Went to five guys for the first time ever about a week ago and it's the best burger place I've ever been to! Service was amazing, the workers are all super friendly and the food was amazing. I could eat these fries all day. Been in rosa for about 2 weeks and I've came back to five guys at least 5 times.

SO GLAD I decided to go to #fiveguys today.. 😁 The texture & flavor of the burger is so satisfying. Food came out fast, and the restaurant was clean. I plan on going a lot more often. Thanks for the great experience. 👍

It's a great, messy burger. Fries and hand cut a bomb, I recommended the Cajun variety.

Burgers and Fries. But this location in Santa Rosa, CA bosted the origin of their Potatoes from Rexberg, Idaho. Burgers, we know what that is about.... I ordered a "Little Fry" but they went HAM on with another big scoop. A little more something to fill me up to satisfaction.

Nothing amazing , standard five guys location. Bread always seems to be falling apart from sauce and grease sogginess. Customer service is decent , they are efficient . Not really enough seats and space to dine in , especially when sharing space with people waiting for to go orders. Saw a child wandering around the kitchen once and behind the counter. Fries come out good every time , but just can’t justify the price for burgers and fries and a drink from this place anymore in today’s economy ..

Cashier guy not friendly, no personality. Environment acustics not friendly for a conversation, very loud. The hamburger is average taste but the fries are better .

It was pricy, the food was ok, they put a bunch of toppings on it that kinda cancel each other out, burger meat is unseasoned and bland .employees seemed undisgruntled.

First time ever eating at Five Guys. I got a "little" cheeseburger and reg fries and a bottle water for $20. Service was ok, but if your comparing to Five guys competitors (in n out and chick fil a) then they are under par. Good came out fast. Presentation was in a brown oiled up bag and cup of fries spilled over in the bag. I am not familiar with their food or menu but "little" cheeseburger usually doesn't mean big cheeseburger. I want to see what the reg burger looks like. Also, the burger had mushrooms in it which surprised me. Doesn't say anywhere that is does come with mushrooms. Buns were soggy. Fries were soggy and salty. In my opinion, this company doesn't compare at all to in n out or chick fil a. I only compare it to these because they have been voted best burger multiple times and I don't see the hype of the burger. The place was dead.

My burger was really hard like the bacon and the bread was hard to chew through and the fries were stale. Super disappointing considering it cost much more than fast food and in this economy it sucks to spend money on something that isn’t good.
