First time and we really enjoyed. Great service, food was delicious, very nice decor, etc. Perfect for special occasion. We be back ...
Food was really great!! Service was great and restaurant was clean. We ordered 3 course meal option and had beef and broccoli, firecracker shrimp, honey chicken, and chicken pad tai. Chicken lettuce wraps, dumplings, and edamame. Everything was really good. The rice was the only thing I could say needed to be addressed. It came out dry and almost like it had been sitting too long.
This was just outstanding. Best food since months and very nice stuff. Highly recommend!
Tasty late night meal with quick and attentive bar service. The chicken lettuce wraps remain one of the best appetizers ever created. P.F. Chang’s lettuce wraps are often mimicked but never duplicated. The lettuce wraps came with fresh, crisp big pieces of cold lettuce along with an overly-generous portion of fillings. This appetizer could serve as a meal itself and did not disappoint. The entree was Chiang’s spicy chicken. This dish varies in consistency and quality from franchise to preparer. This spicy chicken dish was superb on this occasion. The chicken was served hot and cooked perfectly, tender, juicy, and flavorful throughout. The sauce proportion was spot on. Served with a large portion of white rice. This was a top quality meal from the beginning through the end. The bartender was attentive and gave us first rate, friendly, and professional service.
I have been a regular at this location since 2021. While the service may differ from time to time, the food never fails to leave me satisfied. My most recent visit was truly remarkable even though I noticed the plating and the portions, have changed. I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience. consistency is key.
Spreading the word about PF Chang’s awesome Happy Hour! It’s all day, everyday, with $5 margaritas and $10 appetizers. The relaxed vibe on the patio makes this place the perfect post-work treat.
Went for dinner with my mother while we are on holidays. Busy on a Friday night, but the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the steamed shrimp dumplings and the pear mojito. Good experience.
Friendly staff and consistent food. No one can beat PF Changs lettuce wraps or Mongolian beef. Bartenders are great.
Went in to PF Chang’s with a group of friends late night , and the atmosphere was night , lots of seating and the staff was incredibly welcoming and had smiles on there faces. Overall experience was great. And stayed till they closed and they did not kick us out. Let us finish our conversation 👍🏼
Chang's is a place visited on special occasions. It's a reason I don't frequent the restaurant often. Food is good to exceptional. Specialty drinks are excellent. I recommend the cucumber lemonade. My favorite dish is the Ma Po Tofu: spicy broccoli with tofu. Chang's offers gluten free items to accommodate people with celiac disease. Evening are usually very busy; even more on the weekend.
Service was attentive and on point. Fantastic food. Unbeatable happy hour. Top tier staff. Eliana is who you want as the bartender. 10/10 will dine in again!
The bartender we she was awesome, drinks were on point and our drinks were never empty before she asked if we wanted another. Food was great and enjoyed this PF Chang's.
Kai was the best server ever! Extra knowledgeable about the menu! So awesome! Stayed in touch with us coming by to see if we needed anything on a regular basis. The food was amazing! So good! One of the best experiences dining out
My experience is always wonderful here. Someone with a background in hospitality, I can truly appreciate the level of service and connection. Tammy and Becca always take great care of me and the O.P. Matt G always takes great care as well. Big thank you to the team here. Love the ambience And the vibe not to mention, the food is always on point and delicious.
The food is delicious and the service was great! Our server Andrew was very attentive and helpful. Always a great spot to celebrate family birthdays. 🎂
good food and nice lunch specials. my wife, her sister and me were served by Chris for lunch. he is a great waiter very efficient and very friendly. made our lunch a pleasure. thanks Chris!!
Kai was super warm and friendly! The manager on duty today was also very engaging as well as helpful with boxing up our orders. Lunch specials we ordered were really yummy too!
The food was amazing, so many different options to choose from and large servings. Our waitress was Kai and she did a fabulous job and went above and beyond to care for our table. Great overall experience
I like the dim delights and the relative quiet. The food is delicious. I especially like them barbecue ribs. I have been to p.f Chang many times, and I plan to go again soon.
Zach: was amazing! Very attentive constantly checking with us and refilling our drinks. Both the service and food were exceptional! We will be back!
> Great lunch service with friendly, attentive staff and a menu that offered impressive variety—even including lunch specials on a holiday! We had a reservation for our party of 5 plus a toddler, but didn’t really need it—we were seated promptly. Our server was fantastic—personable and quick to check in without hovering. The food came out hot, fresh, and well-paced. Overall, a great place for a relaxed lunch with family. The Father's Day crowd didn’t slow them down, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. Would definitely return and recommend—especially for a casual upscale lunch.
The food and service were great. Sharday, Server, and Gina, Manager, were extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend visiting P.F. Chang’s.
We got Kai for our server :) we absolutely 💯 LOVE her !!! She is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind ,will definitely be back and have her serve us again, such a beautiful spirit 💖 thank you so much Kai !!!
