Moe's never disappoints. The food is just so scrumptious that it doesn't matter what meal you order, you'll be satisfied and full. Give Moe's a try, you won't regret it.

Sooo good! One of my favorite places to go every time I go to Schenectady! I would definitely recommend very good food and services!

Fast, clean, available to eat in or take home, and the vegetables to your protein without an extra charge, and lots of various kinds of sauce to go with the Mexican style corn chips with at least five different versions of the sauce from Pleasant to really hot. All the food is at the buffet and you bring it to the table or home rather than having table service. In general the cost to eat there reflects not having to have a waiter going around and bringing the food to you. There are lots of non- alcohol drinks to have but nothing alcohol at this location.

The service was quick and efficient and the food was delicious! I ordered the burrito bowl and the portion was generous. My family also ordered the chicken bacon club Quasadillas and the " all right, all right, all right" nachos.

Staff were friendly and food was hot and fresh. The Guacamole is good. I like that they offer tofu and quinoa, I’m not a meat eater. So many options On Veggies. Somewhat pricy

Tofu bowl was excellent! Tasty veggies to top off rice, beans and tofu. Several salsas and free chips. Can't ask for anything better. Go and enjoy.

Can get a little pricey but there's not a bad thing I can say. Foods good employees always seem happy and are always friendly.

Steak burrito has generous portion of meat, the salsa bar is a nice supplement to the burrito and chips. Wide selection of fountain drinks. Service is attentive and friendly.

I had never eaten at a Moe's prior to this experience. They greeted us as we walked in the door and kept us engaged in conversation the entire time we waited in line. The gentleman making our food was new and the interaction between him and his trainer was refreshing. They all made such a great team AND great food! We will be back!

The food tastes amazing. It's a easy run in and grab a quick, casual bit to eat with some friends. The place is feels very open so it's not cramped at call. The only problem is that you have about a 50/50 chance of you chips being stale or not.

We've ordered pickup and delivery from this location. Always great food and accurate every time. The only downside is how expensive it is, but I know that's not the fault of the store

Always a favorite of mine, and a classic ahead of its time. Made burrito bowls before burrito bowls were cool and trendy. So delicious and love the adobo chicken!! I find it to be more flavorful and have better queso than chipotle as well

My meals were ready at the exact time specified and everything was hot and made exactly as we indicated in our order. This is a well run friendly Moes. Service is generally fast and with a smile. The menu doesn't vary much which is good if you like the "if it's not broken don't fix it" mentality. The location is quick to get in and out and easy to spot from Rt. 7.

The food was good as usual but it would be nice if someone would come out and clean the tables, booths and chairs. The floor was a mess in the dining room. Make the place look clean- especially during the times we are in.

Moe's is one of my favorite places to get a good meal while I'm on the road. The food is always good, service is generally good. I like the food and can't complain about the service over the past couple of years.

Moes always has great food, the team are always smiling and seem pleasant. The staff always let you know if items will add an additional charge. Would recommend Moes for family dinners,and casual hang outs.

Some days are better than others. Sometimes the line is a mess where all the food is and doesn't look too appetizing, but it is tasty for the most part. Sometimes online orders are messed up, but I love the stack so I'll be back lol.

They have good food and very friendly staff, but the staff is not very knowledgeable on what is in the food. I have an allergy, and when I asked if it was in certain foods, it took what I believed to be the manager coming out and actually looking it up. But otherwise, great service!

I usually get a bowl. The portions are good and the food tastes good as well . You will not leave this place hungry. The only down side is the price. If you're looking for cheap fast food this is not the place to go. However, the food quality does justify the price.

The staffs are nice and the restaurant is clean. Pricing is reasonable, It was around $10.70 for this bowl. They give you good portion and the food is filling. However, it’s very bland. I definitely prefer chipotle over this without a question because chipotle has more flavor/seasoning in their food. Moes seems to have a few more things that you can add to your bowl though, cucumbers, jalapeños and cilantro. I would recommend if you’re looking for something affordable and filling.

Moe's Southwest Grill is pretty good. I much preferred the taco over the bowl that I tried. With a drink you're looking at about $13 a person, depending on what you order. If you're a Chipotle fan, the two are much less similar than one might think. Chipotle has better flavors, IMO.

Portions were big. We ordered 3 different bowls. Chicken, beef, and steak. The steak was a little tasteless, the chicken was so so, and the ground beef was the best out of the 3.

