The chicken here is hands down the best of all fast food chickens and probably the healthiest. Food is consistent, service is very fast. never in drive thru for over 10 minutes. This location specifically, the workers are extremely nice always and very on top of things. It's also nice that they usually ask how many sauces you want ahead of time ( burgers come dry here.)

I've never met a rude employee here. Very active in taking car of the customer while not being overbearing. The food is great for a fast food place. Speaking of which, when I say fast food I mean extremely fast food. Two of my friends and I eat here a lot since it's across from our college, every time I've ordered they've had the food ready for me to take before I even finished digging the money out of my wallet. I also love the idea of the cell phone challenge, more restaurants should do that.

Great customer service, friendly staff, and the dinning area is always clean. The owner of the company treats staff well and gives all employees Sunday off which is unheard of for a fast food restaurant. Their proprietary sauces are excellent. Family friendly environment with excellent chicken sandwiches. They are the In-N-Out of the chicken restaurant chains.

I have never had a bad experience here. The chicken strips are delicious as well as the spicy chicken sandwich and don't get me started on the waffle fries! The chick -fil-a sauce is a must, I mix it with the Buffalo sauce. Everyone is so friendly and it is clean.

My kids love this place . They actually introduced me to chick-fil-A. I love getting the spicy chicken deluxe with the waffle fries and the lemonade. Customer service is always great. Ordering was easy the line seem long but it went quick I love The Buttery bun with the real breast of chicken and a pickle that's all you really need but then. I ordered a frosted coffee OMG that was so good get the small. Search friendly service I want to ask for extra sauce there was no problem. I will definitely go there again.

Wonderful customer service. The staff was able to accommodate a large and complex order for me. Extremely helpful, especially considering COVID circumstances! I wish I could see their smiling faces underneath their masks because I know they were smiling the whole time they were working with me and my large, complex order. Feedback for Chick-fil-a, let customers tip via app or itemize a tip on the receipt. If this was an option, your staff would generate a lot of tips from people like myself. Perhaps I missed the option to tip, regardless, if it is an available option to tip, it should be more clear :)

They make the best spicy chicken sandwich in the state. We drive four hours twice a year to get chick, my partner and I are openly gay and we're hesitant to go at first. So glad we did. Never had anyone disrespect us, look down on us or make us feel uncomfortable when dining there. Maybe the hate is what makes it so damn good?

The food and service were good. Staff was kind and gracious. They asked us, if we did the cell phone challenge, then gave us a complimentary ice cream. There was a bounce house for children. It was the longest line a drive thru I have ever seen. Way to go!

I've never walked away from here hungry or upset. The staff goes well above and beyond to help you and make sure you're satisfied. No matter how long the lines are, they will always get you in and out quicker than any cheesy burger joint could ever dream of. We go out of our way to eat here. Love chick-fil-a! This place is the best! It's delicious and had the most amazing customer service! It's a little on the pricier side for fast food, but so worth it with a better quality of food and service. It's always very clean, they're fast and have lots of free family events. They even have dog treats in the drive thru. I'm never disappointed.

I know a lot of food workers aren’t recognized or treated the best being I worked at Starbucks prior. I just wanted to share that she was delightful and very kindhearted. Consistently excellent... We come here about once each month. This and the local CA burger chain are the only fast food that we eat for several reasons. First, the customer service is outstanding. We are always greeted by clean, competent, well mannered employees. My order is always correct and even though we waiting the drive through for sometimes as long as 10 minutes. It is always a pleasure, to turn a phrase. Second, the food is consistently good. The meals are always prepared the same and taste good. The seasonal milkshakes are to die for.

Took a very long time to get a small (two chicken strips and small wedge fries) order to go. But, the food was as consistent as ever and the staff were very nice and polite as usual. The chicken on my sandwich was warm, tender, and juicy. The portion was substantial. 5*s on the sandwich, but I like my fries crispy, and these were not. 3*s. Also, I'm not sure how they manage this, but their staff is the best in the fast food business by 500 miles. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and well trained...I guess that is how they manage it.

Awesome place. Wife and I are homeless. The staff are always friendly and courteous. They treat my wife and I like we are real humans and not just to be looked down upon. Especially since their was a time I owned two successful Business in Placer county. Was not always homeless. This given they extend a helping hand even before asking. Means the world to me to see people that care and think about their actions. I would recommend this place anytime. In fact other business need to look at them as a model to follow in customer service.

First time going to a Chick-fil-A, and before you say, "How have you waited this long to go" to those people I just want to apologize because good lord,! The chicken is so good it will make you want to slap yo mama. For all you kids reading this, don't you ever slap your mama, because she will down right beat your arce. There were lots of people in line for drive through, their system was very efficient and the staff knowledgeable and very competent. \nThe chicken was very good, loved the nice squishy buns!