Glad to see that PF Chang's has reduced prices and added items that used to be on the menu and then removed back on the menu. Also, the drink prices are more reasonable. Tami, mixologist, I have known for a few years is a professional and a pleasure to be around . Besides the food and drinks, Tami makes a dining experience special.
My husband and I were looking at a place for a meeting. We decided to back to the place of our first date. With prices going up, we were pleasantly surprised with the price. The food was great, exactly how I remembered. Daniel was a great host. The cocktails were on point.
Bravo To The Entire Team! Hostess: Danielle, Servers: Ayan [She Did A GR8 Job With Our Orders (Including My A Celiac\Gluten Free Needs) & Allen]...Ty To All The Chefs. I Am A Celiac. P.F. Chang's Always Carefully Prepares My Order. I Have Never An Issue. We Also Had A Nice Conversation With The Mgr. Dave. We Will Be Back Soon...
The service was absolutely awesome! Tammy's actually the best bartender of any restaurant that I have been in in a very, very long time!! The food was great so glad we they brought back the garlic noodles. We've actually been missing from P.F. Chang's for years because of the lack of garlic noodles!! If only they would bring back the eggplant!!!!
I took my kid to this place because he had read about Chinese food in a book. While this is not a place for authentic Chinese food, they serve hot tea and that's why we picked it. The server was so great answering the little ones questions and listening to him telling stories about the origin of chopstick. We had a great experience.
Food was good quality and flavor. Good value on the wines. Great mood lighting. Sharday was sweet but made us wait a bit longer at each step than I wanted. Bathrooms filthy and stupid trash cans should have open tops as everyone just threw paper on the lids.
Been a while since I had been to P.F. Changs but they were flooding my Facebook page with ads and it did look great. First, you are paying more than an average Chinese restaurant and, as such, would expect a little better. The menus were worn and filthy. The service was great. Our waiter Pete was everything you would expect. I had the Mongolian Beef Bowl with fried rice, delicious. The wife had the Orange Chicken Bowl with fried rice, not as good as the beef but still really good. Also has the hot and sour soup. It was tasty but a little thicker than most. Love the location, will be back.
The revamped menu at PF Chang's does not disappoint. The lunch specials are delicious and affordable. The chef's special is great for a group of 2
Friendly staff and well cleaned restaurant. Waited about 5 minutes to be seated during lunch hour. Ordered the Pork Egg Rolls for my appetizer and the Honey Chicken as my entrée. Food was served hot and came out fast.
I'm glad to see the food has improved, but unfortunately, the portion of Mongolian beef was miniscule for over $20. The crispy honey chicken was good, and the portion was more appropriate for the cost. Might be back also drinks were decent tasting but weak amount of alcohol for the price. If you want to stay profitable, I get it, but sacrificing quality and quantity won't get you repeat business. It was 6 years since our last visit when food was awful, and we are local residents. Coconut mojito was good tasting but lacked alcohol and margarita didn't come close to local standards. So don't order drinks waste of money.
Sun might be setting on pfc. Pretty empty space. Staff look like and act like they wish they were somewhere else. Food was okay. Honestly, no better than the frozen Chang's in your grocery store's freezer. Step it up folks. Innovative.
I hadn't been to P.F. Chang's in quite a while, but I saw their lunch special advertised and decided to stop in and give it a try. The restaurant itself looks great as the ambiance is still really nice. Unfortunately, the positive experience stopped there. I ordered the Mongolian Beef, and while the flavor was good, the dish was topped with a ridiculous amount of green onions. It truly felt like they were there just to hide the fact that there was very little actual beef protein underneath. I was left hungry because the portion of meat was so skimpy compared to the mountain of garnish. The service, or lack thereof, was equally disappointing. After we were served the lunch special and water, our server was practically non-existent. We were essentially left alone to the point where we had to walk over to another table to grab a napkin because no one was checking on us. While the food tasted good initially, the combination of the deceptive portion size and the very poor service means I definitely left hungry and won't be rushing back for the lunch special. It's a shame that such a nice-looking place provides such a poor dining experience.
PF Shang's restaurant in N Scottsdale has great staff and a pleasant ambiance, but unfortunately, the food needs some help. The lettuce for the wraps was poorly cut, which is a basic mistake for a chef. The Mongolian Beef was not exciting . However, the drinks were good and almost made up for it and the bartender Lindsey was great! Overall, while PF Shang's could use some improvement, it's still worth checking out for a drink or two.
I suppose it can be sort of a normal thing for stir fries to be sweet. I'm not talking about the obviously sweet ones. I mean just like straight ahead stir fries, like a Buddha's Feast for example. It's not like they use a lot but, for me, any amount of sweetness is offensive. Keeps me from wanting to come back to this place. Hey, the spring rolls were wonderful!
What a bummer. I hadn't been to P.F. Chang's in a long time but I always remembered it being really good. I'm not sure what happened because my experience was not how I remember it being. The spring rolls tasted so strange. The egg drop soup was pretty bland and disappointing. Even the lettuce chicken wraps were lacking. Our waitress messed up a few things on our order, although she did get them fixed, it overall was just not a great experience. With the overwhelming amount of great dining options we have in the area, I can't see myself choosing to return here.