I usually have a great experience at Moes on Altamonte Ave this time it was incredibly busy and the staff must of gotten my order mixed up with the woman In front of me in line. My brothers bowl which had steak in it when I arrived home he had no steak in his bowl. I understand mistakes happen but it's the employees job there to keep track of the orders and keep track of what they are doing.

I have been to other Moe's. This will not be my favorite. I went at 6:45 pm on a Wednesday. Not busy at all. There wasn't a smile among any of them. My husband likes things spicy, so I asked for their suggestions of all the options. I got shoulder shrugs. Not a friendly vibe.

Food was fine but staff was unprofessional. I asked two different employees for a side of pinto beans and didn’t get any. They should be more focused on the customers and less focused on joking around with each other.

I didn’t get a welcome to Moe’s. The guy behind me did and the guy in front of me did must be I need to wearing a suit because the guy in front of me and the guy behind me both did also asked them if it was for here or to go and if they wanted chips, I didn’t get either actually had to ask for them gave the other two guys a decent bag of chips he barely gave me a scoop, pitiful service

This Moe's has the standard options for food and nice staff. However, we ordered 2 quesadillas and they were on the grill a LONG time... We had to ask for them so they wouldn't burn! Maybe it was just a moment in time, a shift change, or general confusion. Overall, good experience.

If you watch the servers create your meal they skimp on most everything including the protein. The seating area is always very dirty. Service is fast.

Really just a meh experience. Food did not come out piping hot like I expected. Why am I biting into a quesadilla that’s luke warm when it was just on the grill? Probably rushing and not cooking long enough. Idk I feel like moes use to be at chipotle level but now it seems not far above Taco Bell. I would be surprised if this location survives another year. Management needs to step in and make sure company standards are being followed. Also really expensive…I know everything is now a days but $30+ for 2 quesadillas? I should’ve just made them at home.

Poor management? Too much traffic for too few employees? Interior was a mess. Garbage overflowing. Scraps on tables. Oily floor. Then order delayed. Order found to be missing requested 2 salsa cups. Missing queso at extra cost. Ingredients missing in burrito. Poorly wrapped. Can't do this Moe's location for a year or more. Sad.

I've doordashed from here 3 times now and they never put the salsa in the bag for the chips. Super annoying and lack of attention to detail

The food is okay, nothing spectacular, but the value is way down. Their quesadilla is actually half a quesadilla. And $2.49 for a tablespoon of queso seems excessive. I think I'll stick with Chipotle from now on.

Food is never ready for pick up here. Have had missing items a few times as well. There food is actually pretty good but I noticed I usually feel a little sick after eating from here. Chipotle is definitely a better option in my opinion.

In addition to the place being filthy (crumbs from days/weeks ago in the booth cushions, floor sticky, iced tea containers dirty), the customer service was not great. My husband ordered something off of the menu and wanted to slightly customize it (just add rice and onions) and was told no very rudely and when we realized we forgot my son's cookie, my husband went back to get it, it was thrown at him. As expensive as this place is for food (3 people, a kids taco meal, a kids quesadilla meal, a chicken club quesadilla and a bowl of queso= $40.00 for fast food???) it was not in any way shape or form worth it. Highly recommend avoiding this particular location. If they keep the dining room that dirty, I fear for the food safety.

Just putting this here for anyone who is considering ordering online and going to pick up…last night my husband and I were there and while waiting to order, we saw a staff member make burritos for an online order/door dash etc. but the staff member was NOT wearing gloves, he rolled the burritos as well with no gloves. I did email corporate about it, but who knows what they’ll do, I’m not looking for anything, but someone needs to be made aware. This Moes location has definitely gone down hill, our bowls were made so sloppy/without a care in the world. Not really sure what’s going on, used to have great experiences there.

I like Moe's as a restaurant quite a bit. Avoid this location. My pickup orders have repeatedly not been ready by the pickup time and I've needed to wait 15-30 min for them. They do appear to be properly staffed to handle the number of customers they get. Currently, I'm only returning because of my more patient half's pregnancy cravings.

