I order on the Carl's Jr app and it's a really easy pick up process. My go to is a famous star with cheese with extra special sauce and lettuce. So yummy! service has always been fast and friendly.

The location was very nice, the only thing that bothered me was that the cashier was very slow at work. I feel like the drive in gets the main attention. Orherweise the food was good and the place very clean. The toilet ist pretty small tbh. Would recommend.

If I'm paying $11 for a burger and zucchini, you could at least remember the ranch dressing.

I got fries, tenders, and a chocolate shake. The shake was good. Really good. Not crazy thick and not crazy sweet. Just right. The fries were not as salty as I was expecting them to be. The chicken on the other hand had an odd smell and it was really really burnt. The service was quite good. She brought it to our table! Wasn't expecting that! Would I go again? No. Well, maybe for the shake LOL

The food is great but I feel like the kitchen is extremely short-staffed as there are so many times when no one is helping us guests while a line forms in front of the register. The worst of all, the staffs in the kitchen just look at us without coming over to help and sometimes it can take over 20 minutes just so you get to be served, which is ridiculous. Either hire more people to work at the register or have the existing staffs be more flexible with their tasks. It’s annoying having to wait this long in a fast food place when people are likely here to take their lunch break from work.

The place was very nice and clean the service was questionable the guy behind the counter left my order in the warmer so that he can take some new customers orders that was a big no -no that cost you one star the second and bad news issue your music it's your very much own taste no one else needs to know about it specially when it's so freaking loud HELLO !! can you turn your music down this is a freaking restaurant not a dancing place in West Hollywood I spoke to a lady named Ana behind the counter to please lower the music volume she simply didn't do anything about it so there you go another star removed I will go again to see if they did anything different if they don't I will contact their head quarters and let them know what's going on in their location even though its a franchise the owner need to know what their employees are doing to their stores 🤬

Carl's Jr. usually delivers a consistently good burger and fries in a clean fresh environment. Our visit to this branch of this burger chain left us disappointed. The burgers were poor quality on taste, the fries were stone cold and stale and the restaurant had a bad atmosphere and numerous homeless people sat in it and walking in and out using the fountain drinks machine unchecked. Just felt bad. Would not visit again!

Was disappointed by the food. I had what was said to be their Best Burger, a Double Black Angus Beef Burger. Totally tasteless. It was $11. For less than half the price, you cam get an In and Out burger that tastes amazing. The bathrooms have no hand towels and after washing your hands, you are forced to touch the dirty handle to open the door.

Carls Jr. used to be one of my favorites and go to for lunch. I think this will most likely be my last. Food so bad I couldn't finish. Had to throw the rest away. Too too greasy. Just not good anymore and left an after taste for the rest of tge day.

So the chicken sandwich was hot. The western bacon cheeseburger was really dry and the waffle fries were made about an hour before I ordered them. They were disgusting. Oh and they forgot to catch up. It’s a little things. If you wanna save money, just find some cardboard somewhere and add some salt and it will be just as good. This Carl’s Jr.‘s gives a bad name for the whole chain, or maybe Carl’s Jr. is just going downhill. Seriously bad food.
