Great family owned business, I work at the non-profit organization across the street from them and they know exactly and what I like. Really casual, easy going atmosphere, free WiFi is always a plus! Plenty of seating
I ordered the Turkish hazelnut latte, a specialty of the house, and that was quite delicious. Be ready to sign for your purchase on a display. I still don't easily notice such payment terminals, which are common in cafes, coffee shops, and bakeries these days.
Love that place and go there all the time for coffee and to meet my friends.
SoCo Coffee has nice vibes, friendly and low-key atmosphere. Coffee there suits me just fine. The baked goods are the best!
Absolutely, the very best Vanilla Frappe (Blended Ice) Coffee Drink I've ever had! Nothing comes close...not even close! And though you need to be patient for them to heat them up...their Breakfast Burrito and Ham & Cheese Croissant are both great! Avoid the evil empire when in Santa Rosa, and GO HERE! PRO TIP: I'm told by very dear friends that the Beans Roasted at SoCo keep there fancy Swiss-made Espresso Machine in top performance EASIER (It has something to do with less "oils" and the high quality of the Roast). Plus, I have often been the beneficiary of the delicious results!
Absolutely obsessed with the Turkish Hazelnut Latte and the White Frost Mocha. I love living so close to this spot 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 everyone who works here is AWESOME
Love this spot! Friendly, chill, chess and Top Soccer games always on. Can't beat it! Drinks are on point and the fresh made Lemonade is refreshing. The owners are great people and the workers are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
Visiting from another city, Soco Coffee was close to the place of my appointment so I dropped in. Very pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff. Good coffee (and on another occasion - excellent smoothie). They let you stay as long as you like accessing the Internet over their WiFi. I'll be back (many times).
Best coffee in town. The business owner is truly a master of the art of coffee making. I cant recommend this place more
Great Cappuccino! Nice pastries and baked goods. Serving up Kenyan for drip coffee. Very nice. Comfortable respite w/ library of books to read or peruse.
I always love meeting at SoCo Coffee. It's a local company, has great teas (and a large selection), friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff, and tables that are far enough apart to have a conversation. They also have a library of books you can read. The room does tend to be warm, but I just dress lightly.
This local coffee shop is fantastic. Their in house recipes keep me coming back. For beverages, their hazelnut latte is my favorite, compared to any other coffee shop. I appreciate their consistency and quickness.
Quiet, elegant, and delicious! Perfect place to study and get a fantastic sandwich! Service is great and the whole atmosphere is lovely. I got their Turkey Panini and loved it!!
Really nice coffee shop to just sit down and chill for a couple of hours. I got a smoothie which was really good. They also serve like a lunch type of menu. The facility was very clean and tidy. I would suggest this coffee shop to anyone.
I love how peaceful it is. The lady cashier is pleasant. It's a nice place to visit on a rainy (or sunny) day. Wi-Fi, good coffee, good food (their falafel wrap is well done and their salads look amazing)...I get a lot of stuff done here :)
I enjoy everything about this place. I drink ice drinks all year round but my favorite drink here so far is the black forest mocha.
Very comfortable. Often quite full but not too loud. Line is usually short and can usually always find a spot to sit. Great selection of yummy pastries and a very tasteful variety of drinks! I enjoy going there because they have lots of creative and delicious drinks besides your average latte and mocha etc.
This place is amazing, great pricing, our coffees were done in like 90 seconds and the food came out shortly after. The avocado toast was perfectly ripe and seasoned, the salted caramel cold brew was heavenly. I'll definitely be coming back
Tasty and varied drink menu. Food looks good, too. Toasted almond latte was yummy. Plentiful and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating options. Has a local vibe. Staff/owners clearly take pride in the venue and it feels good.
Carmel macchiato is nice and sweet, but not to the point of over sweet Staff is very calm and relaxed I will definitely come back and grab a large, maybe an extra four the highway
Great Mediterranean Food style 👍👍👍 place to grab a quick lunch