How does eating a charcoal burrito sound to you ? How about a charcoal salad ? That's what my wife and I had. Either the beans or the rice was charred to a crisp and they salvaged the rest that looked OK to serve the masses. Maybe they'll just think, as I did while eating the majority of my food, that it's a new smoked flavoring. OK, so someone made a mistake. While still burping charcoal, I wrote corporate, who relayed my message to the district manager. The DM apologizes and insists they have got it right now so we can come back. As an incentive to return, the DM asks if we are members of the Moe's rewards club so he can give some extra bonus points. Nope, NOT my wife or am I, are reward members. I wrote back with an email to tell the DM , we were not reward members and that was the end of discussion. So.....tainted food from the servers and a basic insult from the District Manager at Moe's. Yell "Welcome to Moe's" all you want at the door, but your charcoal tainted food and insulting management are two strong strikes that do not resonate that welcome.

We’ve tried this location many, many times and they have messed up our order at least 5 times. We always give them chances because people make mistakes, but this was just too much. We will not be going back.

Had a taste for a burrito bowl went to Moe’s yesterday.... this guy starts fixing my burrito bowls .... has his mask hanging off his face sneezed and kept right and on fixing my food. I spoke to whom am to presume was a Mgr they did absolutely nothing and I walked out! Please people in the midst of this pandemic when restaurant establishments are closing left and right.... make these restaurants accountable and responsible.....especially if yr patronizing their restaurant and you don’t have to! P.s. ooh and by the way he laughed aftr he sneezed all over my food! Ooh and this was the Moe’s on Altamont Avenue in Schenectady NY.... I now go to Moe’s in Clifton park NY or Glenmont NY!!!

Honestly do not know how they are still in business in this area. They are so stingy on the meat and then charge extra 2 dollars for a half scoop of meat.... bombers and casa real are so close in distance and food is 10 time as good. On top of that the service is always below average ....would have given 0 stars if that was a option

The food was sloppily put together, the service was not good, borderline rude and I ended up getting sick after eating there. So did my nephew and his friend. DO NOT GO HERE, drive to Central Ave in Albany for a better experience.

Absolutely disgusting and totally disappointing. I ordered an earmuff bowl with chicken and steak, every piece of steak or whatever substance it was, is hard and chewy and no matter how much I chewed it, the meat wouldn’t break up, there are actually strings of meat together with fat, this place is usually good, I order this every time. I saved the meat just in case I get sick or food poisoning, I sent a picture on top of the Moes lid, definitely sending a formal complaint to Corporate office, also when we opened the nachos it was mostly crumbs, do not get the steak meat here!!’ Must be under poor management now or a sick joke.

Mobile ordered food at 7:26pm then got food around 7:45 but order was wrong. They substituted my steak for ground beef without notifying me first or telling me when they gave me my food. I ask for my food to be remade and thats when they told me they were out of steak so I got chicken instead. They served a family of 6+ and 2 other customers before remaking mine. As my food was coming off the grill, the employee dropped my food on the floor so it had to be remade again. I didn't get to eat my food until 8:21pm. Almost an hour after first ordered. Got free queso and chips to compensate for food mess up and long wait.

Waited in line while the employees made orders to go and for door dash while people were coming in waiting in line. After finally being waited on only one type of rice available. Ordered queso on the side and paid for it. Get home and the queso not in the bag. This isn’t the first time. Salsa bar almost empty with very little selection. Hot sauce tastes like water. This will be the last time we go there we will drive the extra way to Chipotle where the actual customers in the restaurant are a priority over the door dash orders. If you can’t hire enough people to have customers satisfied in store then maybe you shouldn’t fill deliveries

Have tried ordering online multiple times and not once has my order been right. They have forgotten burritos TWICE, forgotten toppings on nachos, and have gave me the wrong burrito. They need to stop rolling joints and start rolling better burritos.

Worst customer service. Manager refused to get on the phone to talk to me to refund my money. They sent 1 stack completely wrong and 3 others had zero jalapenos that was ordered. And they tried to make me have to call door dash back as if it was there fault which it was not. They never asked what which order was messed up to even attempt to fix the problem. Their excuse was they were busy but to not resurrect the issue is completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered food from this location and only had issues. First I got a 30 minute delayed combined order and when the food finally came 3 of the 5 ordered were missing. After calling, and asking for refunds all I got was one extra queso. This isn't the first issue I've had at this location as I've eaten in store twice and both times my ordered were messed up. I would not recommend this location unless it's your final option. Absolutely terrible service

I got a delivery from this moes and they delivered the wrong order. I called them to get a refund and they said that everyone had gone home (at 7:30 in the evening). They took my information down but never called me back. I called the next day....same thing. I called again the day after..."oh the manager is the only one who can do that and they don't work except for fridays". I called a fourth time and they still haven't refunded the order. I'm pretty sure that the manager is ducking my calls at this point. Over $50. Very weird.