Upadate for those that need such things, firsts reviewed over two years ago. This is a very consistent Fast Food place that is still just as friendly and clean. Believe it, or not, I like this place. It is tie for the best Fast Food chain with In-N-Out. It is always good food, good service and clean, ALWAYS. It is wonderful how consistent they are and how nice they are with good food as well.

Wonderful service and courteous staff. Our three boys always love when we go to Chick-fil-A and play the board games they have up front near the register. I also like that they bring the food to the table so you can focus on socializing and not standing near the counter waiting for your food to arrive.

Delicious food. I won't give it 5 stars, because 5 stars is for a place that gets me hooked/addicted to their food. Chick fil-A does a fantastic job at everything, but their menu is not favorite worthy enough to make me want to come back every day. This place is GREAT for kids and families though, so if you have kids, TAKE THEM THERE. This is the best fast food place for kids and families in my opinion.

Always on point, but the playground was closed. I'm not the type to complain for no reason, but they had the playground shut down bc a child had gone to the bathroom in there. Well that's all fine, but the door was unlocked to get into the playground area with no warning signage and therefore my two children were able to walk right in and climb on the playground that had not been cleaned since the above mentioned accident. A lady came to tell them to leave the playground, but that was too late. I can only imagine they had already rolled around on whatever gross thing had happened in there. Having said all that, the food was good. As always. And most of the employees strive to give you great service.

You would not be able to tell from Mendocino Ave that the drive thru is packed. It is a huge line that rivals In'nOut. I was shocked that they had traffic control employed. I am going to say I avoided this place since I'm not huge chicken fan and for other reasons but I was in the mood and I recently heard about the lemonade frosty and had to try it. First off, I am glad I went with our decision. The frosty is so delicious. It is actually my new favorite thing besides tart fro yo with boba. It tastes similar to tart fro yo, but better. The only thing is I only saw one size so if they have bigger ones I will find out next time. Now the chicken was good but I should have asked for well-done because I kind of like my chicken on the drier and crispy side and that's why it got 4 stars. Next time I will ask for well done and that rating will go up. The place was a hot spot for all wakes of Santa Rosa life and I appreciate the quick service that I had and the patient cash register guy. I ordered each sauce and they gave me two of each which was more than enough and I will say that I loved them all. I even saved them for some tenders I had at home and made the following day. So with political views aside(which is why I shied away for so long) I am pleasantly surprised that it is affordable and very tasty and busy which means the chicken moves and doesn't have a long stay in store. I will be back this summer for the frosty and a well done chick filet Sammy.

Location can get a little hectic during lunch , hard to even pull into the parking lot. Sometimes drive-through line runs out into the street as well. Inside is flooded with college kids hanging out during lunch hours . Line moves pretty quickly, though the workers are efficient and friendly with great customer service like most Chick-fil-A locations so far have yet to mess up any of my mobile orders.

I love, love, love the chicken tenders. The waffle-cut french fries are a bit thick for my taste. But they aren't open on Sundays, and I really dislike the owner's very conservative, Christian views and policies, so I go there as little as I can. Too bad - the food is mostly great. Just went back after several years, and the chicken tenders and waffle-cut fries were still good, but the Polynesian and Garden Ranch sauces weren't very good, and I left there feeling I'd eaten way too much salt.

Overall a great experience! Good quality, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. I ordered a salad, and it was quite tasty. The place felt clean, and so did the restrooms. My only complaint is that when I went to pick up my order, I never heard my name being called, which is something that caught me off guard.

The food is amazing. It is just so incredible. If you are hungry for some comfort food, this is definitely the place that hits the spot. The staff are very nice. But one thing is that it is very crowded, there are almost no parking spots, the drive thru is packed from the store entrance to all the way back. I have typically had great experiences with Chick-fil-A but my first (and only) experience at this location did not leave a great first impression. I ordered a Cobb Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing at the drive-thru and ate it at home about 10 minutes later. The chicken was delicious, but it was hard to enjoy the salad because the lettuce, tomatoes, and dressing were all warm. I would expect SOME of the salad to be warm as it has hot chicken placed on top of it, but I wouldn't expect everything to be warm. It was very hard to enjoy this salad because of this.

Ordered through drive through and was told to wait 3 minutes for food. 20 minutes later had to walk in and pick it up. Other than that food was great!

I always loved coming to this chick fil a and never had any problems but recently i’ve had this one worker specifically who is very rude. His name is Henri. Every time he takes my order he never seems to get it right and he just seems to be in a bad mood all the time which i do not appreciate. Every other worker i have had has not given me the attitude he has.

