Delicious sushi. Great service. Had no trouble finding parking. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area and need a sushi fix :)

I went during lunch and had the Singapore noodle. It was great! The vegetables and shrimp were very fresh.

Excellent tapas bar, reasonably priced. We shared four tasty dishes, combination of hot and cold, which was plenty to fill us up. We sat inside at a comfortable booth, although there is also patio seating outside. Nice relaxing atmosphere ... not rushed. We'll be back.

Very high quality sushi and an overall great experience. The staff there is very hospitable and it's a great place to go for a date. Their crab rangoons are the best I've ever had. Some of the best sushi in metro Atlanta hands-down.

The food here is amazing! Everything I had was great quality and the service was the perfect balance of attentive and laidback. I met up with a friend here to catch up so we ended up staying close to closing. We never felt rushed and our server often came around to fill drinks without interrupting us.

I loved everything that I had. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were there for my friend's birthday. It was a large group of us and there were no issues. They even gave us complimentary shots to celebrate my friend's birthday. I'd never been here before but they definitely won me over that day. I'll surely be back!

I am partial to this place due to the location but their chefs and staff have sealed the deal. They are flexible with letting you switch things out in combos, ALWAYS very polite and always have extra bottles of gluten free soy sauce (girlfriend has Celiac and usually has to bring her own soy sauce). We have been over 20 times and the ONLY complaint we have is that it can sometimes get pretty noisy if there are a lot of people or a loud group.

I never get tired of going to Blue Grotto. The tapas are interesting and unique. Its a fusion restaurant and the tapas have an asian flare. The sushi is fresh and delicious. I love my waiter Chi. He is so friendly and I feel at home everytime I am there. Cozy, eclectic deco, and dimly lit...great date place.

This sushi spot in Sandy Springs has a colorful atmosphere with warn music and friendly staff. The sushi was okay, but I got a roll that was gimmicky and would come back to try something more traditional because it will probably be better.

Good sushi and a good menu with a selection of tapas. The daily sushi special "Sexy" was one of the better rolls offered. The tapas menu is worth checking out on a future visit.

Went with my friend on a Sunday evening. Service was great however it was slow. Once the food came out really didn't mind the wait. Had the lobster bisque soup and it was fabulous. Food was fresh, flavorable an! prepared with pride and confidence. I luv tasty foods and this is a welcome find in the neighborhood. I will definitely be back.

I usually always eat sushi at Blue Grotto because the sushi is delicious and I love the environment. The service is usually quite good and the staff is very gracious. Lately, the restaurant has become quite crowded and it takes way to long to get service. I hope this problem gets fixed because I sure do love Blue Grotto and would love to become there loyal patron.

This is a place you come for the ambiance and service not food. The edamamae was over cooked and salted. We ordered the "Sexy Snow White roll and Alaskan." The rolls were delicious and beautifully presented. Before ordering the food I looked at the color of the red tuna and thought since it didn't look as fresh, most likely because it is a Saturday night I opted for rolls without it and instead snow crab. And I should have asked if it was real crab or imitation. The rolls were delicious and beautifully presented. Big mistake! I don't know if there was mayo in the rolls because on the menu it didn't say so but I have trouble digesting mayo or maybe the crab was imitation or old but I had terrible indigestion, stomach aches and bloating after my dinner. I've been eating sashimi and sushi since I was 7 and this is the first time I've been to a sushi restaurant and I got sick afterwards even after eating copious amounts of pickled ginger, real ginger candy and organic ginger tea. I had indigestion so bad I couldn't fall asleep later. :( Far better fresh sushi and sashimi at my regular Hot spots: Tomo, One sushi, Nori nori, Sushi Hayakawa and Sushi Mio. :( Service is great as we were greeted, promptly seated, given just enough attention and left to enjoy and talk! I love hole in the walls (from NYC Manhattan) and I'm all for going to local establishments instead of chains but I will not be returning and if so I will come back on a day when they get their fish delivered fresh.

Service quite slow for there only being three patrons in the restaurant at the time. The food portion and pricings I received did not match up with the menu at all. The portions are very small. Would you pay $8 for the tiny sashimi portion in the photo? But the quality of the food is excellent.

Extremely slow service. After 30 minutes wait, only soy sauce showed up on the table. So sad. Never come again.

This is by far the waste service I have ever experience, and it was from a Japanese Sushi bar of all places? We stood and waited for a little over 5 minutes before anyone tried to seat us, and that was after flagging down 2 of the works. It took them 15 minutes after seating us to come take our drink order. An addition 10 minutes before we got water on our table and then an addition 10 minutes before I got my drink and another 8 before my girlfriend got hers. Then it took 40 minutes before we got our food which was so bland it did not make up for the poor service at all. Need less to say, I won't be going back. Maybe the excellent service only apply at lunch.
