The perfect hidden gem patio restaurant! I’ve been a patron for 10 years and can confirm every menu item is delicious. I especially recommend the savory options for a perfect contrast between the sweet waffle and savory toppings. They also have an impressive coffee bar that is really nice. The atmosphere is very casual but food is top tier, highly recommend!

Great hidden treasure for unique waffle combinations! Came here on a brunch date with a girlfriend and we enjoyed their different waffles and coffee drinks! Delicious and definitely plan to come again! The place itself is small and there is outside seating so keep that in mind with the weather on the day you plan on going.

I loved this place! What a fun little restaurant with some really amazing waffles! I had the sausage Benedict waffle and it was so good! The waffle had a good bite on the outside but nice and soft on the inside. The poached egg was cooked perfectly. I also tried the Monte Cristo Waffle, and that one was good as well. But I prefer the other haha. Beautiful outdoor seating if you don’t mind the heat! A little limited on indoor seating.

I stopped by to enjoy lunch😋. At a recommendation I chose the chicken and waffle (savory with hollandaise sauce), a side of scrambled eggs and a iced chai with an extra chai shot. It was delicious. The waffle has a caramelization so its sweet in every bite. Customer service was awesome!! Lydia even complimented my outfit I got from Jenuine Treasures boutique directly across the street😊. This is certainly a wonderful spot to shop and eat on any day. Happy Living❣

If I tell you these are the best waffles ever would you believe me? YES!! Taking a bite in , having an explosion of flavors in your mouth, and opening your eyes to this beautiful outdoor setting is a whole experience. Handicap accessible, Clean, Very friendly, homey cafe.

Great place with amazing waffles! They are dense and crispy with little pops of sweetness thanks to sugar pearls. I love the different selections they have for sweet and savory waffles. They also have an espresso and coffee menu to make things even sweeter! The coffee is good too! The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming with indoor seating as well as a large outdoor seating area with sufficient shade. My only two issues with this place are the weird metal chairs (worth the food though) and that there is not much indoor seating for groups. My favorite so far is the jalapeno popper savory waffle which is, unfortunately, not on the permanent menu...I just have to wait for it to come back! Second fav is the Mac & cheese one! So good!

Went there for breakfast on labor day weekend. Like others mentioned, seating indoors is limited but I did get a table. Tried the strawberry shortcake waffles, chicken and waffles, scrambled eggs, and a latte. Interestingly, I preferred the toppings on both waffles more than the waffles themselves which I found overly sweet and dense. The strawberries and whipped cream were fresh and delicious! The chicken was breaded and cooked perfectly. The scrambled eggs - great. The latte, excellent. Service was very polite and welcoming. Overall, a very nice experience. Just not my preferred type of waffles.

During a recent visit to the Seabrook Waffle Company, my family and I indulged in a variety of their signature waffle creations, each offering a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The NOLA waffle, adorned with a mix of speculoos, bananas, vanilla ice cream, and cinnamon sprinkles, was a delectable tribute to the flavors of New Orleans. The blend of sweet and spicy notes, combined with the velvety ice cream, made for a memorable treat. My wife opted for the classic chicken and waffles, a beloved dish that didn't disappoint. The savory and crisp fried chicken paired harmoniously with the warm, fluffy waffle, creating a satisfying contrast of flavors and textures. My daughter's choice, the DOE EYED waffle, with its luscious combination of Nutella, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate chips, was a hit with her. The rich and indulgent elements of this waffle made it a decadent delight for any chocolate lover. While the waffles were certainly the stars of the show, the complementary elements left something to be desired. Our main qualm revolved around the syrup, which, given the price point, could have been a higher quality, real maple syrup rather than a standard packet of maple-flavored corn syrup. This small detail detracted from the overall experience and left us wishing for a more authentic accompaniment to the scrumptious waffles. We also ordered scrambled eggs, which, unfortunately, seemed to be hastily prepared in a microwave, resulting in a texture that was merely passable. Though they provided a necessary protein element to balance out the carbohydrate-heavy meal. On a more positive note, both the lattes my wife and I ordered were expertly crafted, providing a satisfying conclusion to our meal with their well-balanced flavors and comforting warmth. In conclusion, our experience at Seabrook Waffle Company was a mixed bag. While the waffles themselves were a delightful indulgence, some aspects, such as the quality of the syrup and the lackluster preparation of the scrambled eggs, left us wanting more. Despite this, the skillful execution of the lattes and the overall warm ambiance of the establishment made our visit enjoyable. However, considering the total cost of $75 for two adults and one child, we expected a more consistently high-quality dining experience.

