Tip: Check it out if you're downtown. Be aware that it's a soft opening, so the menu is smaller and they're still working out some kinks.

Avis sur Siren's Java & Tea San Pedro
We absolutely love this family owned restaurant. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. My favorite is the incredibly crunchy and flavorful chicken wings, vermicelli noodles, and delicious oxtail pho with bone marrow. We love dining here. The owners deeply care about the quality of the food they serve, their very friendly staff, and satisfaction of their diners. I highly recommend supporting!
Always busy cause the foods are so good here. One thing to mention is that they cook Pho without MSG, so you don’t wait up and feel thirsty. I like the vibe of people here, outside tables, friendly service. Broth is not rich but refined and I like it.
I walked in the door around 2:50pm and walked out at 3:08. Perfect turn around for a soft opening! Can’t wait to see what they’ll do on GO! I ordered the cold noodle bowl with beef and it was absolutely AMAZING! Beef was cooked so well & tasted really great. I also got the spring rolls which had shrimp & pork. Great combo with the peanut dipping sauce. Iced coffee gave me the absolute jump start I needed for my afternoon. Just what San Pedro needed. Quality & authentic Vietnamese food just around your corner. Will DEFINITELY be recommending & coming back. Thanks for reading!
So excited to have a Vietnamese restaurant in San Pedro. My husband and I went yesterday for lunch and everything was delicious. The staff were really sweet too! We will definitely be back :)
Blown away by this place already. My husband and I had both the filet mignon and oxtail pho and it was genuinely the best pho I’ve ever had. So excited to have this spot so close to us. 🙌🏻
Loved trying this place for the first time! Banh Mi was definitely a 10/10, and the ambience is lovely. Great staff. Will be coming back for more soon (hopefully for some pho)!
This place is great, can't wait till their Pho is available. I love the music and vibe so cute and fun.
The best Vietnamese Iced Coffee I ever had!!! And they are so kind here. Great service!
Located at the former “blended and befriend” juice spot. I’ve been here a handful of times for coffee and service has always great. The family is very nice welcoming every time we stop by. Can’t wait when they’re officially open.

Vietnamese coffee that really hits the spot. Been here twice already and the smell of the cilantro and onion, ask the fresh ingredients really hits you and just makes you so hungry for what you're about to eat!
The best Vietnamese Iced Coffee I ever had!!! And they are so kind here. Great service!
Grabbed an early lunch at this place today and it was absolutely 10/10. San Pedro was in need of a great Vietnamese restaurant, and I’m so glad Saigon Oi Cafe is finally up and running. If you’re downtown, check it out. Oh and my wife and I had a chance to meet the owner, very warm and welcoming.
Absolutely love this Vietnamese pho spot! The wings are incredible, the pho broth is rich and flavorful, and their Vietnamese coffee is top notch. Even better, the owners came out to greet us and make sure everything was perfect—so welcoming! It’s fantastic to see authentic Vietnamese cuisine thriving here in the San Pedro. Highly recommend!
Much to my delight I had my first bowl of PHO soup and it was spectacular. My friends and I would get a hearty bowl at least once a week in Long Beach. But at some point they sold the business. I thought those days were gone forever until now. This is the real deal. I had the Pho with Filet Minion and It took me back to those days when I just wanted a good bowl of soup. Now I can do this right here in SAN PEDRO and you should too. Thank you Phung, Bernard and little Andrew. Pauly
I ordered Saigon Oi Cafe Oxtail Pho and egg rolls. The pho was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommended oxtail pho. The egg rolls were sooo delicious as well. I am happy they came to our town. If you haven’t tried it you need to.
Had he egg roll noodle bowl and a Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was perfect. Strong, sweet and delicious. The egg rolls was so crunchy and delicious an the noodlls perfectly cooked. The veggies were fresh and crisp. It was so much I couldn't eat it all. They staff are fantastic. I cant wait to go back. Im also super excited to have the pho when they start serving it.
Pho-nominal! I got sick last night and lucked out because this place just started serving Pho. The filet mignon was so tender, the broth was savory and rejuvenated my aching body. Also the best Vietnamese iced coffee I've ever had. I have been saying for the past 5 years that Pedro needs a Pho spot and my prayers have been answered. The woman who gave me my order was super friendly. This is going to be my new go-to spot for coffee and comfort food.
I absolutely love their beef with noodles dish. their spring rolls and egg rolls are really good too. they have a banana latte which I can't have because I'm lactose intolerant but it looks really good. does people who work here are very friendly and accommodating.
This place is such a great addition to San Pedro. The food is absolutely amazing. I had the grilled beef Bahn Mi which is as so good. Their chicken wings were also amazing, super crispy with amazing flavor, but the chicken was still moist. But I think where they truly shine is their beverages. I tried the Banana Cloud Latte on a whim and it was delicious. They just opened so the first time I went the service was maybe just a bit slow, which I notice mentioned in other reviews. Now that they’ve been open a little longer I feel like they’ve worked out the kinks and had zero problems last time I was there.