Very nice spot! I will return.
I was delighted to come into this coffee shop! It's spacious, the decor was very nice, with the walls full of lovely art and the barista was the sweetest, recommending me a drink that instantly became a new favorite. If their friendly service doesn't have you returning, their strong coffee and killer pastries surely will!
The moment we entered SoCo Coffee, I loved it immediately. Great atmosphere, friendly prompt service. I ordered an Americano and a muffin. The muffin was good, The coffee was really outstanding. I usually use half and half, but I am glad I tried it first. Delicious black, we will definitely be back soon. They are adding a Taco Bar soon, can't wait
came in earlier today, told one of the employee's that I have lived here for 13 years and I've only come in once before, love that they have extended their hours, and can't wait to try out a taco! thank you for being so kind and sharing the story of your coffee shop, I will be back for sure and will make it a regular spot!
Super nice owner and great coffee!! I was there catching up with a friend after a few years away and even though they were closed the owner let us stay a little longer while they finished their closing duties. That's the kind of customer service you don't see often anymore so, thank you! The inside seating area is big so even when they're busy it doesn't feel cramped and when the weather is warmer they have a nice patio area as well with lots of plants providing shade, privacy and something pretty to look at.
Coffee is great, my go to the black forest mocha cold highly recommend. Food is delicious as well

Great local coffee shop. There is a nice outdoor area (not in a parking lot) but it faces a busy street, so it can get loud at times. Overall a great place to get coffee.
Great atmosphere. Perfect place to sit and read a book. They even have books there of you happen to be without. The beverages were good and reasonably priced. Good selection of foodstuffs as well. All in all one of the better non-chain coffee shops in Santa Rosa
This place makes good espresso; my latte (small 2 shot) was well made. This might be a good place to meet up with friends. People hanging out, lots of chatter. A neighborhood place (mine anyway)
Really loved the feel of this place. The variety of coffee is customized for folks who like sugar and cream, so not our favorite flavors, but a neat coffee shop all the same.
I only ordered a medium regular coffee to go which I drank on the patio at a table out front. Coffee was good. Service was speedy. The baked goods all looked very tasty although I didn't try any. They didn't give me any flack over having a (kinda big) dog with me. So I like the place. ☺
Stopped by at 11am. Got a large flat white. Very good coffee profile, you can taste the roast, the milk is subdued so it does not overpower the coffee. They do not bother with latte art, which is perfectly acceptable. Instead the focus is on the quality of the drink and not superfluous flourishes. The café was relaxed with plenty of places to sit and relax.
Very cool place to go get tacos and coffee. They’re not the best tacos, but pretty good. They charge $5 a taco, so I’d expect a bit better. Coffees come way too hot, but if you’re not in a rush, check this place out!
We stopped in for coffee, it was very peaceful inside and the service, food and coffee were all great.

I would not normally leave a review for avocado toast but having said that it was seriously that good. Piled high with fresh avocado, spices and salmon. Absolutely delicious! If you are in the area most definitely worth popping in

I went and ordered a ham and cheese croissant sandwich. First, they forgot about my order for 30 minutes. Then, it came a little cold. Still tasted great though, and to be fair, I didn't complain about the second point while I was there.
I discovered SoCo coffee just a few months before moving out of Santa Rosa, and I wish I'd discovered it earlier. It's not the best coffee shop I've been to, but it's one of the better options in Santa Rosa. They are vegan-friendly with soy milk available, wi-fi, and a decent amount of seating. This is a great, no-frills place to hang out and do homework or do a little reading. The staff was also friendly, patient, and willing to rinse out my to-go mug and put the coffee directly into that. This is probably a 3.5 star place, but I'm rounding down because I wasn't blown away by the coffee and the atmosphere is slightly lacking, in my opinion. That doesn't mean it's bad. I'd return, especially if I need a place to just hang out for a bit and I'm in the area.
It's kind of awkward if you don't know the routine. Go in and kinda stand around waiting for a clue when they expect you to know what comes next. Everybody looks at you like you're crazy. Like being a tourist in London and walking into a local pub. Sore thumb time, and nobody wants to help.
Really nice service and clean and inviting setting. However, it was so silent that it felt like I was in a library. Turn up the music and create some ambience. My friend and I felt compeled to whisper. Coffee cafes should be vibrant on a Sundaly at 10 am. Will give it a second try.

