I stop here everytime i go to Ft.Worth to see my Doctor. Very clean little shop in a service center with fuel etc available from the main store. Its about my half way point and makes a good rest stop after fightjng that traffic. Its very convenient and easy off and back on the interstate. Really like their Black Forest Ham sandwich with so many fresh veggies made right in front of me.....exactly like i want it. The bread is always fresh...free refills on my drink and my togo cup lasts me all the way home.

Subway as my favorite sandwich there it's the meatball marinara. There always fast they're always friendly and regardless of where I go to get my sandwich the bread and everything in it tastes identical which is not normal food chains everyone has just a little bit different of a taste not Subway though their sandwiches are consistently good and they're fresh

I went in about 30 minutes before closing, they were very well stocked, everything was fresh, the 2 ladies were very polite and made an excellent sandwich. The gas station side was the exact opposite.

2/19/2024. Great job on the tuna salad sub with Lays Sour Cream and Onion chips. Great sandwich.

There was a woman named Stephanie that was very helpful and kind. When we got there she was stocking and cleaning up the line she was wonderful and when she created us and made our food it was amazing 😍 will definitely be back

I have no idea how this place stays open. It is always empty when we come but it is great sandwiches with good service. We continue to come here 1-2 times a month.

Usually always get what I order. The other day I ordered extra meet with my meatball sandwich and they gave me the extra meat in a bowl saying they weren't sure what I wanted done with it. 1st total screwup I've ever had with them

Nice place pretty clean the subway was good and the guy running the counter and making sandwiches was very good.

Looked like only one person was working at 7am. The person did not know how to make a morning melt! The receipt has been removed from their training. 😥

This place appeared closed 20 minutes early. The front door was locked. Had to access via the convenient store attached.

The lady was nice but didn't listen to my directions.

The Bread was over cooked, hard and old. I didn't eat the bread only the veggies and meat that were inside of it.😩

I stop by to fuel up on my way back home to California here frequently ..... The subway is ok here ..... I think they could do better with fresher vegetables & more attention to detail over all ..... I hope this gets read by management & doesn't go unheard .....

They are very frequently out of different menu items. Staff doesn’t seem to care about customer service. Not a great experience.

Waited for awhile, didn't get what I asked for, and he didn't apologize or offer to remake it. Flies everywhere.

Stopped yesterday around 10am. Two women working. The bread was a little dry, we all wondered if it was from yesterday. Neither were wearing masks but did have on gloves. I guess they won't infect food with droplets but touching is a tad more dangerous. Palo Pinto County Cocid numbers are high right now. Not wearing a mask behind a food counter is nothing but careless. If this isn't important then what sanitization do you feel isn't necessary with the food when I am not watching. Needless to say, we won't stop here again.

I went into Subway with two of my friends to order a Footlong Subway Club and they had no meat for it. How the hell do you not have meat for your subs? Like jesus you had one job. Worst Subway ever will not be going back.

They say they're open until 9 but the door was locked at 8 33 the employees looked up when I tugged on the locked door and then looked away avoiding eye contact.... when I went in the gas station side no one bother to say they were open or anything. Just refused to serve a paying customer. How disappointing 😞

Usually always good food this time between them dropping my food and the flies all over the place in this one it didn't seem very sanitized employees were literally talking with themselves when they had customers in front of them and didn't seem very coordinated

Don't eat at this subway after lunch if you want a meatball sub, been here 4 times now in the afternoon/evening and they have ALWAYS been out of meatballs.

I went to eat here on a road trip a few hours later I was having extreme vomiting and diarrhea.

Just bought a sandwich and the girl who made my sandwich wasn’t wearing a mask. Actually disgusting considering it’s a state mandate. Asked her why and she shrugged her shoulders. Never eating in this unsanitary disgusting establishment again.

The worst Subway my friend and I have been to. This is a 6 inch sandwich and the worker folded it the wrong way. She didn't know how to make it, and when asked for southwest chipotle and ranch, she put a huge dab of chipotle on one side of the sandwich and running off the bread also. When my friend asked for more on the other side of the sandwich she looked confused. It really isn't hard to make a sandwich. Her attitude didn't help either. Do not stop here. Go to Dairy Queen on the other side of the freeway instead.

This place has erratic hours of operation and seldom are open when I get off the ranch to get dinner, even though the posted hours of operation said they should be open. I came to the store tonight to get 3 hot subways at 7:50 pm. The front door is locked so I walked around. I was instantly informed that they turned off the oven at 7:30 for cleaning even though the Subway is open till 9pm. Just close this location. I have grown accustom to the new chicken express and really don’t need a non dedicated restaurant that is only open whenever the mood strikes them!

The Woman in charge of the subway inside the gas station is hostile. She berates Co workers and customers alike in a very brusque and aggressive way. She needs sensitivity training.

Lazy management new employees bad I don’t get it. I guess people just don’t read the online orders when you send them in. Ask for pepper jack cheese and still get mozzarella. It’s been a year later. Nothing has changed every time I come here.

This may be the worst subway in the history of subways. The sign says they close at 10pm so we walked in at 9:20pm and the lady behind the counter says shes off the clock we would have to wait for someone. So we waited and finally another lady comes out and was very short and rude. She made our sandwiches as fast and nasty as possible. Then when we are checking out I said we are eating here. She said they have already cleaned the dining area and told us to go to the table over across the store. All 3 girls working are very very rude.

Place is filthy. Bread was undercooked. Random employees from gas station making own sandwiches with no ppe and touching food. They need a health inspection asap.