I figured with it being an early weekend it would be busy, did online pickup. Suppose to be ready at 7:59 at the Altamont location Ordered 2 homewrecker bowls. Went Inside at 8:10, it's now 8:20pm and it's not ready yet. Is there one person doing online orders? Very unorganized. There were also people before me still waiting while people in line were getting their food first.

First time getting food at this location and instant regret. Got steak in both of my bowls and it is extremely salty to the point where it’s not edible even mixed in with the rest of the food. Contacted restaurant to let them know and the manager’s response was” well if it’s just “salty” we can’t do refunds. Mind you; I didn’t call for a refund. I can go thru that process thru the delivery app if I wanted. Not worth the hassle. If you want MOE’s get from another location. I’ve had from the Latham location several times and it’s always good.

The amount of queso that comes with the nachos has been downsized drastically. I have no reason to visit moes again, as the large queso was the primary reason I get moes food.

Walking into the Moe's on 1400 Altamont Ave there is a very strong sewer smell .No smell inside. Food- They have removed pork , mushrooms, cooked green peppers, the quality has spiraled downwards. Sad now it's not much better then a Taco bell 🔔.We won't be going back . Lunch time and there were 25 empty tables . Management should open there eyes up and make improvements ASAP. Good bye Moe's.

The service has drastically gone downhill. Customers are no longer greeted with a cheery “Welcome to Moes!” We weren’t even acknowledged at all after standing in front of the counter for 10 minutes. They didn’t ask if our order was completed just put the lid on our bowl and pushed it down the line. Zero communication between the line workers they were unsure of what was actually in our order and they were oblivious down at the register and tried giving us things that we didn’t order or pay for. When we had an issue with a coupon at the register instead of asking someone else how to put it in they just simply said we can’t do that today. From start to finish just lackluster customer service and very disappointing from how the place used to be run.

As a long time Moe's customer who has gone to this location for many years, I was truly shocked by how far this location has fallen. Truly terrible customer service with rude staff, no "Welcome to Moe's" on entering, out of queso and salsa was not refilled, barely giving any chips, and beyond overflowing garbages is just some of what I experienced. I have worked fast food before (also making $5/hr less for the same work) and understand being busy causing longer time in line and that being stressful, but to also be extremely rude to customers is unacceptable. I never complain or cause issues I just expect a certain base level of kindness and service. Pretty much every other customer received the same attitude and service that was in the location.

Super rude lady. I asked for extra meat. She wouldn’t even sell it as an extra item. Refused to customize the bowl. She said she can only serve it as it comes. She said she was waiting for a promotion to a higher position so she was doing everything by the book. Damn shame

I come here pretty often and I know a lot of the employees who work there. Normally my food's pretty great but as of the last 10 times I've been there with all the new employees everything has turned to garbage. Whether it is their poor attitude or poorly manufacturing their products because you know they don't want to be there. I used to tip the staff a 5 or a 10 because they were good, I won't give them $0.50 now because of how poor this place is and how bad it has gone downhill. If I were you go to the one in Clifton Park or the one on Central Ave the 5-minute Extra Drive is worth not having terrible employees get your stuff wrong then give you attitude when you want them to fix it.

We just went in to get dinner half way thru our road trip. 2 people in line before us. No biggie. They get done. Our turn. Puts half a scoop of steak on my homewrecker and puts it aside to wait for the next guy to put the toppings on. Meanwhile wife and kids meals aren't done at all. 3 employees all working take out and organizing instead of helping us. So we left. Worst customer service ever.

The food was not all that great it was missing a lot of seasoning. There should be more meat options than just adobo chicken and over pepper ground beef because there was no flavor on just about anything the only thing was actually really good taste was the the guacamole others may say that the steak was delicious but it was not all that great but the food was really not all it's cracked up to be other than the guacamole and the chips were great, no sauce was given and supposed spicy sauces were either too sweet or very bland you guys need to figure out what flavors you can use but always remember salt is always a good flavor you can use that will actually give someone satisfying feeling when it comes to your food. I'd rather go back to Chipotle's.... Next time use Sazon Goya or pronounced by Some people "Susan Go Yah".

bad management. this place will be out of business in a few years for sure. it has drastically gone downhill over the years. they’re always messing up online orders, employees don’t know how to portion, and overall ghetto/dirty environment. the guy making my food looked like his gloves were on for hours without changing them. they were all ripped and his bare fingers were touching my food (he didn’t even notice) gross... any time i’ve gotten food here it’s always never worth the money i spent. save your money or go else where.