It was chaotic to know where to stand, Where to order, And not very friendly. Ordered an attempted to eat a bakery item which was not palatable. Would not go back again
First tried Soco 2018, now 2022 tried again. Knew there was a reason I never came back..ordered Americano, simple drink. Tasted like end of batch of coffee where its too strong, no flavor. Dude was nice but come on, i love strong coffee, drink peets everyday but this was trash. Too many good coffeeshops around to waste time here...
Grungy and run down. It's gotten progressively worse over the years. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is. Not going back.
We had steak tacos, steak quesadillas, Baja tacos, tea and carrot cake. I don’t normally write reviews but the steak was so bad my daughter wouldn’t eat it and we had to ask them to remake it into a cheese quesadilla. The tacos were gross and way over priced. The tea and cake were great and the atmosphere is nice but, man those tacos left me totally disappointed
I asked for decaf iced coffee. The gal said she could make a decaf iced Americano. I said great but without the water (because Americanos are usually too watery). I said I'd add milk. She charged me for a latte but gave me two hot shots, no ice, no milk. I said, okay, just give me a regular iced coffee. There was only half and half out so I asked for some milk to add. She said milk was an extra charge. Apparently if you want to add a splash of half and half to your coffee there's no charge but if you want to add milk, it's extra. When I questioned this she said, "I don't make the rules." The iced coffee was undrinkably weak. The gal disappeared. A man, the owner I guess, agreed to remake my drink but was insulting. ("Don't talk. When you talk, you confuse people" he said to me.) This place is in my neighborhood and has good parking but I doubt I'll go back.

Frustrated a few years ago with unfriendly customer service plus they even didn't have WiFi. This time I called and they have it so I tried it again. When I switched my order from tea to a sparkling water and mentioned I was doing some computer work, a gentleman who seems to be the owner told me that I couldn't stay long if I were spending only $2 there. Is that even a legal thing to do?! He probably deals with a good amount of under-served population wanting to loiter there given where he is, but how rude and non-inclusive!
So, I decided to stop here, as opposed to Starbucks, because my daughter asked for a hot coco. I get in and wait a moment, until given acknowledgement , and then I'm Asked if I have cash, because the machine isn't working . I answer that I do not, and am Offered to wait around to see if they can get the machine working ? To be honest, I was just unhappy about the service , or should I say lack of service. I could be a potential long term customer, but they lost any repeat business from me. The least they could have offered were complimentary drinks, as I had my young child with me, it just would have been a better way to correct an issue that was not mine !
My coffee was just ok. The place was a bit dirty and the bathrooms were not clean.
I ordered a steak burrito that was filled with slimy, wet, discolored lettuce, and what appeared to be a very over priced Taco Bell looking burrito!! I explained that when they were describing what was inside, they didn’t mention lettuce, but they mentioned everything else that I okayed!! so when I said, excuse me, you didn’t mention anything about lettuce she pointed to the menu and said it’s on the menu and I said OK, but you didn’t say that it was in the burrito you said everything else and listed it all by item except for lettuce!! they made me a new one and I purchased the $15 expensive burrito that had supposedly everything in it including barbecue steak. I didn’t find any sour cream, guacamole or steak for that matter and green rice!! flavorless food that’s over priced under portioned with a rude attitude!! Zero stars!!! Flavorless is being kind! Avoid and save your money! Go to fourth Street deli instead!!!
