Honestly a group of some of the kindest staff you'll ever find. If I could give it six stars I would for the employees alone I would. The food is also always hot and delicious! I highly recommend going here!!!

This location is hands down the best shipleys! I was so happy when I walked in and they had an ice and soda machine! Then the also sold bottled unsweetened tea! I looked at my brother and said the only thing that could make this any better is if the had mustard and to my surprise they did! None of the other locations I've been to had these items. All Shipleys have kolaches and donuts that's a given. I want to say thank you to the owner of this location for adding these items to your store. I pay attention to the small details. To add the last time I went to a different location the kolaches were hard and old. I am glad I stopped here. The kolaches and donuts were fresh. Plus the kolaches are best with mustard!

We have never been disappointed with their selection or quality, but really the friendly service is amazing. My kids can be shy but they were not at all this morning with the staff. And discounted coffee refills when you bring in their reusable travel cups. Nothing bad to say about this location.

I loved Ms. Mary in the drive thru - she corrected an issue I had with Hilma in the drive thru on Tuesday and the kolaches were great. On Tuesday however, Hilma was busy yelling in spanish at the back while I was placing my order and got my order completely wrong. when I brought it to her attention she was ugly with me and I still ended up leaving with the wrong order. Thank you sweet Mary for fixing everything today!

This place is normally so fresh and good. The donut holes seemed like they were old today. But the kolaches and other donuts were delicious

Good donuts and kolaches. Not a fan of their "cream filling" it's more marshmallow than creme. Try the hot glazed!

It was clean. Donuts were average. The service was friendly and accommodating.

If you want to go to a good Shipley's you need to go to the one in Bryan Texas on Villa Maria road

I love Shipley Donuts and this location is very convenient to where I live. The negative thing about this location is order accuracy. Sadly, and this no exaggeration, half of the time I go, they get my order wrong. They are not usually that busy so I am not sure what the problem is. But, I like the donuts so I simply double check before driving away. I try not to stress. I just focus on how good the first bite will be! :)

Went in this morning (4/5/2017) to grab breakfast for the co-workers. The lady at the drive thru was screaming at the other workers asking them "what is wrong with you people", that in itself is terrible. However, the donuts and kolaches were equally as bad. The kolache was as little bread as possible stretched over a greasy sausage. The bread was hard, crunchy and grease soaked. I threw it away. The donuts were ice cold and the thinnest donuts I have EVER seen. Glaze was starting to coagulate of sorts, leading me to believe the donuts were just as old as the kolache. I definitely will not be back to this location. Everything about it was just bad.

Cold glazed donuts for super high price. Go to the Shipleys on Fm518 in league city. They serve only hot donuts, fresh off the rack!

The Shipley's in Seabrook off 146 had the worst at that time in the morning the donuts wasn't fresh donuts were cold they were more like store bought and for the price I paid it was a joke if I wanted store I would have when to HEB and would have came out cheaper

I went this morning and there was this really rude lady there. It’s my fist time going will not be going there anymore.

Worst one in area. Never have gotten warm donut, food is always nasty. $5 min. credit card charge is so dumb. Turn down $4 sale to save 30cents...makes no sense

the kolaches are not good, the bread is hot dog, the bread is crisp, the donuts are hard and old, they do not taste good, I really do not recommend it

A staff member in a non Shipleys t-shirt with airpods in reluctantly took my order in the drive-through even though there were no customers in the store or in the drive through. She was very rude. I am assuming I was interrupting her. She handed me my order, didn't tell me the total, and snatched my card out of my hand without any verbal communication. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Shipleys or a different donut shop all together.

Went there about 11:30 this morning. The front door was locked and I was told I had to use the drive thru. The car in front of me was clearly there just to gossip and when I finally got to the window the clerk was rude. Mind you there was no pictures or menu and when I asked what they had she said all their normal donuts. Um.. What's that mean? I have only been to another shipleys once two years ago which is why I wanted to go in and SEE what they had. I ordered my one donut and then I had to ask how much when she put her hand out to get paid. Never going there again!

My husband and I just wanted some good donuts early in the A.M. the donuts weren’t fresh at all and the kolache bread was hard. The orange juice was expired. & I had to turn back around to only find out ALL OF THEIR JUICES we’re out of date. This was a horrible Shipley’s.

I went through the drive through and the customer in front of me had a dog with her…the attendant started petting the dog. I drove up to the window asked if she was going to wash her hands before handling my order. She said “what for?” Obviously I left.
