Mitch is amazing! I’m only here in town for the day but I would come back if I was ever in the area!

We stopped in for the first time this afternoon. They have a nice variety of craft beer on tap. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Very good. Bartenders attentive and the person I think is The owner tries to make sure everyone is satisfied. Make the place last.

great live music, which is not that loud compared to other places where you can't here the person you're talking to already. the staff was nice and the bar looks very clean and organized! If you want to have a drink and feel relaxed, Jay St Pub is a great place

On nights when there’s live music I never leave disappointed. Great laid-back atmosphere, where you really get a hometown feel when you’re in the place. Roomy space for darts and other bar games. Everyone is welcoming when you’re there.

A great neighborhood spot in the Electric City. Great spirit selection and a nice selection of local craft beer on tap. A bar to not be missed in downtown Schenectady. Try the green tea shots!

My wife and I visited the Jay Street Pub while we were at a wedding in Schnectady. What a fantastic place. Mitch has a great place that feels comfortable and inviting. Certainly a place not to be missed. We will be back. Just wish that this bar was in our home area of Prince Edward Island, Canada. Cheers!!

Jay St. Pub is the most underrated bar in Schenectady. The service is great and the owner is awesome. Definitely important to mention that even during COVID I always feel safe coming here!

New.friendly staff I was there for an hour when I discovered my bartender was the owner and only found that out after he walked away and another staffed member states that fact. Anyway drinks were great plus a live band I would check it out whenever you are in the area

Located about a block away from the more hectic downtown bar scene, the Jay St. Pub is able to maintain a welcoming atmosphere thats casual yet fun. With classic bar games like shuffleboard and darts, along with a small stage in the back for live music, this place is great to meet up with old friends so that youre able to have fun, yet still hold a conversation.

No food. I believe they offer to order pizza,etc from next door for you. There may be other nearby options if you want to eat while you have a brew or two. Has a neighborhood bar feel to it. The regulars definitely feel at home.

Listen the bouncer here is feeling himself to much😣 it took me more then 3 minuets to get the bar he was just doing to much I will not come back here. I understand security. But harassing me is crazy!! All the way out the door

Bartender with brunette hair was rude, didn’t listen to orders correctly, then even more rude after the right order was made, gave me limes in my hand to to pair with our tequila and had no salt. When I asked if there were napkins available to lay said hand limes on was offered a bar rag 😳 sat back and watched her roll her eyes at everyone that ordered a drink afterward. But great atmosphere and good music. Bartenders literally make customers want to come back but I’d want to order from this particular one again. She wasn’t pleasant or welcoming at all! Her name was Johnna 👎
