Like to go here on Tuesdays or less busy days. When it gets too busy, it can take a while to get meat. Service is 5 stars when they aren't busy, but it can get a little slow on busier evenings. Atmosphere is also nice when it's less crowded, starts to feel a little noisy when every table is full. Cheese bread is awesome when it's fresh, not as impressive when it gets cold.

What an elevated dining experience. I love a Brazilian steakhouse, but this place truly stands out. Unlike larger spots like Texas de Brazil, this restaurant feels much more intimate, and the food is constantly fresh and replenished. The servers were incredibly attentive, and the meats came out so quickly. You will not leave hungry or annoyed waiting for something to be restocked at the cold or hot bar. Everything was perfect. 10/10 — we can’t wait to go back!

REALLY fantastic food, IMPRESSIVE service, and a pretty great location. Plenty of parking on site. It's not often we spend this much on a meal these days, but it was honestly a steal for both the quantity and quality of what we ate and drank. Not only were the featured meats delicious, we almost filled up on the sides because they were so fantastic! Every single member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We can't wait to come back.

A wonderful place. Great food, Great staff, and a great atmosphere. The meats are seasoned and grilled to perfection, the salads are crisp and fresh, the desserts are top class , and the drinks are handmade and delicious from the bar. 5/5 Stars

Ok I dont say "excellent" often, but i really recommend this place. The food and the atmosphere was fantastic, but the bonus was the polite service with genuine big smile at all times. If you want to taste great food and feel welcomed, that is the place to go!

The food was delicious and the staff were very attentative. We had a pineapple allergy and they were very kind and accomodating to make sure we were safe. Overall, a fantastic place with a great rodizio!

This was an incredible experience! The food was amazing, the service was top notch, and the atmosphere was so inviting. The buffet was so fresh and bountiful and the radizio was worth every penny. Come hungry! We never waited for drink refills and were checked on numerous times during our meal. The waitress overheard us cheers happy birthday and brought us a free dessert to celebrate! Can’t wait to go back!

Food and service were phenomenal, staff were amazing and polite. All varieties of steak were amazing. Chicken hearts were delicious. Pineapple at the end was a great 'closer'😊 every thing was well seasoned and super juicy!

My wife dined here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive throughout our entire dinner. The various cuts of meats were juicy, flavorful and cooked to our liking and so many choices at the Boardwalk Bar. Everything was delicious and I would be hard pressed to single out any one particular thing that was our favorite (well maybe the skirt steak) As one would expect a pitcher of their Sangria paired well with our meal. They were even gracious enough to serve us a slice of the Brazilian Cheesecake. If you’re looking for a delicious meal, excellent service and a nice intimate atmosphere you need to go here!

I've been to Ipanema many times, but recently checked them out after their renovations. It truly looks like a whole new space! While the surroundings look different, the selection of meats and hot/cold bar offerings are just as high-quality as ever. Staff are very accommodating, owners are super friendly, and be sure to save space for the Nutella crepes for dessert!

First time visiting. Let's get straight to it. Food: A+ Service: A+ Ambience: A+ From the reservation phone call onward was very professional. I spoke with Douglas. Awesome person. Every staff member took the time to explain everything. The Hot/cold buffet was excellent. Some reviews I read said it was small. It's smaller because this is a steak house remember. The buffet is well layed out with great choices. Cheeses, breads, vegetables..Excellent. Alcohol Adult drinks were excellent. Recommend the Passion Fruit Caipirinha and Raspberry Caipirinha. (They did not skimp on the rum) Definitely will be visiting again.

An amazing Brazilian steakhouse! Unlimited meat, salad bar, and Brazilian soda and beer. The newly remodeled restaurant is awesome and the general manager is very friendly. Give the dessert and sangria a shot! It was delicious! A+++

This resteraunt is a culinary whirlwind. The food is amazing and the rotation of meat is endless. The service is phenomenal, they have a great team here. Thus far this has been my BEST dining experience in NEPA hands down. I will most certainly be back.

Have been here twice now (about a year apart). You must go hungry because you will eat a lot lol! Food quality is top notch!! It’s definitely a pricey meal so it’s a good treat. Service this second visit wasn’t as good as the first (we waited a long time between someone stopping for meat options). The staff is always super friendly. Definitely have to make reservations.

Many of the meats were delicious but to be honest some tasted old and over cooked For the $200 we spent its sad to say we spit a lot of it out because something did not taste right. Next time I would ask what's being served fresh and what's old to avoid the stress. Also staff constantly staring at you is uncomfortable

Imagine making a reservation and being told to wait in your car indefinitely. That’s Ipanema Grille. My boyfriend and I made a 7:00 PM reservation, confirmed by phone due to a cancellation. We drove over an hour expecting to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant we had never tried before, checked in at 6:55 PM, and were told to wait in our vehicle because there was no seating available, despite having a reservation. We were assured we’d receive a call when our table was ready, and yes, they confirmed they had the correct phone number. We waited until 7:30 PM. No call. No table. No explanation. What’s the point of taking reservations if you don’t honor them? Telling paying customers to sit in their cars in a cramped parking lot with zero communication is beyond unprofessional. If you want a Brazilian steakhouse that respects your time, go to Fogo de Chão. On-time reservations, professional staff, and consistently excellent food. That’s what a proper dining experience looks like. If you enjoy wasting your evening, being ignored after checking in, and wondering why you even bothered making a reservation, Ipanema Grille is the place for you.

Having worked in the industry 10 plus years there is nothing more disappointing then poor customer service. We arrived at 8:33 waited 5 minutes by the stand to even be greeted - which ok fine. But then only to be told that they were no longer taking guests tonight because they started shutting down their kitchen early. WHY be open until “10” and say last seating 1 hour prior and begin to shut down your kitchen and turn guests away 30 minutes (fine 22 minutes by the time they deigned they should speak with us). Beyond disappointing- do better and respectable kitchen would continue service until the time listed and maybe don’t blame your guests - saying we should call to confirm if you are still taking guests. Maybe 1. Don’t set hours you can’t stick to and 2. If you want to be a reservation only place you should be transparent.

Disappointed with the Portion and Pricing I came to this restaurant hoping to place a takeout order, but I was told that meat wasn't included in takeout meals. I respected the policy and decided not to order any food. However, I was still interested in trying a well-known Brazilian dessert they offer. I was informed there would be a takeout fee, which I was fine with. I paid nearly $10 for the dessert, but when I opened it, I was genuinely disappointed. The dessert cup wasn’t even half full — definitely not what I expected for the price. It looked like they had just scooped a regular spoonful into the container and called it a day. After checking reviews later, I noticed I’m not the only one who’s had issues with portion sizes here. Honestly, it’s frustrating. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but it’s hard to justify those prices when the portions feel like an afterthought.