It’s a quaint little spot to get away from the norm. It is a clean spot and the people are friendly as can be. However be prepared to spend about 10 per waffle unless you prefer only waffle and whipped cream. It’s an additional 3.50 for one relatively small scoop of ice cream. 2.95 for a small cup of coffee. They do offer Ethiopian and Nicaraguan coffees which are a refreshing choice considering everyone does Colombian. There were not many strawberries on my waffle. In 2020 and 2021 the portions were bigger. I used to eat here about three times a week; I loved this place so much. I don’t know what’s going on. However, it is still a place I would recommend someone to experience. They done away with the outdoor patio which saddens me. All my previous visits were enhanced watching the little ninja mouse that lived under the outside deck. Ninja mouse made sure outside was clean. Except trash. People should pick their own trash up. Don’t judge me. Respect the hustle. Y’all all know ninja mouse; Who you think Rick Ross’ Hustlin’ song about? Disclaimer: this place is nostalgic to me. It is clean and ninja mouse lived outside. NM is no longer there. 🥷 🐭

I really wanted to like this place, but it missed the mark. We went on a whim on a Saturday afternoon. I guess the waffles aren’t made to order, because they didn’t taste fresh at all. Without the cookie butter topping, it wouldn’t have been worth even picking over. Also, they were fairly small for the price we paid. I’m giving 3 stars because the presentation was nice, as were the employees and the outdoor dining area, but we were just overall disappointed in the food quality and price paid for such small portions.

I've only been once, and while I liked my food and thought the place was really cute, it didn't blow me away. It's possible I set my expectations too high before I went. But it's definitely a solid three stars and I'd be willing to go back. The building itself is really cute. It looks like the kind of place you'd love to have a tea party with your daughter or a really cute lunch date with your girlfriends. It's not the kind of place my husband would enjoy, but that's mostly because of the small seats and tables inside. It's not that he wouldn't enjoy the waffles. He'd just rather take it with him and eat it in the car, I'm guessing. And I'm sure you could do that! (Plus there's outside seating and on a warmer day, that's another option.) The staff was really friendly and very helpful given that it was our first visit. The guy who greeted us asked if it was our first time there, and my friend and I both answered that it was. He explained the waffles to us and how to order. He invited us to look over the menu and come back and order when we were ready. We took the menus and found a really cute table at the back of the restaurant. It took us a bit to make up our minds, but she settled on an Eggs Benedict and I had a Crowning Oak (strawberries, whipped cream, bananas, and almonds). They didn't have many options for coffee, so we both had a French press. (Honestly, more coffee options would have probably caused me to add another star. I'd really like it if this were more of a cafe atmosphere with some latte and espresso selections.) The waffles didn't take long to make, but when we did finally get our food, we had to ask for our coffees. The girl had forgotten our coffees and brought them to us after we asked. In other words, they weren't exactly piping hot, but they weren't cold. I didn't dislike my waffle, but it wasn't what I expected. I think I'd have liked it better if I ordered something else. It's my own fault for not looking closely at the menu before I went. I wanted eggs with it, but not Eggs Benedict. I didn't realize it was more of a dessert place than a breakfast cafe. They do offer some savory options, but it's very limited. And that's not bad. That's just not what I was looking for. Next time I go back (if I go back; after all, I don't live in Texas), I will know what I'm getting and adjust my expectations accordingly. And if I go again, I'll order something with Nutella.

Based on reviews, we were not expecting microwaveable waffles, topped with microwaveable bacon and a view of the highway, but that was what we experienced! For the price, we could have went to Costco and purchased 5 boxes of the same frozen waffles 🙃

Food was good but the portions were small and at a large price. The outside environment is nice but most of their seating is outside. They lack on customer service and im just speaking on my experience. Not a bad place all together but i think the portions could be bigger. La taco station across the street though…thats where its at, decent prices and you leave full and maybe with a togo box…not me though lol.

This place USED to be so good! I don’t know what happened.. the coffee was cold and disappointing. The waffles tasted as if they have been sitting there for hrs…this place was our GoTo now I WOULDN'T recommend it to anyone SAVE YOUR $$