I ordered through DoorDash and when I got my order there were tomatoes on my food and im allergic to tomatoes. If I wouldn’t allergic I would have just eaten around them. I know I didn’t select them

Ordered online, apparently reading is a real problem with the employees. Missing ingredients, ingredients that weren't supposed to be present were added. May if you order in person they will be able to get it right. The food tastes good, just wasn't made right.

I mean, let's be honest with ourselves right? This is a chain restaurant with decent standards. This particular location is clean with good service and good employees, but at the end of the day, there are plenty of other local restaurants that you could support that would provide you a better product and a better taste.

The last time I went here was for a Moe's Monday. I ordered a homewrecker as I always do, I always get half steak, half chicken. The last time I was there, I was told that I would be charged double meat because of it (after it was made) but it wasn't even a half a scoop of the meats. Food wasn't even good. So dry and old tasting. Then the free chips they gave me? 8 chips. Don't offer something for free if you don't actually want to give it out. So not worth it. Costs more, get less, just like everything else. Will never go there again!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at the most. They were telling customers their grill wasn’t working and that nothing could be made on the grill so pretty much only burritos or salad and they only had steak or ground beef. Their grill wasn’t broken. They were cleaning it early at 7 o’clock when they close at 10 PM. The soda machine was out of ice. They were out of the mild salsa. This moes was the worst quality I’ve had.

Went for an interview and had a meal Entire staff behind the table gave me a dirty look while making my food after I waited over thirty minutes maybe an hour for an interview. Then staff is talking badly about customers... Food sloppily thrown bare inside of bag with aluminum foil not even covering the stacker so it's coming out spilling everywhere as i pulled it out. Why are you angry at me or anyone else when we the customers are why you have a job and you had one customer per ten minutes? 10/14/24 4/24/25 Went in to grab a quick bite to eat Half scoops of vegetarian items? 3/4 scoop of the steak that already cost $2 extra then 10 tiny little pieces(about ahalf scoop, not consistent at all) in the second scoop asked for that would've cost a couple extra too. Dude makes a totally fine human accidental mistake by ripping tortilla slightly and then proceeds to dump the whole taco dropping bits of everywhere instead of just wrapping it with a second and throwing it on the flattop like a trained employee. Lost about $3-4 worth of food as he transferred tortillas so I just left and got pizza. No way am I gonna pay that much money for Moe's when your people are treating our food with so much disrespect. I went and got a $40 pizza after, it's not about the price. It's about he worst customer service I've ever seen in a restaurant. My grandmother got food poisoning whenever she came here and I never believed her this place was bad but it is pretty bad. I miss Menchies.

This used to be my favorite Moe's, but something has recently changed as the quality of the food is now the worst one in the area. Our $5 "Chili Crisp Chicken Crunchy Taco" was just a soggy soft taco with 3 pieces of chicken and some cheese. Our $15 stack was just filled with rice and some jalapeños and missing the gauc. I've had better food at the hospital. Not sure if their management has changed, but hopefully they change back soon!

Overtly expensive and severely disappointing! Can't wait for robots to take over these fast food jobs! 7 pieces of steak In a stack that was supposed to come with extra steak. A bowl of queso and half a cup of queso dumped in a bag of chips which blew out and went everywhere when the plastic delivery bag was opened. Missing salsas, sauces for a burrito bowl. It's not like they missed a salsa or napkins! They just stole our money and gave us half the food. The franchise owner and management should be ashamed of themselves!

I don’t know where to start. They have a big bowl but the quantity is so less. Not adding more stuff. The small lady feels like she wanted to go home and because we came she couldn’t go home. They gave chips at no cost but like 2-4 chips in bag. Very rough service. Quantity is so less. Spend like $35 but get food so lesss…..

I have always been Moe's customer especially at this one. Terrible customer service with snotty staff, no "Welcome to Moes” , messing up orders, slick comments, at one point the girl in the front had threw my queso in the bag and it spilt everywhere. I understand being busy causes longer wait time but it’s all in how you make it, to be rude to customers is unacceptable. I never write reviews, I just expected a phenomenal service like I normally get. I will not be coming back to this moes! Every customer got the same amount of rudeness! It is not expectable. My fiancé couldn’t even eat his food because they put someone else’s order in it.