Previously, the best pho I had in Los Angeles was at Saigon Dish in Lawndale. I like Saigon Oi Cafe's better.

What an amazing experience when I visited this restaurant today.. Not only that the vibe was so fun and the staff were so friendly but the Vietnamese dishes were not only delicious with vibrant flavors, but beautifully presented. Whether I go back for a casual lunch, a family celebration or have a special dinner inside or on the patio .. It will be a place I will come back to try a noodle bowl or Banh Mi.

Super fresh and delicious, we shared the lemongrass tofu bowl, spring rolls w shrimp and the waffle for our 3 yr old. We enjoyed the ambience and friendly staff too, they even have little games and coloring books for kids to be entertained. Welcome to San Pedro Saigon Oi! Looking forward to trying the pho some time too!
So happy we have a yummy Vietnamese restaurant in town. They are doing a soft opening now so the menu is smaller but everything i ordered today was delicious! Staff was friendly and can't wait to come back! Small amount of outdoor seating right now but perfect location in downtown Pedro so you can walk around after a bite or drink (they have delicious coffee and teas drinks).
Had a bun and a sea salt green tea. Great option in an area where the food scene is nil. Friendly and buzzy. It’s their soft opening and they’re still working out some kinks. More attention needed with expo and clean tables. Food was a delight. Will defs be back and rooting for them, good for Pedro.

food: ordered the noodle bowl with grilled pork & green milk tea with boba noodle bowl: pork was tender and grilled well but lacked flavor. portions were tiny, barely a little more than half a standard bun dish. the nuoc cham was the saving grace. although I ordered and paid for an extra one and they missed that. milk tea: they didn't have boba made yet and only had mango popping boba available. I'm not normally a fan so it was meh, the tea was nothing spectacular service: lackluster ordered online an hour early for 11:30am pickup. arrived at 11:35 and was told 10 mins. boba came out at 11:50, food at 11:55am. a bit frustrating, especially because there isn't enough spots to wait. would've been nice if the owners/staff at least acknowledged that they're running behind, or training, and apologized for the wait, but nope. not even an apology when they forgot the extra nuoc cham. in that sense, I guess you can say it's authentic? I've been dying to have viet food in this area. hopefully when they open officially, their portions and service will match their pricing... it's pretty expensive considering where we are. hoping they can get these things fixed up by the official opening. I'll be rooting for them

Banh mi was 4/5. Pho was bland 2/5. Maybe the excess water from cooking the noodle or green onions were diluting the broth. Had to go somewhere else for my weekly pho afterwards. Coffee was 4/5. Ratings were for taste. Panda waffle 3/5. Will come back to try other items.
The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. BUT. Pho portions were really small. Very little meat and noodles. The broth was average and lacking The spring rolls were tastier then the pho. The lychee drink was mostly ice, lychee bits, and jelly. At the cost I have been a lot more satisfied and full at other pho restaurants.
