The best wings I have tasted. Ordered the Crew Pack to go. It came with seasoned fries, Veggie sticks and 3 Sauces. Fries were quite tasty and my favorite was the homemade Ranch sauce. Tried Mild, Barbecue and Hawaiian. I think the Mild was the best tasting. Going back to try Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and maybe Spicy Korean or Original Hot. I ordered in person was told it would take about 15to20 minutes so I went to Starbucks next door. Came back about 20minutes later and they were wrapping it up. So didn't feel too bad of a wait since I was planning on going to Starbucks anyway. But, if you are in a hurry or want your order fast, it's probably best if you order online in the App as it does tend to be busy. Overall enjoyed the wings and sides as they have a fresh, unique and delicious flavor! Enjoyed them at home as we were in the mood for wings! 😋🍗🎇

My order last night was the best wingstop I’ve ever had they did such a good job. I got a 10 piece wing combo with half hot honey rub half Korean Q and I ordered the Cajun corn with Parmesan seasoning on the side and a Coke Zero it was so fire 🔥 ngl I cooked Mac and cheese to go with it 10/10 the Mac and cheese with the Cajun corn and the chicken

I’m hooked. I finally joined the train after like forever and I’m pleased. My order has been correct every time I’ve ordered. I did receive cold fries recently, they aren’t packed well. But outside of that flavors great and again my order is always right.

Much better service than a bad experience I had a few years ago, glad to come back & see a clean place with tasty food and pleasant servers. I miss being able to sit and have a beer while you wait, but maybe in time. Lemon pepper boneless wings especially good; my only real complaint is asking to be charged for extra ranch and still only getting four dips for a 50 pc wings set with veggies & fries. 4 dips is not enough for all that food when it's the best ranch anywhere!

I just ordered once again from here and I ordered traditional wings all flats and they said they don’t know what tradition wings are when I said bone in they proceeded to tell me I wanted bone in original buffalo and I never gave him the sauce what a joke how do you work at a wing place but don’t even know what type of wings there are

I do enjoy the diverse selection of flavors they offer. I usually get garlic parmesan or lemon pepper and then a spicier flavor. HOWEVER. Somewhere, sometime somehow the wing sizes have shrunk astronomically to a chicken nugget size. That wouldn't be such a big deal if the price also dropped to match the size of serving you receive. Perhaps the chickens they source from aren't eating well thus providing less chicken to wing out of. I can only speculate. Bottom line; I went to wingstop for wings, Paid wing prices, but got chicken nuggies instead.

Just picked up dinner. The tenders were obviously burnt but they put them in our order anyway. I live too far to make it worthwhile to take back. I will skip wing stop next time on that side of town.

Came here after work, waited over 30 minutes for an order. After 20 minutes they came back and said they ran out of my kids chicken strips. One customer asked for forks and they told him they were all out. He asked how was he supposed to eat his salad, the girl working the register told him to use a knife. While waiting for my order the young lady working the register used the rest room and later came back and put a out of order sign on the door. Definitely won't be back. When the kid asked me what I wanted to do with the children's chicken strips. I told him you know your portion sizes, make it right and we're cool. Totally got ripped off.

Every single time I call this place I get put on hold for over 10 minutes even when its not a busy day, food is good maybe 4 out of 10 times otherwise its stale or old or half assed, its an easy job if you don't like it get a new one and hire people who actually give a damn

I placed an order of 15 tenders and a sandwich combo after getting home we were missing the sandwich and fries, i called them and they said come back and pick it up so when I got there I told Ana it was a sandwich and fries and she says in spanish that it Said it was fries too and tries to say they gave them to me which they hadnt the only thing I got was my drink. And she supposdly is the manager so rude to try and talk about your customers in a language you dont think they understand

I ordered a pick up to-go order. When I arrived at the store, the guy behind the counter handed me two bags. When we got home, we realized that half our order was missing, about $50 worth. Because we live about 20 minutes from the store and had hungry kids, we went ahead and fed the kids what was there. I tried to call the store immediately to resolve the issue, but there was no answer. I left a voicemail and never heard back. I tried to call again the next day, no answer. I then went to the corporate website and submitted feedback, because I couldn’t find a corporate number to call on the website. A few days later, I was able to go to the store to discuss with someone face-to-face. I explained the situation and while the guy was very polite, he told me he couldn’t prove that I was telling the truth and because I didn’t turn around and come back the same day with the bags, there would be no refund or replacement for the missing items. I understand that people may not tell the truth and try to just get the money back even if they received their items but the fact that they gave me no options and that the store didn’t give us $50 worth of food - that I paid for - is unacceptable. We were once frequent customers, but we will not be returning to this store.

Wingstop , wow! I really wish they allowed no stars. It was very hard to keep calm and collected I won’t lie. But whoever the manager is / and helps make the decision on employees has absolutely no experience in food service. First off how are you eating while cooking my food ???!? 10/17/23 8:30 around 8:30 , I was driving through Santa Rosa and I always avoid stopping in this town for some reason customer service is horrible everywhere!! The environment and culture you carry with your buisness and specially FOOD SERVICE is huge. After ordering , which the cashier she was great she did apologize after but she was also a bit unprofessional . I sat down , when sitting I noticed the big window. So I was just smiling taking a look and for about 5-10 minutes I was getting dirty look from the whole time from two of the young cooks , and they were laughing while eating fries. Plus I seen no gloves on their hands. Mane do better show out better for you company , community and specially the customers you serve. I was beyond uncomfortable and never felt disgusted before in a food place. Kid with tattoo on his neck look like he was ready to do something to my food and tall kid with beard was just giving me CREEPY ENERGY I tried smiling at them giving them some good energy I thought maybe they not use to people looking happy but no MY FOOD WAS being packaged by both and I was being starred at by both of them at the same time. There was a ‘manager’ in the back the whole time I will say he looked once but kept on working and whipping that food up. The manager was focused on getting the orders out, so I can’t be mad at him for not addressing the issue right away. But those two employees have got to go. I will never come back to this Wingstop again and I could just tell you many other customers won’t as well. If those employees don’t go, and customer service doesn’t change.

First time coming here, girl on cash register was nice and helpful but the store was a mess. The staff in the kitchen seemed stressed, annoyed, irritated. My son wanted soda and they were out, I tried telling the staff and I just got ignored. I probably came in on a bad day, but I wasn’t aware the wait time was 45 minutes till after I had paid!
