Avis sur The Patio Cafe Santa Barbara
They are absolutely dog friendly. The eggs benedict and French toast 😋
The Santa Barbara Benedict was perfectly cooked! They have the sweetest salsa in town. My only complaint would be they asked me to pay before they cooked my order and brought it to the table. Also a side of two thin slices of bacon was $3.95 ,but this is SB so I understand. I have lived in this area since 1970 ,and it has changed hands and restaurants have come and gone from that space . I take offense that they claim business there for 30 years ,maybe they meant another city. There is free parking in back !!!😇 All in all ....delicious and close to Trader Joe’s! !
Love this place for breakfast. I had the green omelette and fruit. They have good coffee and their home made salsa was delicious. The service was great and the food even better.
MIRACLE IN SANTA BARBARA If you visit this place and don’t have Huevos Rancheros with Chile Verde, don’t bother going at all....I mean to Santa Barbara all together. They make this dish like you have never had HR anywhere in the world. I met the cooks...husband and wife? brother and sister? whatever....are magicians. Either that, or it’s the Hand of Gods blessing it as they prepare it (I think it’s their fresh tomato sauce)! For me, hands down best Mexican dish I have ever had!
Classic breakfast combo #2 with fantastic service!
Lovely, quaint, attractive location, friendly staff. I had the Rosie's breakfast burrito - flavorful with a hint of spiciness, not overwhelming. The kids got french toast and the kids burrito, they said they where excellent.
I had the Steve breakfast burrito. It was big. Couldn't finish it. Sat on the patio with my dogs. Shaded patio and a nice breeze comes across the deck. Staff was friendly and attentive. I wish Google would set up an easier way to clarify if a eatery is dog friendly. The patio will be saved on my list of dining experiences.

I like this place. It's small and always quick service. Food is good and reasonably priced. It's a great spot for lunch and breakfast. The burritos are huge and can be split between two people. The homemade salsa is amazing. Plus they have daily specials that are always tasty.
I stopped in for breakfast while my truck was being serviced. Ordered my favorite meal eggs benedict with hash browns well done. My breakfast was cooked perfectly and was delicious! The staff was so nice and accomadating. I will definitely be back!
I stumbled upon this cute cafe on a morning walk while visiting family, and I will make sure to come back every time I am in town!! The service is excellent and the food is fresh. Highly recommend!!
very good place, recommend to anyone visiting or just to have a spot to eat! food will always serve hot & delicious!

I don't know why this restaurant is getting 3.5 stars. The food is homemade and good. I had the Machaca scrambled and hash browns. Make sure you stop at The Patio and talk to Rosie she is great.
This place is great I always get good service and the people are nice and they have a nice little patio to where you can just chill and relax after you finish your meal all their food is fresh and made-to-order I also have some of the best salsa in town

This is my 2nd time around The Patio Cafe and we liked the food I had the Stake Ranchero and my husband had the pork in salsa verde, we also added a chile sarandeado and it was good spicy how we like it. we where the only ones there and it took about 20 minutes to get our food that was the only bad part, 👎

1). Added items NOT ASKED FOR OR AUTHORIZED on Uber Eats order. 2). Placed 2 coffees in flimsy food bag with ZERO stoppers or way to not have them spill 3). Did not include salsa 4) omelette and burrito were not accurate. Omelette was smashed to smithereens and had coffee spillage in it 5). Owner rated driver a bad review WHEN RESTAURANT PACKAGED FOOD INCORRECTLY 6) I called to rectify my order to be met with hostility and rudeness

The older Hispanic lady working is incredibly rude and creates such an unpleasant atmosphere for the customers. Before leaving she asked us to fix and push in our chairs at the table we were sitting at as if we'd messed up her table. Food was mediocre at best and overpriced but you'll find much friendlier and warmer atmospheres here in Santa Barbara (with better food) for breakfast or lunch.
Every time I go and pick up. The lady is so rude. No conversation or no interactions. Only thing she says is yes or not hi how are you. Very mean and rude and disrespectful. Food is there and ready and she says it’s not ready. Horrible experience and service.
If you want a seasonal fruit waffle with a sliced old banana and a cold unmelted bagel with no flavor and a scramble with a half an egg and a thousand mushrooms this is the place for you. Don’t worry they’ll charge extra
when picking up groceries for delivery this woman is incredibly rude, i have stopped going to this restaurant and always refuse orders that come from this restaurant. nerves are more expensive than a trifle that will be paid for this business. a terrible place, if they communicate with customers like that, imagine how dissatisfied they are with preparing food and God forbid they do something bad with your food, if you find out that they do this, you would refuse to eat such food.
Pretty gross food actually. Ordered a breakfast burrito and side of breakfast potatoes.$30 for breakfast. Burrito was super soggy with canned mushrooms 🤮, potatoes were completely flavorless. No amount of hot sauce could save. Cheese was fake, like velveeta or stadium cheese. Super gross. Wish I could get the money and my wasted calories back.
Unfortunately my first visit here was not a positive one. Breakfast was basic, 2 eggs, sausage and potatoes. First, the Potatoes O’Brien shouldn’t be labeled as such as they only had two small pieces of bell pepper. Secondly, the potatoes were lukewarm at best. Next, the sausages tasted as though they had been sitting around for a fair amount of time and only warmed up on the grill. The eggs were ordered over-medium and served over easy. I don’t understand how this could happen. My seat was right next to the grill. I was the only person in the restaurant for a while. Was it that I interrupted quiet time for the cook/owner? I became quietly upset when the cook/owner told the server “No mas cafe”, and motioned to me. Really?. If asking for a third warm-up/top off, not a full cup, is too much for this cafe then maybe they should write No Refills on the menu or indicate that refills will be charged $.50. Won’t be referring this cafe to anyone, rather will tell them to rethink their choice. I like to support small businesses and don’t take writing this review lightly, however this small business needs to treat their customers kindly. Good luck and hope The Patio Cafe takes this criticism to heart, finds ways to improve the food and customer service.
