage and gyoza came with their own special sauces. also the karaage was very tough and oily. you can tell these people care about what they are doing. it is located on a corner with enough street parking. they have outdoor seating bar-style and allow 🐕 definitely eat here
I ordered one of their specialty ramens, the Shacho Ramen and the Gyoza. Both were absolutely delicious, to the point I picked up the bowl and finished drinking the broth of the ramen. The service was fine, and the atmosphere was very nice, though parking might be an issue since it's downtown San Pedro. Overall, fantastic food at a nice place, and definitely worth of the trip.
I got the Shacho Ramen along with Takoyaki and their specialty KoRyu drink. I have to say all three was quite excellent and appetising. The ramen was very rich as expected and flavor was delicious. The takoyaki was soft and creamy inside with a nice texture on the outer. The drink was smooth and not too sweet. Overall a pleasing experience backed by awesome serice. Would recommend.
Omg I didn’t know about this gem omg the ramen quality is so good and the staff so sweet and great at answering any questions must try if you are in downtown San Pedro best ramen ever!!
We loved this ramen! After living in Japan for 3 years, we were desperate to find a place with authentic tasting ramen. I got the Garlic Bomb Ramen which was DELICIOUS! And my husband got the Spicey Ramen (which he said was perfect!) did not disappoint!

This ramen joint is great for vegetarians! The miso broth is rich and tasty, and the seasoned egg is flavorful. The tofu is just raw though, so maybe avoid that. Good service, will return!
Pretty nice ramen. Very soothing if you aren't feeling great.
The best ramen I have ever had! I loved the service. I have had very good Ramen in several city's and this was the best so far in the past 40 years.
A ramen place with a very nice menu and alot of spicy levels of you like to challenge yourself. The service is very good and ambient environment alles you to settle down and enjoy your ramen. Will come again. Had Ko Ryu ramen and will try a higher spicy level next time 😆
The ramen is delicious, the dumplings are very authentic, and the fried rice is excellent. The staff are especially friendly and very kind to children, with great service overall.
Small quaint little ramen restaurant. Food is always great. Good friendly service. No waiting but few seats.

Pleasant place to get ramen. Five of us are in town for a cruise and mom wanted to try ramen. The overall consensus was the place is good. A few in the group never had ramen before a d the waiter did a good job answering questions. Order post stickers and garlic edemamae for appetizer. Both were good. All except one order a ramen Dish. Enjoyed by each person. I got the spicy at a level 3 and thought that was a nice heat to enjoy the neal at. Brother got chicken and rice. He said was good, he can be a pretty picky eater. Though he said he felt heat when he was eating it. I tried a piece and only got taste of ginger so no sure on that. Overall was a good meal. Would definitely recommend it.
Indoor dining was open, an intimate spot with outside sitting available rustic tables inside and out . The only down side I'd say there's no alcohol served ,but good food and nice little spot for ramen in san pedro.
Great little place. Just a five minute walk from the cruise port hotels. The shrimp fried rice was really good. There was shrimp, egg, or diced vegetables in every bite.
Had a great experience here! Simple and small place. Then broth was really flavorful and thick. Noodles were cooked well and served before getting too soft. I've had better ramen, but this is definitely the best in the area. service was also really fast and friendly. I'll be back many times.

Cute little ramen shop in San Pedro. Lovely outdoor seating area. Ordered the garlic bomb ramen with miso soup base. Broth is flavorful but not too salty. Ramen is cooked perfectly - chewy and not soggy. The pork/cha shu is on the lean side, not as fatty or juicy as I am accustomed to at other ramen places.
Was happy that KoRyu Ramen opened up in my hometown as the one in Torrance is a hidden gem. Sad to say, but after awhile there's been changes here. The portions are smaller than before but not sure if prices went up, you have to ask for sauces to be included in your order (Gyoza ordered but no dipping sauce included? That's like not being asked if you want ketchup with your fries!), when I went to pick-up order no one greeted me nor said thank you when I left, staff was ambivalent. Food quality was good which resulted in the 3 stars, otherwise would have been 2 stars. Probably going back to the Torrance KoRyu, longer drive but overall better experience...
Rating 3.5 Greeting: (wait to be seated restaurant) server looked at me twice and didn’t acknowledge me until I asked, “can I sit anywhere?” Then her and another server asked, “for 1?” Presentation: As shown in the photo Flavor: Tea was good I ordered the Garlic Bomb Ramen (Miso) broth was good but I did add sesame seed oil and chili powder Egg was good (not part of the dish, must be ordered) Meat/ chashu pork was plain Would I come again? Maybe if I’m hungry enough. Would I recommend? Probably, prices are reasonable Follow me: @voodoo_beauty_ I post restaurant reviews in my stories

Was so excited to try this spot out. Unfortunately it was not all that I had hope it would be. The service was not that great and considering we were the only ones in the place says a lot. My son had to get up and ask the waiter for a refill. The ramen was decent. Believe I got the koi ramen it was lacking flavor. I did try the garlic bomb that was far better. Had the service been better I would have gave it more stars.
First the food was cold, then they microwaved our orders and the meat was inedible, unless you like a leathery over salted flavor. The waiter couldn’t have cared less. Never going back