Went through the drive-thru a couple days ago, didn’t have time to post the review until now. The first person who took our order was so nice! I dont remember their name but they were the sweetest (hence the two stars. without him I would've given a zero.) However, the person by the menu board who took our payment was borderline disrespectful. I believe their name was Luci. Very short attitude and looked annoyed to be there. Food was unsatisfactory. Fries were cold and mushy, nuggets had chewy/fatty bits, and very obvious sign of cross-contamination in the mac and cheese (picture attatched). I took a bite out of the mac and cheese and it tasted disgustingly overly salted and was chewy as if it was meat. Ive had their grilled nuggets and it tasted very similar to this. All of my drink cups came with the lids not fully on and spilt in my car.

Chick-fil-a as you know is a Christian based and family owned fast food restaurant. They focus a majority of their menu on chicken hence the name of their place. They are actually known to be closed Sundays because they save that for religious purposes. They also try to stay community based rather than corporate based. This Chic-fil-a is located on Mendocino Avenue right across the street from the Santa Rosa community college as well as Santa Rosa high school so the crowd tends to be a lot of the youth or younger adults. I used to absolutely love their chicken nuggets and waffle fries there. They cooked the chicken well and the waffle fries were crunchy yet soft at the same time. And don’t even get me started on the choices of sauces they have! Even still, I love how many options there are. Now, this last time I went I can compliment the workers. I loved how giving the workers were that evening. Very nice and polite. Continue making your team like this! It definitely helps. As for the food I had the chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich and the chicken was not as crunchy as expected. It was actually quite soft. I also ordered waffle fries and they tasted stale. I ended up liking their chicken noodle soup better than the rest of it. My guest had ordered the chic-fil-A Cool Wrap and it was basically a wrap from the corner grocery store. I don’t know if it’s just this specific one in this city. Either way this time, the place nor the food impressed me. To my Sonoma county people I was personally underwhelmed and I wouldn’t come here again. There are better fast food restaurants with good prices.

Every visit is disappointing. The chicken is small all the time and the quality is garbage and my order has been wrong more than once. Very poor day at Chick-fil-A today. Go to In and Out. After repeating my order back to me a total of 3 times before getting to the window they left part of the order out. They also put items in the same bag as a gluten free order, if you are Celiac go somewhere else to eat. Not worth the price even if they got it right.

This place is always full and they seem to get your orders wrong all the time I ordered a Sprite and I’ve got something different. Lines are always long and the atmosphere is just crazy.

Very very disappointed, ordered chicken strips very dark crispy not sure if they even had meet in between or not lot's of bread crumbs or flour but it was not tasty at all I been to different chick file and never experienced this like today my kid ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the bread was dry and cracked from the top, also was around 730 and they we're cleaning the floors with a big machine sounded like i was in a big commercial building with big machinery i couldn't even hear my kid i think this is the last time I come to this place very disappointed

They forgot my sandwich, found out after I got home I went back no complains just told them nicely. they gave me a cold sandwich and free cookies. I went back told them it was cold he told me to go back in the drive through or inside. I asked the drive thru guy do I give them the sandwich inside he said no I can keep it. Mind you I wasn’t gonna eat it anyways. I go inside he sends me back to get the sandwich which I do, I walk back inside he feels the sandwich like he doesn’t believe me and I’m just tryna get free sandwich like sir I can buy the whole chickfila place. Anyways he offered me a free milkshake or cookies and he was surprised when I said no. Didn’t even say my pleasure when I said thank you 😂

I had a pick up order from doordash they didnt let me pick up from the store unless i remove my car from their parking lot. They want me to park somewhere else (suggested the side laundry parking and street) for their own store order.

Disappointed – Didn’t Get My Free Brownie I placed an order online through the Chick-fil-A app and added the freebie brownie I had a reward for. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order, and everything else was there except the brownie. I even double-checked my receipt, and it was clearly listed. I get that mistakes happen, but part of the reason I ordered was to enjoy the reward I earned. Hoping the location can be more careful in checking the order and honoring rewards moving forward.

This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A we have been too. The floors were dirty, the trash was overflowing, there were big flies inside. There was a table where people left their trash on that no one bothered to clean. I get that it's the customer that should clean up after their mess but if they didn't do it then a worker should clean it as soon as possible. What were the employees doing?? They had no customers ordering so they were just standing behind the counter talking and laughing. We have been to other locations and the employees are cleaning and offering refills. They also didn't have any napkins out so we had to ask to get extra napkins. If they don't care how the area where the customers can see how must the area where customers don't see be?? I'm glad we don't live around here and won't be going back. I do not recommend.

I bought this biscuit in a meal for $10. I’m a normal sized person not Shaq, the patty was the size of three nuggets. I was in a hurry so I ate it but I feel cheated every time I come here now