We ordered the Mongolian beef, spring rolls, chicken lettuce wraps and pot stickers. We were regulars at several PF Changs. Our order was literally inedible, beef tasted like old fish, I don't have a clue what they did to the lettuce wraps but we couldn't eat them either. And the pot stickers again I don't know what they did but again inedible...
Service and atmosphere is amazing. Restaurant is beautiful. Location is terrific. However, the food - the main attraction- is about as bad as Chinese food court offerings: highly processed and coated, unhealthy with MSG and other unknown additives, and generally not palatable for those accustomed to simple ingredients. We thought we would give it try, but that will be our last time to ever visit a P.F. Chang restaurant. We went home hungry and disposed of leftovers.
The food used to be really good. Many of the items that were favorites have been taken off the menu. The recipe for the chicken lettuce wraps is gross now. The kung pao chicken was also gross. Everything tastes like cheap Chinese take out. Something is definitely different and not is a good way!
PF Chang’s is normally one of my favorite treats! However, I took my boyfriend here for his first time yesterday and we didn’t have the best experience. The service was good and it wasn’t very busy in the restaurant, but his meal was lacking. I got the Mongolian beef and it was delicious, but he got Spicy Orange Chicken and it was super mushy. We were both expecting it to be a bit crispier, but it seemed like it was not fresh. I swapped with him because I have ordered the orange chicken before and it is another one of my favorites becuase of the sauce. But fast forward 24 hours we are both incredibly sick. I do usually love this place but I’m very disappointed.
I used to love regularly eating at chang's or getting takeout etc. So as a surprise a family member sent me an order of Mongolia beef, lettuce wraps & a spicy chicken order. Imagine my dismay when what I received appeared to be from a children’s menu. Certainly not a standard adult meal. The portions were minuscule at best, considering this was delivered at nearly 3:30p I am not sure if this was dinner or lunch, but the portions for everything didn’t seem worth what my family likely spent. I didnt include lettuce wrap images as I ate those rather quickly but like other complaints they were not substantial at all…
I used to be a regular here, get lunch AND dinner almost twice a week, this last experience on Sep. 26 2024 was horrible, they mixed my kids sides, the broccoli and their fruit, they used to separate the fruit in a seperate cup. Also the rice used to be filled now it's only half way, which they didnt like as they like to mix the rice with the sweet and sour chicken and even the chicken didn't look fried all the way. Just horrible. Everything used to be soooo good/well done, idk what happened.
Disappointed. Had the feast for 2 at pickup. My Mongolian beef portion was skimpy and didn't even cover the bottom of the container. Beef was dry and hardly any sauce on the entree. Egg roll was too well done for my taste and hot and sour soup was thick and odd tasting. Hoped his chicken lo mein was better, but it was super dry and had very little chicken. Wish I had gone elsewhere. Update - he threw up all his lo mein in the middle of the night. AVOID!
Ordered their dinner special for the second time last night. Instead of the typical portion size we each received 6 bite size pieces of chicken over about 1 Cup of rice and half the soup we normally get. Not sure if this restaurant is struggling or if this is a larger directive for PF Chang’s, we won’t be returning either way.
We both I got the egg drop soup and it has zero flavor and under salted, and couldn't even finish it after 1:00. I got them Mongolian beef and it was overcooked and burnt. Super small portions. Left still hungry. Had way better meals for half the price.
I have not been to a PF CHANGS in 7 years and now I know why. The food is AWFUL. The PF Changs is better at your local grocery store compared to what I received at the restaurant. Panda Express and your local Chinese food is 100x better. The Mongolian beef tasted like beef jerky. The meat was dry and tough. The chicken and broccoli was water down. The egg drop soup had no taste. The portion sizes are ridiculous. You will pay $21.00-$25.00 for an entree and the portion you will receive is laughable. I will pay $15.00-$16.00 at your local Chinese restaurant and you will receive a huge quart of food that will feed you for the next day and the food tastes FRESH. I don’t mind spending more for FRESH QUALITY food but you won’t receive that at PF CHANGS. Trust me. Save your money and go some place else to eat.
Wow! Made reservation, got there claimed we didn’t request a booth, had to pull up open table to show we did. Was seated, in a table full of rice and food stuck in chairs and all over floor. After appetizers came never saw the waiter again . No dishes ever taken off table, no water or drink refills…. Horrendously poor service or timely meal. One positive of the food was hot and delicious.
Came inside for a break after donating plasma. Really needed some water. Staff ignored me.5 of them were literally standing there without anything to do and you'd think one of them would get me a glass of water since that's the first thing servers do for quests typically. Nope. Apparently not in Scottsdale they don't. I would not come back. I've gotten better service at McDonald's. I just left. If they're gonna be ignoring me why would I pay them anything. It's tragic that I have to write this review. But I need to be fair. They did not deliver.
